COVID Considerations:
Only faculty and students are permitted inside the school; parents drop-off at the front door of the school. We offer hand sanitizer at the entrance and we screen faculty and children for temperature using touchless thermometers while wearing gloves. Our wellness team greets families at the front door wearing masks. All touch points and materials are cleaned frequently. Classroom materials are also sanitized frequently.
Our school is using the latest technologies to keep the building germ-free with The Halo Disinfection System, which uses an eco-friendly dry mist – HaloMist – to kill bacteria, viruses and fungi throughout the building, including hard-to-reach places such as the ceiling tiles and the carpet fibers. This machine is effective at addressing COVID-19, Hand/Foot/Mouth, Flu, H1N1, Norovirus and MORE!
The Halo system will improve the cleaning and sanitizing practices we already have in place. The system will run at night, spreading a hydrogen peroxide disinfectant mist solution throughout the school to rid surfaces of any harmful pathogens.
