Ms Terry, Owner
Ms.Terry is the mother of two children, and has been an elementary school teacher for 20 years. Ms. Terry was born in Italy and has been the owner of the Goddard School in Mount Laurel since 2017. Previously the school was run by her late husband "Mr. Dave" since 2004. She has her Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Education and welcomed the challenge of keeping her husband's love for the school alive.

Ms.Terry has a wonderful outlook on child development as she believes that each child learns and develops individually. Ms. Terry is a hands on owner so you will likely see her in the classroom observing and guiding the Goddard School teachers. Her strong educational background and great communication skills create a wonderful atmosphere here at the Goddard School.

Ms Michelle, Director
Ms. Michelle has been with The Goddard School for over 6 years and has been the Pre-School 1, Pre-School 2, Kindergarten Teacher, Assistant Director and is now the Director of our School.

Ms. Michelle has her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Literature from Stockton University. She loves to experience the excitement of reading with children and believes that if teaching isn't fun, then learning won't be fun. Ms. Michelle loves teaching and now has the opportunity to pass along her knowledge and experience to our teachers as she guides them in the tools and training they need to make the school successful.

Ms. Michelle loves to spend time with her husband Tony and two girls, Ellie and Addie, who both went to the Goddard School. She also loves to go to the beach and travel to new places.

Rebecca, Lead Teacher
Ms. Becky is the Lead Teacher in our Infant room and has her CDA in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Becky has also taken many early childhood classes and understands how important early childhood education is for developing infants.

Ms. Becky’s experience speaks for itself as she has 25 years of experience in teaching and caring for young minds. Ms. Becky has worked as a Toddler teacher, Preschool teacher and summer counselor. Of all the ages that she has worked with, the infants have her whole heart. You can see why in the hundreds of pictures all around the room of smiling babies that Miss Becky has cared for. Miss Becky is always creative and thoughtful as she creates personal artwork and memories for parents of their child's growth and daily activities.

When she's not teaching, Ms. Becky loves photography, and loves to spend time with her daughter and family.


Crystal , Lead Teacher
Ms. Crystal is the Lead Teacher in the Toddler room and has been part of our Goddard Family since May 2018. She is currently pursuing her Early Childhood Education degree and is the proud Mother of two boys.

Ms. Crystal starts the process of learning with the Toddlers, by establishing routines early on, as well as allowing for lots of creative play time. She believes in creating a safe and fun environment for the Toddlers to explore, learn and grow.

When she's not teaching, Ms. Crystal enjoys going out to eat and trying new restaurants. She especially loves spending time with her handsome sons!


Ms April, Lead Teacher
Ms. April is the Lead Teacher in our Toddlers/Get Set classroom, and has been with the Goddard School since 2010. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child Behavior Services.

Ms. April loves to interact with the children in her class through music and movement and provides a variety of creative activities that get kids moving. She also loves to read to her students, in particular, Eric Carle and Dr. Suess books, which are always captivating to kids. Miss April has a calming personality and demeanor which allows toddlers to both thrive and to feel safe.

In her free time, April enjoys spending time with her energetic children, Mason and Cooper, and her husband, Jeff. She loves to run, watch movies and bake with her sons.

Lilah, Lead Teacher
Ms. Lilah has her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Arcadia University and won an award for writing while in school. She has been with the Goddard School since May 2019 and is the Lead Teacher in our Pre-School 1 class.

Ms. Lilah combines her happy personality, with a calm and loving demeanor, which provides the children with a safe and loving environment to learn and thrive in. She has experience working with kids and in developing curriculum and procedures that cultivate a deep sense of self-advocacy, character building skills, and respect for others while preparing as they grow. Ms. Lilah believes that communication, cooperation, and empathy for others is extremely important to foster a sense of safety and security.

When she's not teaching, Ms. Lilah loves to read and swim. She is also a super talented cross-stitcher, and has created beautiful homemade cross-stitched flowers for Mother's Day and other celebrations.


Ms Lindsay, Lead Teacher
Ms. Lindsay has been with our Goddard School since 2004 over 15 years, and is the Lead Teacher in our older Pre-School classroom. Ms. Lindsay structures her class so the children learn through cause and effect and creative expression.

Ms. Lindsay's favorite part about working at the Goddard School is getting to create artistic masterpieces with the children. You will also find her doing interesting Science experiments with the children.

When she's not teaching, Ms. Lindsay loves outdoor activities, animals, music and art.

Chantel, Lead Teacher
Miss Chantel is the Lead Teacher in the Kindergarten class, along with being the Assistant Director, and has been with the Goddard School for 2 years. She graduated from Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Educational Studies and a Minor in Special Education. Ms. Chantel loves challenging young minds and guides them to become more independent and take more chances. She is a natural motivator who inspires others and believes that anything is possible if you believe in yourself!

When she's not teaching, Ms. Chantel competes in pageants and loves spending time with her family.


Zoya, Lead Teacher
Ms. Zoya is the Lead Teacher in our Pre-K Classroom. She attended Cuny College in Staten Island and has her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Development. Miss Zoya has over 4 years of experience working with children.

Miss Zoya has an energy level that a Pro Athlete would be envious of, and has a genuine passion and enthusiasm for everything she does. She puts 110% of her time and focus on each and every one of the kids in her class.

Communication is very important to Ms. Zoya, as she wants the best for your child and for the classroom. She starts each day with a consistent routine that the children count on and which helps prepare them for Kindergarten. Miss Zoya especially loves Art and Science, and you will always find her working on some new Science experiment or Art project that captivates her students. Miss Zoya makes sure that each of her Pre-K students are well prepared with the skills they need for success as they continue onto Kindergarten and beyond.

When she isn't teaching Pre-K, Miss Zoya loves to travel and eat pasta!


Ms Bonnie, Assistant Teacher
Ms. Bonnie is an Assistant Teacher in our Infant classroom. She joined our Goddard team in February of 2000, and has been with us for over 20 years, caring for hundreds and hundreds of babies along the way. Her warm and kind nature, along with her genuine love for the infants, is what is so special about Miss Bonnie.

The best part of her day is seeing the smiles on the babies' faces when they come in each morning! Miss Bonnie is a constant, reassuring and friendly face that makes the Infant Room so special.

When she's not at work, Miss Bonnie enjoys spending time with her husband of 50+ years, her daughter, granddaughter and family. She also loves to read and cross-stitch!

Tyshae, Assistant Teacher
Miss Tyshae is an Assistant Teacher in our Infant Room. She is currently working towards a double degree at RCBC for Education and Nursing.

Ms. Tyshae has a giant heart and a welcoming smile that lights up a room. She takes pride in her outstanding communication skills with parents and her enthusiasm with the children. Her goal is to provide a safe, warm and loving environment where the children can learn and grow. She loves reading to the infants, especially her favorite books, "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" and "No, David!".

When she's not teaching, Ms. Tyshae loves to read, knit and do makeup.


Julia, Assistant Teacher
Ms. Julie is an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler Room, and has experience working in all of our classrooms. She has been with the Goddard School since 2018. Ms. Julie leads with her heart in everything she does. She is particularly wonderful at getting the children’s attention and planning fun activities for all our students. Ms. Julie is extremely kind and loving, and the children gravitate towards her.

When she's not at work, Miss Julie loves spending time with her husband and family. She also loves being outside and going on Nature walks.


Zaleya, Assistant Teacher
Miss Zaleya is currently in college studying Psychology and hopes to become a Child Psychologist one day. She has been working with kids between the ages of infants and 7 years old for many years, and even started a small business when she was young, babysitting children.

Miss Zaleya feels like patience is the most important quality to have when working with young children, and hopes that she makes a positive impact on all of her student's lives. Miss Zaleya welcomes each child with her warm smile and loves the smiles and hugs she gets back from the kids.

When she's not teaching, Miss Zaleya likes to spend time with her family, go to the movies, read books and catch up on her favorite tv shows.


Holly, Assistant Teacher
Miss Holly graduated BCIT Medford and is the Assistant Teacher in the Pre-School 1 Classroom. Miss Holly has 3 beautiful children of her own, and has over 9 years of experience in childcare.

Miss Holly comes to work each day with a smile on her face and a desire to inspire. She loves teaching children because it's truly amazing to see how each child learns in their own way. She loves seeing the children's faces light up each morning when she sees them. Miss Holly loves playing games with the kids, and loves singing "Baby Shark" and "Wheels on the Bus" to them.

When she's not at work, Miss Holly loves to go to the beach with her children, see movies, and go swimming. Miss Holly loves to try new things and always has fun in the process!


Tristan, Assistant Teacher
Mr. Tristan has a Bachelor's Degree in Geography and is the Assistant Teacher in our Pre-School 1 Classroom.

You will always find Mr. Tristan actively engaged with the children, and playing puzzles, reading books or doing Arts & Crafts with them. Mr. Tristan has genuine concern for each child in his care, and has an innate ability to empathize and connect with children who may be having a difficult time with an activity. He loves seeing kids overcome obstacles and seeing the joy on their faces when they do. We are lucky to have Mr. Tristan share his love of music, as he develops and teaches music classes to our students. Mr. Tristan is always upbeat, positive, has a smile on his face and a never-ending amount of patience.

When he's not working, Mr. Tristan loves to read and write, play video games and learn new things. He is also a musician and loves to play the drums and create music.


Tristen, Assistant Teacher
Ms. Tristen joined the Goddard School in June 2019 and has over 4 years of experience working with children of all pre-school ages. She is the Assistant Teacher in our Pre-School 2 classroom.

Ms. Tristen has a strong background in working with children of different developmental levels and believes that every child is capable of reaching their full potential and becoming anything they want to be in life. Miss Tristen has been sharing her love of baking with the children in our school, teaching them about baking, and helping them to unleash their creative selves while decorating cupcakes.

When she's not teaching, Ms. Tristen loves spending time with her family, especially her 7 year old son, Kamryn, who she loves taking to swim and basketball practice and to the Zoo. She's also the Vice Chairperson for the NAACP and owns her own Baking Company!


Tyra, Assistant Teacher
Miss Tyra is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, and has worked in childcare for 6.5 years. She is the Assistant Teacher in the Pre-K room. You can see Miss Tyra's smile a mile away, and you will immediately see how much she loves being a part of the childhood experience.

Miss Tyra loves reading with the children, and especially likes to read books that teach kids lessons about being kind and making friends. Miss Tyra is also super creative and loves to come up with art projects and games that channel the kids imaginations. She is always encouraging, kind, loving, fun and inspiring.

When she's not at work, Miss Tyra loves to write, sing, draw, exercise and spend time with her friends and family.
