Director - Full Time

The Goddard School in Folsom is seeking an experienced Director with experience in overseeing the operational aspects of a successful business. The Director assures effective day to day (non-educational) operations of the school. This includes, but is not limited to Human Resources, payroll, customer service, marketing, small event coordinating, facilities management and managing a budget. The Director will implement new directives for growth, ensure compliance with state licensing and Quality Assurance, recruitment, advancement and personnel evaluations.
