Ms Lisa, Owner Starting her educational career in the public sector, Lisa spent nine years as a teacher in a variety of different grade levels and then transitioned to administration for an additional five years. She initially earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Old Dominion University and then continued on to earn her Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Rutgers University. Joining the Goddard Systems Inc., family in 2004, Lisa has worked collaboratively with her husband Bill to bring quality preschool education to the Marlboro Township community. Lisa is readily accessible for all of the families attending the school and welcomes the opportunity to share the School's philosophy and program with new families. Drawing upon her knowledge of learning and effective implementation of state standards and curricular goals, Lisa strives to provide every child and family a positive educational experience in a warm nurturing environment.

Toni Ann, Director Miss Toni's extensive experience in early childhood education makes her the perfect Director for our school! She attended the College of Staten Island of the City University of New York where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and her Master of Science in Elementary Education. After working as an early childhood teacher, she opened her own preschool in Staten Island. Our faculty and students reap the benefits of Miss Toni's comprehensive knowledge of developmentally appropriate teaching techniques and her warm and personable nature make her a favorite of our children!

Ms Luciana, Assistant Director The children attending our school enter each morning eager to receive a cheerful greeting from our Assistant Director, Ms. Luciana. Her effervescent personality is contagious. Both children and parents alike know they can always depend on her to assist them with whatever they may need. She is innately warm and nurturing and always knows just what to do to bring a smile to each child's face. Joining our Goddard Family, Jackson in 2006, Luciana worked alongside with our two-year olds until she transitioned to administration in 2008. She joined us in our Morganville location in 2018. Drawing upon her natural energy and strong work ethic, she works diligently to make sure each day is easy, enjoyable and stress-free for our children, parents and staff.

Ms Lisa, Lead Teacher An experienced educator, with two grown children of her own, Ms. Lisa stepped in to the role of lead toddler teacher in 2017. Prior to this she worked as a preschool educator for 5 years. She innately meets the individual needs of all the children in her care and makes each child feel as if they are the only one for which she is caring. The fun never ends as Ms. Lisa takes the children on a variety of learning adventures using their imagination or takes them outdoors to enhance their gross motor development. Whatever the activity, Ms. Lisa's children are cared for with genuine love and affection.

Ms Brianna, Lead Teacher Ms. Brianna has been working with children since 2000. She began working as an assistant teacher and in 2016 transitioned to a lead position. Brianna's warmth and instinctual nurturing allows each child entering her room to feel welcome and comfortable. Possessing a flair for creativity, the children in her care participate in an array of creative activities from art work to dramatic play. She strives to engage the children in meaningful activities that allow them to grow socially, emotionally and academically.

Ms Gladys (Anne), Lead Teacher Embodying the philosophy of teaching to the whole child, Miss Anne is a master teacher with the innate ability to bring out each child's individual strengths. She began her career in early childhood education in 1992 and completed her education coursework at both Brookdale Community College and Western Governors University. The children in Miss Anne's class are engaged in a variety of hands-on learning activities and can often be found exploring one of the many insects, reptiles or mammals she brings in to enhance their educational experience. Confidence, independence and self-expression are developed as each child is afforded the opportunity to learn at their own pace and effort is rewarded with praise and plenty of hugs!

Ms Eden, Lead Teacher Ms. Eden's effervescent smile is contagious and the children in her class are relaxed and productive as they manage themselves through Learning Centers designed to develop social, motor and cognitive skills. She is a master at getting children to transition or move onto the next activity quickly with ease. Ms. Eden earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Kean University in 2015. Skilled at enhancing the numerous varying needs of young children, Ms. Eden allows her students to express themselves through literature, language, science and creative art activities. The children in her care are actively engaged in fun learning adventures that provide them with the foundation needed for success in Kindergarten.

Ms Susan, Assistant Teacher Ms. Sue earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Seton Hall University. She initially worked as a substitute teacher with the Newell School System and became a full time assistant teacher with our school in 2006. Her calm and kind demeanor is perfect for our youngest students. The infants in her care receive an abundance of tender loving care as she strives to provide each child with an abundance of attention and warmth. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the needs of infants, Ms. Sue adeptly guides each child in achieving their most important developmental milestones.

Ms Donna, Assistant Teacher Known for maintaining a safe and compassionate classroom setting, Miss Donna provides our Preschool children with a developmentally appropriate schedule and routine that balances learning, play, physical activity and rest. Ms. Donna joined our faculty in 2015 with more than 10 years experience in early childhood education. She is a veteran educator with experience with children ranging from infants through preschool. Working collaboratively with our lead teacher, the children in Miss Donna's care participate in activities that allow them to learn about the world around them, explore their interests and develop individual talents.

Ms Jennifer, Assistant Teacher After obtaining her degree in Early Childhood Education from Brookdale Community College, Ms. Jenn went on to obtain her BA in Educational Studies at Arizona State University. Here, she discovered her passion for working with young children. Her philosophy in teaching is to provide each child with the tools and skills necessary to help them develop socially, emotionally, academically and physically. Miss Jenn works collaboratively with our Lead Pre-Kindergarten teacher to provide the children in her care with a well-balanced, engaging and challenging curriculum that best prepares them for the transition to elementary school.

Ms Karen, Assistant Teacher Ms. Karen's enthusiasm and passion for young children is evident in all she does. She draws upon her creativity and flexibility to make every day a positive one for her students. Having worked in the field of early childhood education for more than 7 years, she is skilled at unlocking every child's door to learning and overcoming any obstacle a child may have. The children in her care receive plenty of praise and positive reinforcement while gaining the self-confidence and independence necessary for lifelong happiness and success.

Ms Heidi, Assistant Teacher We are proud to have Miss Heidi as a member of our faculty since our doors opened in 2005. She initially spent several years as an assistant teacher in our infant program before transitioning to the role of assistant pre-kindergarten teacher in 2015. Ms. Heidi holds a Bachelors Degree in English with teaching certification from Rutgers University. She is also a proud member of the Kappa Delta Pi Educational Honor Society. With over twenty five years of experience, she brings warmth, patience and an overall love for the children in the classroom every day!

Ms Sandra, Assistant Teacher Miss Sandra joined our Goddard Family in 2006. Prior to this she worked for the public schools of West New York for nine years. She has vast experience working with various age groups and is well-versed in the developmental needs of young children. Her warm, loving, nurturing nature makes her a perfect fit to work with young children!
