Feels like family

There is a family culture at the Westone Goddard that is felt at all times. Though you are are running a business, it doesn’t feel that way. From the discounted rates to families who lost work hours during COVID, to the daily interactions with Jill, Michelle, and Katy, to the warm manner in which all the educators teach the children. We also like the extracurricular activities that you offer like movie nights and soccer shots.

Low turnover

The school is organized and dependable. They have low turnover, which means we get to know the teachers that are caring for our children. The management appears to care about both the teachers and the children and everyone looks happy to be there. It is much easier to leave my child in that type of environment.

Goddard is Above and Beyond

This school, its teachers, and the administration are all amazing. I am in awe everyday of the opportunities my kids are given to learn and progress, and the environment which is fostered at this facility. It’s above and beyond anything I could have imagined and by far a better school than where we had our children previously. I am so glad I found this school and that they had room for my boys. I honestly can’t imagine having them anywhere else.

Professional and Personal

I can see a progress in my child's education. I like how professional yet personal the staff is. I appreciate all the work they do and I am thankful they are open during COVID times.

Great Preparation for Kindergarten

We adore the Goddard school. Our oldest just moved to kindergarten and his teacher said he is head and shoulders above the rest of his class. Our youngest is in Pre-K at Goddard and the amount of material and experiences he receives at Goddard is astounding. Highly recommend everyone become part of the Goddard Family. Because it truly does feel like a family.

Everyone is Always Smiling

Everyone is always smiling. They keep them stimulated and busy I'm amazed at the things my little toddler has learned. And most importantly, he loves his teachers!

Caring, Educated Teachers

I like that you have educated teachers who are given the time to prepare age-appropriate lessons and that the teachers genuinely seem to care about the students and to enjoy their work. I can't imagine finding a better school for our son to attend while we are at work!

The Goddard School is wonderful and handles every aspect well, from the moment you walk in the door. The Tadpoles app lets me see photos and videos from my son's day. His teachers are patient and loving yet also keep order in a classroom full of toddlers.

Great Infant Teachers

The teachers are very into their jobs and excited to work with the kids. They come up with all kinds of creative ideas to entertain and challenge the children - even very young infants. I like to steal their ideas to use at home! THey have worked with my infant son to make sure he is acheiving milestones, like sitting up, drinking from a sippy cup, etc. They also advise me on how to work with him at home.

Great Blend of Education and Fun

Goddard is a great blend of education and fun. My child enjoys going to school everyday and is eager to tell us about his day. We are so happy we made the decision to attend Goddard and I tell anyone who will listen. Thank you.

Great staff!

I appreciate how nurturing the teachers are as well as the focus on developmental skills at all ages. The teachers are also excellent at helping the kids learn social skills. The front office staff is always so pleasant, on top of everything, and flexible.

- Michael and Alexander's Mother (Toddler Classroom)

Innovative lesson plans!

The teachers are warm and caring and always have fun, interesting and innovative lessons planned on a daily basis. I feel that both of my girls have learned so much about the world around them. They have the opportunity to see and experience so much along side learning about letters, numbers, colors and shapes.

Warm and Caring Teachers

Teachers are warm and caring. Standards are high, environment is safe and clean, and most of all my children have big smiles when they see their teachers. They are happy, safe, and learning in each of their teacher's care.

Fun, Safe, Nurturing

The environment is fun, safe & nurturing for my son - the same I would try to give him if he were at home. I love that I don't have to worry or doubt the practices of the teachers and the school. My son is developing socially in ways he may not have been able to do without The Goddard School. The Teachers (and support staff) are knowledgeable and compassionate and always provide novel and creative activities.

Ahead of Her Peers

We feel that our children are learning many things that are helping them excel. We have noticed that our 5 year old is ahead of her peers when it comes to math, reading and overall social skills.

- Madelyn and Maureen's Mother (Kindergarten Classroom)

Develops Social Skills

The curriculum covers a variety of learning while still incorporating imaginative play, which is so important for social skills and is barely addressed in public elementary schools.

- Bennett, Erik, Katherine and Connor's Father (Kindergarten Classroom)

Meet Kids Where They Are

They meet the kids where they are developmentally. They encourage success with positive reenforcement. It is evident they truly care about the children and if I can't be with my daughter, it means the world to me that she is with people that will love and protect her.

- Abigail's Mother (Toddler Classroom)

High Standards

Structured curriculum, high standards of teaching and in the facility. Very professional staff.

- Natalie and Mai's Mother (Pre-K Classroom)

My son is so happy!

The teachers and staff are fantastic (prompt with feedback, replying to emails, engage the students, posts on tadpole app for parents to see children). My son has been so happy at drop off and pick up—he has so much fun during the day. He is extremely interested in learning now (telling me letters on signs, counting everything)

- Kody's Mother (Pre-K Classroom)

A full, stimulating day

Visible, structure curriculum. My child comes home at the end of the day and I know she has had a full, stimulating day - better than what I or a private care-provider could offer at home.
