Mr Sundeep, Owner Mr. Sundeep is the On-site Owner of The Goddard School® located in Florham Park.
He believes in making a difference and recognizes the significance of positively affecting the lives of the students as well as the families in the community. The Goddard School features a warm, loving atmosphere in a year round program designed to enhance the emotional, social, intellectual and physical development of your child while enriching their desire to learn.

Ms Laurie, Director Ms. Laurie is the Director of Education. She received her degree from Ithaca College and has taken countless continuing education course including "Reducing the Risks of SIDS in Early Education and Child Care", "Medication Administration in Early Education and Child Care" and a course from FEMA's Emergency Management Institute. She started as a Preschool teacher and has been involved in many aspects of early childhood education, teacher, specialist, parent and served on a Board of Directors. She brings her 20 years of experience to The Goddard School to make your child's early childhood education the best it can be.

Ms Kim, Assistant Director Ms. Kim has her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and 18 years of experience. She has taught Prekindergarten, Kindergarten, First, Second and Sixth Grade. She joined The Goddard School in 2019.

Ms Christine, Lead Teacher Ms Christine comes to The Goddard School with over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She earned her CDA in 2001 and has 3 children of her own. She is in our Infant class.

Kristen, Lead Teacher Ms. Kristen comes to The Goddard School with 13 years of experience. She has her Associates Degree on Early Childhood Education and her Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She believes that all children learn at their own rate and can succeed when their basic needs are met. With a safe and secure environment, children can build trust to learn and grow. She believes in a hands on approach with active learning and opportunities to explore the world to allow their imaginations to grow. Guidance and scaffolding allows children to receive the help they need to grow at their maximum potential. She also believes that play is important and children learn through play. Play should always be used in all academic and experiences throughout their learning experiences.

Ms Jasmin, Lead Teacher Ms. Jasmin has her C.D.A for Infants and Toddlers and 6 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She is certified in Medication Administration, CPR and First Aid. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is in our Toddler class. She believes that she can guide the children to be the best they can be in their own way. She motivates the children to continue to achieve each milestone and to be happy that they have mastered each skill.

Ms Maggie, Lead Teacher Ms Maggie has her C.D.A for Infants and Toddlers and she also has her Director's Credentials for Early Childhood Education. She has 8 years of experience working in early childhood education. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and working on D.I.Y projects with her daughter. She is on our Preschool 1 class. Ms. Maggie believes all children are interesting and that teachers need to truly listen to what children are saying.

Ms Brianna, Lead Teacher Ms Brianna has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education along with 9 years of experience. She has worked her way up from being an assistant teacher to a lead teacher and at her previous school she was a director designee. She is the Lead Teacher of our Get Set Class.

Ms Linda , Lead Teacher Ms. Linda has her C.D.A. and graduated with her bachelor's degree from William Paterson University. She has worked in early childhood education for 4 years. Ms. Linda believes that a teacher should encourage and motivate each child.

Ms Kendra , Lead Teacher Ms. Kendra has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She also has over 8 years of experience in early childhood education. In her free time, enjoys spending time with her family. She is the Lead Teacher of our Preschool 2 class and the Dean of Faculty responsible for teacher training. She believes that children learn best through play. A class should be set up for the children to explore everyday activities and have the opportunity to learn while doing so.

Ms Kristen, Lead Teacher Ms. Kristen has her Bachelor of Arts and Master's Degrees from Quinnipiac University. She also has been a teacher since 2016 and joined The Goddard School in 2018. She is in our Prekindergarten class. Ms. Kristen believes children are imaginative and should not be limited. She wants them to learn and explore in a safe and nurturing environment.

Ms Allison, Assistant Teacher Ms. Allison attended the County College of Morris where she completed several courses in Early Childhood Education. She has 5 years of experience working with children and is the Assistant Teacher in our Infant Room.

Ms Andyiae, Assistant Teacher Ms. Andyiae is currently pursuing her C.D.A and has 3 years of experience working with children. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her family. She is in our First Steps class. She believes that children are beautiful and smart and that it is important for teachers to listen to and help children.

Ms Anna, Assistant Teacher Ms Anna attended Muffles College in Belize before coming to the United States. She has 7 years of management experience and also speaks two languages and is currently studying Portuguese. She is certified in CPR and First Aid and is working towards C.D.A.. In her free time she enjoys taking road trips with her little family, her husband and their "boy" Bowser (a French Bulldog). She is in our First Steps class.

Ms Kisha, Assistant Teacher Ms. Kisha has graduated from Star Career Academy as a Nursing Assistant and brings her medical experience to The Goddard School. She is certified in CPR and First Aid. In her spare time she loves to cook and shop. She is the Assistant Teacher in our Young Toddler class. Ms. Kisha believes that all children are magnificent and that a teacher should do all that she can to help a child.

Ms Liz, Assistant Teacher Ms. Liz is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education and has 7 years of experience working with children. She works part time as an assistant teacher and believes that children are joyful to be around.

Ms Amelia, Assistant Teacher Ms. Amelia is the Assistant Teacher in our Toddler 2 class. Before coming to The Goddard School she worked in customer service and was also a youth counselor. Ms. Amelia believes that all children are amazing and that it is important to show children how much you care for them. She believes that children are honest and that she pays close attention when speaking with them. She says that they are fast learners as long as you make things interesting to learn.

Ms Samiyyah, Assistant Teacher Ms. Sam has 3 years of experience in early childhood education and is working on her C.D.A. She is certified in CPR and First Aid. In her free time she loves to watch cooking shows, her favorite is Bizarre foods with Andrew Zimmerman. She is in our Toddler 2 class.

Ms Alicia, Assistant Teacher Ms Alicia is an Assistant Teacher and works in several of our classrooms. She has her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and her Bachelor Degree in English and Special Education. Before coming to The Goddard School she has worked as a Head Teacher and the director of a STEM Program. Ms. Alicia strives to create a safe, fun, interesting and challenging space for children to learn in.

Ms Kency, Assistant Teacher Ms. Kency is the Assistant Teacher in the Toddler 2 class. She has worked with children before and believes that it is important to create a safe, positive and fun environment for children. She believes in creating a relationship with each child in her class and helping them to learn valuable life skills.

Ms Anastasia, Assistant Teacher Ms. Anastasia is the assistant teacher in the Preschool 2 class and has studied at Union County Community College and Rowan University before joining us at The Goddard School. In addition to her education, she also spent 4 years teaching dance. She believes that a child's first few years in school are the most important and that children should be engaged, happy, safe and having fun while at school.

Ms Lauren , Assistant Teacher Ms. Lauren is the Assistant Teacher in our PreK class. She has 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and studied at Florida A & M University. She believes that early childhood education should be fun and rewarding. Early Childhood Education sets the foundation for the children's love of education which will follow them through out their educational successes. She wants the children to go home happy and enriched from the day, everyday.

Mr Matt, Resource Mr Matt is a graduate of Randolph High School. He spent his freshman year of college at Monmouth University and earned his Associates Degree from the County College of Morris. He has 2 years of experience as an Assistant Teacher and in his free time he likes to go to the gym, watch hockey and hanging out with his family. Mr. Matt believes that every child deserves the right to learn and to have fun while doing it.
