Meet Mr. Chuck & Ms. Joc

Meet Mr. Chuck & Ms. Joc

Owner
Mr. Chuck and Ms. Joc are the on-site owners at The Goddard School in Towson that opened in late summer of 2018. Mr. Chuck has over 20 years of experience working with children and has his Bachelor's of Arts from Salisbury University. Ms. Joc has worked as a consultant and recruiter as well as professional Mom and received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Towson University. They are the proud parents of two college aged boys. They are excited to develop a culture that is fun and rewarding and look forward to being a valuable member of the Towson community. Along with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff, Mr. Chuck and Ms. Joc believe that laying a strong educational foundation in a warm, safe and positive environment will allow each student in their care to thrive.

I love the whole team, the curriculum, the building, the special events, you name it. Our first born spent her first year with her grandparents, and began at Goddard right after her first birthday. Her little sister had to start before she turned six months. If she couldn’t spend her first year with family, Goddard is the next best thing. The teachers in infant classrooms are wonderful.
