Substitute Kindergarten Teacher - Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual with a desire to make a difference in our children's educational journey.

Our private academic licensed Kindergarten program in Breinigsville, PA is looking for a:

Full-Time Kindergarten Teacher
Potential candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Early Childhood / Education field, must be technologically savvy, have the ability to multi-task and most of all possess exceptional customer service skills.

Kindergarten Teacher

A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
PA teaching certificate in either Elementary, Early Childhood, or the private academic Nursery/Kindergarten teaching certificate.
Teacher’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
Design an appropriate lesson plan to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom and ready for kindergarten.
Interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
Updating the children Portfolio.
Assessing children’s learning
Communicating and keeping the parents updated about their child progress.
Ready for doing Parent-teacher conferences.
Ensure that children are always within state ratio requirements.
Perform major cleaning during times when children are not present
Post a classroom schedule that meets the needs of the children and includes routine and learning opportunities.
Meet the school's quality assurance requirements
Participate in staff and training meetings
Making learning fun and exciting.

The Goddard School® is a high-quality preschool for children six weeks to six years of age. Goddard uses a F.L.EX. program and offers both full and part-time programs. Hours of operation are 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
