Miss Denise, Director I am a Philadelphia, PA native who has dedicated her career to child and youth development. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Education (with a focus on Elementary and Early Childhood) from Temple University and a master’s degree in Organization Development and Leadership (as well as Adult Learning) from Saint Joseph’s University. I also have an associate's degree in Music Vocal Performance.

For 15 years, I have been working with children of all ages, from infants to 12th grade. I believe that every child deserves a comprehensive approach to their development, which must involve great academic leaders, advanced parental capacity and a dedicated team approach.

In my management roles, I have developed and guided dedicated and caring employees, building their capacity and passion for quality child development. Team building is a key component to collaboration and cooperation among my teams of leaders. My active interest and approach to the development and growth of employees helps to create extremely competent childcare professionals, who together provide exceptional programs and loving environments for children.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my four nieces. I find great joy in musical pastimes, such as singing and dancing.

Miss Sanjana, Lead Teacher I have a bachelor’s degree in Education. Having taught four years outside the U.S. and two years in the U.S., I bring a mix of East and West.

Teaching is a passion I have grown up with, as both of my parents are successful teachers. As a teacher, I believe that you shouldn’t limit a child to your own learning, for he was born in another time. Every child is different. A successful educator knows how to mold her teaching for each child’s needs. My motivating principle is to never stop teaching, never stop listening and never stop learning.
