Miss Gretchen, Owner Miss Gretchen opened the Goddard School of Schwenksville in August of 2002. "I wanted to create a nurturing and fun place for children where they can to learn and grow." Miss Gretchen has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from C.W. Post College, L.I.U. She believes that it is important to instill a love of learning in all children and to encourage their curiosity and creativity.

Miss Amy, Director Miss Amy joined our Goddard School in September of 2011 as a Co-Lead teacher in our Pre-K class. She left us to explore Special Education and Elementary Education fields in June of 2014. Miss Amy returned to our school in August of 2016 as Lead Teacher of our Junior Kindergarten and Kinder-Enrichment Class. She received her degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Holy Family University and her Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Scranton and she holds a Pennsylvania Private Academic License. Miss Amy was promoted to our Educational Director in November of 2018.

Miss Brittany, Assistant Director Miss Brittany joined our school in August of 2011. She started out as a Co-Teacher in our Pre-K class and has since moved on to a more administrative roll as our Assistant Director. She currently has a CDA and is pursing an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College. Miss Brittany truly enjoys teaching children and helping them to explore the world of education.

Miss Tracy, Lead Teacher Miss Tracy joined the Goddard School in October of 2015 and is the Lead Teacher of our Infant Class. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science Degree in Library Science from Clarion University. Miss Tracy holds a Private Academic License. She comes to us with over 12 years of experience. Miss Tracy believes that children should be free to explore, discover and problem solve on their own with guidance from their teacher.

Miss Rebecca, Lead Teacher Miss Becky joined the Goddard School in February of 2010. She received her CDA from Western Center for Technical Studies. Miss Becky is currently pursuing her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College. She is the lead teacher in our Younger Toddler (First Steps) Program. Miss Becky believes that learning should be fun and inviting and a little bit messy.

Raena, Lead Teacher Miss Raena joined the Goddard School in November of 2019 and is the Lead Teacher of our Toddler Class. She holds an Associated Degree in Fine Arts from Montgomery County Community College. Miss Raena comes to us with over 14 years of experience. Miss Raena teaching philosophy comes from being a parent, nature and thinking outside the box.

Miss Cynthia, Lead Teacher Miss Cindy joined the Goddard School in December of 2006. She is the Lead Teacher in our Younger Preschool (Get Set) Class. She comes to us with over 20 year of experience in the childcare field. Miss Cindy has her CDA certification in Early Childhood Education. She provides a safe and structured environment in her class where children can learn, grow and have fun. Miss Cindy believes it is important to provide a foundation for her students to help them reach their full potential.

Miss Gina, Lead Teacher Miss Gina is Co-Teacher in Get Set. She started with us in February of 2019. Miss Gina comes to us with over 20 years experience in childcare. She has a Liberal Arts Degree from Montgomery County Community College and a Nursing Degree from Westchester Community College. Miss Gina is a very patient and nurturing teacher who believes all children love to learn.

Miss Kim, Lead Teacher Miss Kim joined the Goddard School in February of 2006. She earned her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Art Degree in Elementary Education and Special Ed. from Drexel University. Miss Kim is the Lead Teacher in our Preschool class and holds a Private Academic License. Miss Kim believes in providing a safe and nurturing environment in her class where children are encouraged to try new things and explore at their own pace.

Miss Kylie , Lead Teacher Miss Kylie joined the Goddard School in February of 2018. She is our Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten class. Miss Kylie attended Elizabethtown College for 3 years and is looking to finish her BA at Drexel University. Miss Kylie believes all children are capable of learning and it is up to the teacher to meet the needs of the children in their class.

Miss Heather, Lead Teacher Miss Heather Curran joined our school in March of 2019. She is our Junior Kindergarten/Kinder-Enrichment Teacher. She comes to us with over 13 year of experience in the Early Childhood field. She has her Associates in Early Childhood from Montgomery Community College and attended Queens College in New York where she majored in Mathematics. Heather, along with her 2 young sons, is excited to be a part of our Goddard Family.

Alexandra, Assistant Teacher Miss Alex joined the Goddard School in October of 2019. She is a teacher's aid for our Infant and Toddler classes. Miss Alex is a mentor for Big Brothers / Big Sisters and was part of the PV Teacher Apprentice Program. She graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School in June of 2020 and will be attending Kutztown University in the fall to study Elementary Education. She comes to us with 2 years of experience working with young children. Miss Alex believes that all children are unique and should be encouraged to reach for the stars.

Miss Jillian, Assistant Teacher Miss Jillian joined the Goddard School in June of 2016 as a Assistant Teacher in our Kindergarten class. She is a graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School, Class of 2016 where she participated in the school's career study program as an early learning observer. Miss Jillian spent 3 weeks under the tutelage of Miss Ashley DiPaolo here at the Goddard School of Schwenksville learning many facets of early childhood. Upon her completion of her program, Miss Jillian returned to the Goddard School to work as a part-time school age teacher's assistant. She is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy/Psychology at West Chester University.

Rachael, Assistant Teacher Miss Rachael joined the Goddard School in November of 2019. She is a Teacher's Aide for our younger and older toddler classes. Miss Rachael is a Senior at Perkiomen Valley High School. She also attends the Western Montgomery CTC where she is studying Early Childhood Education. Miss Miss Rachael will be attending Millersville University in the fall of 2021. She will be pursuing a degree in Secondary/Special Education. Miss Rachael believes that every child should have the chance to learn and have fun doing so.

Miss Casey, Assistant Teacher Miss Casey joined our school in June of 2017 an Assistant Teacher/Floater in all of our classrooms. She is a graduate of Souderton High School, has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education from Montgomery County Community College, and is currently pursuing her BS in Elementary Education from Drexel University. Casey believes children naturally have a desire to learn and it is important for a teacher to guide them on their journey.

Lydia, Assistant Teacher Miss Lydia joined the Goddard School in July of 2019. She is a Teacher's Aid and works with both toddlers and preschool age children. She graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School in 2019. She is currently pursuing her Associated Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College. Miss Lydia believes that children are creative and curious beings and it's the teachers job to make learning fun.

Miss Samantha, Assistant Teacher Miss Samantha (Sam) joined the Goddard School in July of 2018. She is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler class. Miss Sam graduated from PV High School and is currently working towards her CDA. Miss Sam believes in providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children so they can learn and grow to their full potential. She is a Early Childhood Professional who comes to us with over 4 years of experience.

Mr Brandon, Resource Mr. Brandon joined our school in February of 2019 as a Teacher's Aide in our Awesome Oaks class. Brandon graduated this June from Spring-Ford High School. He will be working with our older students and channeling their energy and drive in creative and constructive activities in the afternoons.

Mr. Brandon wants to continue his education and will be pursuing an Associates Degree from Montgomery County Community College.

Miss Mary, Resource Miss Mary joined the Goddard School in February of 2005. After 10 years as the Lead Teacher for our Infant Class she has decided to work part time and as our full time substitute teacher for our Infant and younger toddler classes. She comes to us with over 25 years of experience in childcare. Miss Mary earned her degree in Human Services from Montgomery County Community College.
