Mrs Bonnie, Owner The proud owner of the Goddard School located in Morgantown, PA, Bonnie Karwat, is looking forward to meeting you and your little ones! She is a mother of two, and grandmother of seven. Her favorite hobby is doing Agility with her two rescue dogs, Ginger and Brandy, and spending time with family.

Bonnie loves sharing in each child's accomplishments and being a part of their daily lives.

Miss Morgan, Director Miss Morgan joined our Goddard Family in 2013. She started as the Pre-k Teacher and is now Director of our school. She received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Kindergarten Education from Penn State University. She is currently working towards her Masters.
Morgan believes that a teacher should educate, motivate and inspire the children in her classroom and this is evident in her hands-on and exciting lessons!

Miss Kristin, Lead Teacher Miss Kristin joined our Goddard family in 2011. She is a graduate of Downingtown High School and is currently pursing an associate degree. Prior to joining us, she was a private childcare provider. Miss Kristin is a lead teacher in the Infant room. Miss Kristin cherishes all the moments with her infants. She loves to watch them grow and develop. You can often spot her doing yoga with her babies or on the floor with a lap full of babies.

Mrs Tammie, Lead Teacher Miss Tammie is one of the lead teachers in the Infant room. She came to the Goddard School of Morgantown in 2013. Tammie earned her CDA in 2018. Miss Tammie spent several years working at a Goddard School before coming to us. She has three of her own children and nine grandchildren that gave her lots of experience. You can spot her conducting a baby sing along or getting creative with art. She takes great pride in her classroom and is excited to welcome new babies into her room.

Miss Rachael, Lead Teacher Miss Rachael joined our Goddard family in 2018. She is a graduate of Twin Valley High School and is currently working on earning her ECE degree. She is the lead teacher in the 1st steps room. Miss Rachael adores young children and is always excited to help them learn new things. You can always hear them learning new songs and words to help with their speech development. One of Miss Rachael’s favorite moments is when she gets to watch a child gain their confidence in movement.

Mrs Alicia, Lead Teacher Miss Alicia joined our Goddard family in 2016. She attended Reading Area Community College and came to us with an extensive background in early childhood education. Miss Alicia is the lead teacher in the toddler room. She loves to see children grow and develop right in front of her eyes. Miss Alicia believes that children are natural explorers. She strives to make lessons that are fun and exciting and get her students thinking and exploring.

Miss Nicole, Lead Teacher Miss Nicole has been with us since 2018. She has an associate’s degree from the State University of New York at Canton. She is the lead teacher in the Preschool classroom. Miss Nicole can always be found being silly with her students or engaging them in a hands-on science experiment. Miss Nicole believes that when you make learning fun, children will continue to want to learn. She incorporated play into her daily routines, so that children can learn from their experiences.

Miss Jamie , Lead Teacher Miss Jamie joined our Goddard family in 2019. She came to us all the way from California. She has a degree in Early/Elementary Education from Utah Valley University. She is the Lead Teacher in the Pre-K classroom. Miss Jamie can be heard singing and laughing with the children in her room. She believes that every child has the potential to fall in love with learning. This is seen in her everyday routine in the classroom. She loves to see her children succeed and learn new things.

Mrs Monica, Lead Teacher Miss Monica joined our Goddard family in 2017. She has her master’s degree from the University of Albany in New York. Miss Monica can be found in our school age room in the afternoons and in the office during other times of the day. She loves to watch and help children grow and develop. Miss Monica believes that every child is different in the way they grow and develop, and she approaches each child with encouragement and patience.

Ms Patti, Assistant Teacher Miss Patti has been with us since 2012. She has her bachelor’s degree in Education from West Chester University and has an extensive background in the Early Childhood. Miss Patti is a favorite of all our children, as she helps in whatever classroom needs her. Miss Patti has a love for books and enjoys floating to each room reading her favorites to the children. She believes children who foster a love for books early on will be successful later. You can always hear Miss Patti reading and engaging the children in her classroom with all her silly voices and energy.

Miss Jamie, Assistant Teacher Miss Jamie is our Get Set Teacher. She has always had a love of children, as she is one of 11 with many nieces and nephews. She is so excited to jump into her journey in Early Childhood Education.

Mrs Natalie, Assistant Teacher Miss Natalie joined our Goddard Family in 2019. She is the assistant teacher in the Toddler room. Prior to coming to us, she has worked in the local community and raised two of her own boys. Miss Natalie believes that children thrive in a nurturing and caring environment. She can be found reading and sitting with children giving them one on one time. She looks forward to welcoming your child into the Toddler classroom.

Miss Krysta, Assistant Teacher Miss Krysta joined our Goddard family in 2017. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Alvernia University. She is currently the assistant teacher in the Get Set room and our morning School Age teacher. Miss Krysta believes that the best teachers make learning fun. Children will be excited to learn new things if they are interested. She always tries to incorporate fun into her activities. Miss Krysta can often be found on the floor, right at the child’s level, engaging them in the current activity. Miss Krysta is excited to welcome your child into our school.

Miss Sarah, Assistant Teacher Miss Sarah joined our Goddard family in 2016. She is a graduate of Twin Valley High School, where she first interned with us. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree. Miss Sarah floats around to each classroom, where she is loved by all. Miss Sarah believes children learn by fun experiences. She loves to incorporate real life events into her activities, where children are engaged and having fun.

Mrs Gail, Resource Miss Gail started with us in 2019. She is a graduate of Berks Christian School. She is an assistant teacher in the infant room, but also floats around and helps where she is needed. Miss Gail can be found in the kitchen, making sure each classroom has snacks and lunch. She believes children need as much love and attention as she can give them. She is excited to welcome your little one to our school.
