Mr Bryan, Owner Mr. Bryan was destined to be the owner of a preschool, and he has been the owner/operator of The Goddard School located in Princeton since 2004 when the school opened! His retail and customer service background, combined with a passionate love for children, made it a logical choice. Mr. Bryan has a proven track record of 20+ years successfully running small businesses prior to opening The Goddard School located in Princeton. Add in his experience raising his own two daughters, and it is easy to see why Mr. Bryan's school was named "Rookie School of the Year" in its first year of business, as well as being in Goddard Systems' "Circle of Excellence" almost every year since.

Mr. Bryan resides in Upper Freehold, NJ with his two children and a menagerie of animals including his African Grey Parrot named "Shades!" Mr. Bryan is very active in the Princeton community and has volunteered with the Upper Freehold Township Board of Education. Running The Goddard School located in Princeton is Mr. Bryan's full-time job and he is very proud of his School AND its teachers. Mr. Bryan looks forward to meeting you when you come for a visit!

Miss Melissa, Director Miss Melissa is the Co-Director of our school. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Centenary University. Miss Melissa has been with The Goddard School since 2017. She has served as a Lead Teacher in both our toddler and preschool programs. Her passion for working with children began when she was working as a nanny and a paraprofessional aide in a preschool classroom. When asked why she enjoys working in early childhood she said because, “Everyday is always something new and exciting. There is no greater joy for me then to be in a field where I am providing children with a fun and safe learning environment!”

Miss Raffaella, Director Miss Raffaella is the Director of our school and has been with The Goddard School since 2016. She attended Rowan University where she earned a degree in Child Psychology and a minor in Education. She always had a passion in working with children. Her past experiences include babysitting, student teaching, and a former Kindergarten teacher. In Miss Raffaella's spare time she enjoys binge watching her favorite TV show "Friends", spending time with family and friends, and visiting the shore. When asked why she enjoys working with children she shared, “I enjoy how curious they are to the world around them. They bring such joy and happiness to my day. Our job is to teach children but you'd be surprised how much children teach us."

Miss Donna, Assistant Director Miss Donna is the Assistant Director of our school in addition to leading the School-Age Support program. She graduated with her Associates Degree in Psychology from Middlesex County College. She has been with The Goddard School since 2016. Miss Donna has served as a Lead Teacher in our preschool program. She is from New Brunswick, NJ and enjoys spending her free time shopping, reading, and hanging out with her friends. Miss Donna has been working with children of all ages for many years babysitting and in the school setting. When asked why she enjoys working with children, she said because “They make me happy and I love seeing their faces light up when I enter the room!” Miss Donna is so excited to learn something new from the children each and every day.

Miss Dorrit, Lead Teacher Miss Dorrit is the Lead Teacher of our Infant classroom and she has been working at The Goddard School since 2004! Miss Dorrit attended Bethany College in West Virginia and completed her Child Development Associates Degree through Goddard University. Over the years, she has devoted hard work, love and compassion in nurturing all of the babies in her care. In her free time, Miss Dorrit enjoys listening to music, reading, entertaining and cooking for her friends and spending time with her nephew and two brothers. When asked why she enjoys working in early childhood she said, “there can never be enough people in their lives to love them, nurture them, listen to them and encourage their dreams.”

Miss Sarah, Lead Teacher Miss Sarah is the Lead Teacher in our First Steps classroom. She is originally from Marysville, PA. Miss Sarah holds an Associate's Degree in Psychology and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. She enjoys sports including softball, tennis, and field hockey. Her favorite season is summer and loves outdoor activities! In the past, Miss Sarah was counselor for a summer camp and worked with children ages 5 and up. When asked why she enjoys working with children she said, "they are so much fun! Kids are so honest and innocent. I learn so much just from being around them!"

Miss Sarah, Lead Teacher Miss Sarah is the Lead Teacher of our Toddler I classroom. She graduated from Wheelock College with a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and a concentration in Early
Childhood Education. Miss Sarah has been at The Goddard School since 2007! Her passion and dedication for working in early childhood allowed her to receive her Masters Degree in Education while still working at our school. Her past experiences in working with children includes student teaching with four and five year olds as well as working as a Student Director Intern where she assisted in preparation for NAEYC accreditation. In her spare time, Miss Sarah enjoys reading, going to the beach, going to the movies, shopping with friends and taking her dog to the park. When asked why she enjoys working with in early childhood she said “it is amazing to watch them grow and develop. Also with a laugh or a hug, they make a bad day better!”

Miss Jennifer, Lead Teacher Miss Jennifer is the Lead Teacher of our Toddler II classroom. She has been a part of The Goddard School since 2004! Miss Jennifer attended Middlesex County College where she studied Early Childhood Education. Miss Jennifer has an incredible amount of love and passion in working with younger children. Over the past 14 years, she has devoted her time into providing a fun and nurturing environment where children can grow into the little individuals they are meant to become. Miss Jennifer is a mom of two, who both attended as infants and graduated from the Goddard School. In her free time, Miss Jennifer likes to spend time with family. When asked why she enjoys working with in early childhood she said, “it is enjoyable to see how excited they get when they learn something new!”

Miss Nicole , Lead Teacher Miss Nicole is a Lead Teacher in Training. She attended Montclair University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Child Studies with a concentration in Families, Children, and School settings. Miss Nicole's previous experience working with children include working at another early childhood care center in the infant and toddler age groups. In Miss Nicole's spare time she enjoys to read, knit, craft projects, and her favorite activity to do is kickboxing! When ask why she enjoys working with children she said, "everyday they are always learning something new and I enjoy to be a part of that!"

Miss Colleen, Lead Teacher Miss Colleen is the Co-Lead Teacher of our Preschool II classroom. She has been working at The Goddard School since 2015! She attended Middlessex County College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Applied Science, as well as being a certified Teacher Assistant. Miss Colleen is always finding new and innovative ways to engage the children to learn through fun and playful activities! Miss Colleen’s experience in working with children started when she was a teenager and has loved every moment of career since. In her free time, Miss Colleen enjoys to read, spend time with her son, family, and dog! When asked why she enjoys working in early childhood she said, “no two days are ever the same. Children can find wonder and joy in the most simple experiences or the most complex activities. You never know what adventure you will have on any given day!”

Miss Huma, Lead Teacher Miss Huma is the Lead Teacher of our Preschool I classroom. She attended Bangalore University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Miss Huma has been Working at The Goddard School since 2018 and although this has been her first experience working with children, she loves every minute of it! In her spare time, Miss Huma loves to spend time with her family and friends, read, cook, and loves to travel. When asked why she enjoys working with young children she shared, "children always make me laugh and smile!"

Miss Gaella, Lead Teacher Miss Gaella is the Lead Teacher of our Preschool II classroom. She has been working at The Goddard School since 2015! Miss Gaella is currently attending Bucks County Community College where she is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. The love and dedication she has in working in early childhood shines the minute you step into her classroom. Miss Gaella’s past experiences in working with children include teaching at her church's school, tutoring children, and babysitting. In her free time, Miss Gaella loves to go shopping, going out to eat at fancy restaurants, reading, and giving back to the community as much as she can. When asked why she enjoys working in early childhood she shared, “I love watching them grow and I love how eager they are to try new activities and learn new things!”

Miss Caitlin, Lead Teacher Miss Caitlin is the Lead Teacher of our Pre-K classroom. She attended Rutgers University where she earned a degree in Literature. Miss Caitlin has been with The Goddard School since 2019 with experience in working at another childcare center. She also spent 5 summers as a camp counselor, organizing fun and educational activities through S.T.E.A.M learning. Miss Caitlin is continuing her education by pursuing her CDA certification. In her spare time, Miss Caitlin loves to spend time with her family and enjoys reading books! When asked why she enjoys working in early childhood she said, "young children are so much fun and see the world in their own way."

Miss Gina, Lead Teacher Miss Gina is our Full-Day Private Kindergarten teacher and has been a part of The Goddard School since 2007! She holds an Associates Degree in Humanities and a Bachelors Degree in Education and English Literature from Rider University, as well as a K-5 Teaching Certificate from the State of New Jersey. Miss Gina is also our Quality Assurance Manager and oversees Goddard’s Quality Assurance Program that promotes the health & safety of the children. In her free time, Miss Gina loves to cook, watch movies and spend time with her husband and daughter, and friends. She enjoys working with young children because “They keep me young, energetic and are so eager to learn!”

Miss Monica, Assistant Teacher Miss Monica is the Assistant Teacher in our Infant classroom. She is from Philadelphia, PA and holds a Cosmetology license. Her passion for working with children grew as a babysitter for her nephews and cousins! In her free time, Miss Monica enjoys spending time with her family and competing in a bowling league with her fiance! When asked why she enjoys working with children Miss Monica said, "I love watching them grow and discover the world around them!"

Miss Victoria, Assistant Teacher Miss Victoria is the Assistant Teacher in our Infant classroom. She earned a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and also holds a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from New Jersey City University. Miss Victoria is currently pursuing another Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. While at NJCU, Miss Victoria gained practical knowledge in childhood development, curriculum development and intervention planning. In her free time, Miss Victoria enjoys reading, cooking, and watching sports and movies. When asked why she enjoys working with children, Miss Victoria said, "because of their optimism, genuineness, and willingness to learn new things!"

Miss Aisha, Assistant Teacher Miss Aisha is the Assistant Teacher of our Toddler I classroom. She is from Union City, New Jersey and is working towards earning her Child Development Associate credentials. In her free time, Miss Aisha enjoys photography, hiking, traveling and spending time with friends. When asked why she enjoys working with children, Miss Aisha said, “I strive to make a positive impact in their lives, just like they do in mine!”

Miss Jemima, Assistant Teacher Miss Jemima is the Assistant Teacher of our Get Set classroom. She is a graduate of Cabrini University in Radnor, Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. In her spare time, Miss Jemima loves to read, spend time with her friends and family and listen to music. She also enjoys photography and exploring the local parks. Her experience in working with children began as a summer camp counselor at the local YMCA as well as teaching Pre-K in an elementary school in Philadelphia. When asked why she enjoys working with children, Miss Jemima said, "it is the most rewarding job that I can think of; knowing that I can help a child reach their full potential brings a smile to my face!"

Miss Jennah , Assistant Teacher Miss Jennah is an Assistant Teacher of our school and assists in every age group throughout our school. She currently is a senior at South Brunswick High School. Her past experiences in working with children include working in another childcare facility, babysitting, and being a summer camp counselor. Some of Miss Jennah's favorite activities are playing basketball, running track, and volunteering. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching netflix, and baking desserts! When asked why she loves working with children she said, "I enjoy seeing them happy but they make me happier!"

Miss Alyssa, Assistant Teacher Miss Alyssa is the Assistant Teacher of our Preschool I classroom. She attended Rutgers University where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Arts. Miss Alyssa resides in South Brunswick. Her previous experience in working with children includes working at an after school program and spending her summer months as a photographer for a children’s camp. Miss Alyssa has a passion for art and enjoys wrapping herself in her own creativity in her spare time. When asked why she enjoys working with young children she shared, “they have creative imaginations and always have a positive outlook on life!”

Miss Anna, Assistant Teacher Miss Anna is the Assistant Teacher of our Preschool II classroom. She attended Rider University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies. In her free time, Miss Anna loves to watch the Eagles and enjoys cooking, watching movies and showing off her creativity through makeup and fashion. When asked why she enjoys working with children, Miss Anna said, “they always bring a smile to my face and I love to watch them grow into confident, capable people!”

Miss Martina, Assistant Teacher Miss Martina is the Assistant Teacher our of School-Age Support program. Miss Martina has been a part of The Goddard School since 2016! Her excitement in working with young children began with her working at the Summer Camp Program in her hometown, Allentown, NJ. In her free time, you will find Martina at the beach and visiting some of her favorite NJ state parks. Martina has continued her education and is attending Mercer County Community College to earn a degree in Early Childhood Education. When asked why she enjoys working with young children she said, “ children have a way of always making me smile. When I look at them I see mini versions of us!”

Miss Tia , Assistant Teacher Miss Tia gradated from Allentown High School. She is currently furthering her education while attending the University of Delaware to earn a degree in Psychology. In her free time she likes to read, watch Disney movies, spend time with her family and dance. While at college, Tia serves on the board of Hillel and participates in UDance. When asked why she enjoys working with children she said, “They never fail to make me laugh and they are always learning. They bring a lot of joy to my life.”

She attended Towson University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Marketing. Her previous experience in working with children includes volunteering with Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. In her free time, Miss Caitlin enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys going to the beach and being outside, summer is her favorite season! When asked why she enjoys working with children, Miss Caitlin said, “children inspire me to make a difference!”
