Miss Jill, Owner Miss. Jill graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and holds a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Millersville University. Miss Jill has taught preschool through private academic kindergarten and third grade for numerous years. Miss Jill believes the role of an educator is to prepare children to join the larger community as confident, joyful learners and peace-oriented citizens of the world.

Miss Carrie, Director Miss Carrie graduated from Kutztown University with a BA in English Literature in 2012. She has been working with children for over 12 years as a caregiver and in the childcare industry. Miss Carrie was a preschool and pre-kindergarten teacher before becoming a Program Specialist in the childcare business. Her favorite part of childcare is being able to see the children grow while learning and experiencing new adventures.

Miss Katherine, Lead Teacher Miss Katie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education in 2013 from Kutztown University. She has been working in childcare industry for over 13 years. Miss Katie’s favorite children’s books are Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown and Oh the Places You’ll Go by Dr. Seuss. Her favorite thing about working with children is “engaging children’s imaginations as they explore crafting materials.”

Kirsten, Lead Teacher My name is Miss Kirsten and I have been working with children in one way or another for nine years and working in childcare specifically since 2017. I am currently attending Northampton Community College pursing a degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus in infant and toddler development. I love working with children because simply being around children is rewarding in itself; there is a pure and wholesome outlook that only a child can provide. Waiting and aiding in their learning can remind us that the world is full of amazing possibilities! I love to practice yoga and mindfulness, take care of my houseplants, go hiking, be outside, write poetry, read books, listen to tons of podcasts, and go to concerts!


Devynne, Lead Teacher Miss Devynne recently graduated Kutztown University with a degree in Fine Arts and a background in Psychology. She currently lives in Temple and in her free time she practices mindfulness and creates artwork! Miss Devynne also spends her day outside of Goddard caring for her puppy dog Mae and tending to her plants! She has been working with children for over a year, previously acting as an assistant teacher for young toddlers at the YMCA. Miss Devynne is so excited to work at Goddard to help those in her classroom grow and learn through exploratory studies of all backgrounds, but especially those in art, music, and nature!


DaRel, Lead Teacher Miss DaRel comes to us with an Associates degree in Accounting. She has over 13 years experience working in child care. Prior to Goddard, she became a state certified Paraprofessional and worked with special needs children for 4 years. Her favorite part of working with children is seeing what they're learned. Miss DaRel's favorite book is " Bubbles Bubbles" by Kathi Appelt. She is married with two teenage daughters.

Miss Jennifer, Lead Teacher Miss Jenn graduated from Reading Area Community College with her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2014. She has been caring for children for over 13 years in a variety of settings. Teaching has always been her passion! Her favorite books are “Oh, The Places You’ll Go!” by Dr. Seuss as well as "The Spooky Old Tree" by the Berenstain Bears. During her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and most of all playing with her almost 6 year old puppy Beya.

Miss Jamie, Lead Teacher Jamie currently lives in the area but just relocated here from New Jersey. She graduated from a local community college with her Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Development. From there she went on to Kean University to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her teaching experience focuses on early childhood education as well as teaching children with special needs. She has eight years of experience teaching children ages six months to twelve years. She loves teaching younger children because they have open minds and love exploring and learning new things every day. She looks forward to getting to know each student and supporting them in their learning journey. She is very excited to be joining The Goddard School family. She looks forward to hearing from each of you and learning about your child.

Miss Kristin, Lead Teacher Miss Kristin is currently working on her Associates Degree in Special Education/Paraprofessional at Lehigh Carbon Community College. Her interest grew in the Special Education field while volunteering with a local Autism Respite, where she was the lead teacher working with children ages 6-7 on fun activities and making sure all felt safe and happy. Working with the children grew her interest in Special Education, as she wanted to have knowledge and skills to be able to help each child she met be happy and successful. She is eager and excited to work at The Goddard School.

She has always loved working with children, as they are always wanting to learn and explore. I love to make learning fun and want to engage children in being excited to learn about new things, while creating memories for them to look back on. In her spare time she loves to spend time with friends and family and most gatherings you would find me with the “kid crew” having fun and making memories. She enjoys living out in the country as she loves spending weekends outside when she can with her niece and nephew at the family farm where they always have fun adventures.

Bali, Lead Teacher Miss Bali has worked with all ages as a arts and music camp teacher. she enjoys working with children and exposing them to the the arts of education!


Shannon, Lead Teacher Miss Shannon is a recent graduate of DeSales
University with her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. While working at the Goddard School, she will also be working to attain her Master's Degree in Special Education at DeSales!
Miss Shannon has always loved working with children, so she is very excited to start this journey as a teacher, especially at the Goddard School! She is looking forward to helping and watching students grow in the Pre-K classroom, as well as learning about all of them and their big minds!


Penny, Lead Teacher I am the Lead Teacher in the Wild Roses classroom here at The Goddard School. I have 8 plus years of experience working in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with all age groups and have played many roles from Co-Director to Teacher. While in High School, I went to Berks Career and Technology where I studied Early Childhood Development and Management and received my CDA. I am currently attending Liberty University where I am working on obtaining an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and Management and Directors Credential. I have also completed multiple trainings through Penn State Better Kid Care and through the state. I enjoy doing hands-on activities with the children and letting them explore the world around them. I also enjoy putting on puppet shows and creating an amazing classroom environment for your child to learn in. During my free time I enjoy playing with my 4 year old daughter Savannah and puppy Lucas. I also enjoy spending time with my Husband and going to concerts. I have a passion for working with children and enjoy watching them grow and learn. I believe that the early years are the most important when it comes to building a strong foundation for learning. If you have any questions or concerns throughout the school year please feel free to ask, communication is key!! I am super excited to start the school year and getting to know your child and family.


Kimberly, Assistant Teacher Miss Kim has been working in Early child care for over 5 years. She has her CDA for infant and Toddler Care. She loves working with children and seeing their minds grow. She loves seeing the infants progress through all of their milestones! This is one of her favorite things about early education. She likes working on arts and crafts with children. Some of her favorite children's books are Fifteen Animals by Sandra Boynton, The Kissing Hand, by Audrey Penn, and the Foot Book by Dr. Seuss


Rachel, Assistant Teacher My name is Rachel McLean and I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Criminology, pre-law and a minor in English. I have been working with children for about 9 years. My favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow and be able to help along the way. I love how different each child is and think it is important to cater to each individual child's needs as much as possible. Some of my favorite children's books are "Love You Forever" by Robert Munsch, "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" by Dr. Seuss, and "A Color of His Own" by Leo Lionni. I am looking forward to joining The Goddard School and teaching your little ones

Amy, Assistant Teacher Miss Amy graduated from Wilkes College in 1989 with a BA in English and a secondary education certificate. She later realized that she preferred working with younger children instead. Miss Amy worked with children from infant to age 5 for over 12 years. Before coming to the Goddard school she worked at her church preschool program, Mom's Morning Out Program, Sunday School and Cherub Choir. Miss Amy finds working with young children to be both rewarding and fun! She especially enjoys making crafts, singing songs, and reading books with children. In her free time, Miss Amy enjoys spending time with her family and her pets. She's excited about joining the Goddard team and embracing their philosophy of learning while having fun!


Kayla, Assistant Teacher Miss Kayla has been working with children for about 7 years and has some college credits from LCTI. She enjoys hanging out with her son ,listening to music, and dancing. She is very excited to be educating little minds and watching them grow.


Julia, Assistant Teacher My name is Miss Julia, I am so excited to be working with Miss. Penny and meet the kiddos! I have been working with children for over 6 years from being a tutor to working at a childcare center. I am currently attending Cedar Crest College to obtain my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. What I love about teaching is seeing how the students are quick learners and how they develop and grow into nice adults. Another thing that I love about being a teacher is seeing the excitement and accomplishments when they remember what they have learned. I am a cheerful and happy educator who is very passionate about helping my students grow.

Kanchan, Assistant Teacher Miss Kanchan has over three years experience in primary school/ Kindergarten as an assistant teacher as has a bachelors in Advertising and PR. Miss Kanchan worked in Germany at International School. She is excited to work with the Kindergarten class and use her skills to help them learn, develop, and gain knowledge. Miss Kanchan believes that every child is unique.She has a son and loves to travel and explore new countries and cultures, as well as baking, hiking, and spending time with friends.


Mason, Resource Mr. Mason has been working in early child care for over 5 years. He is very happy to be working here at the Goddard School, and he is currently finishing his 2nd semester at Kutztown University


Tiffany, Resource Miss. Tiffany has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from Kutztown University and is now currently a student at ESU obtaining her second Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education K-12. She has been working with children in one way or another for about 9 years and started her journey at the YMCA as a before/after school teacher and camp counselor. She loves working with children and enjoys seeing them grow into their own person. She is eager and excited to start her journey at the Goddard School!
