I am proud to say I was at Goddard Medina during construction, before our great school was open to the public. I have had the pleasure of leading this great group of educators here at Medina from the beginning. I am over joyed at the friendships created from all the families I have met during the short time we have been open.

Prior to joining Goddard, I owned and operated four independent childcare facilities. I consulted with many childcare centers helping them achieve best practice. I also was part of many School Age programs as the School Age accreditation assessor. I have a degree in Early Education.

In my spare time I very much enjoy cycling with my husband. I also enjoy spending time with our adult children & two high school children, our two schnauzers and our friends.

Michelle , Director Education Director

I started my career working with children during college with a part-time job in a preschool room. I loved it so much that I switched my college major because I knew I’d never want to do anything else! I received my BAS in Early Childhood Studies and have been in the field for 12 years now, with 4 of those years at Goddard. I have worked almost every position a school can have and enjoyed every one of them. Being the Education Director at Goddard stands out as my favorite position yet!

My husband and I have 2 young children, a cat, and a dog, all who keep us very busy, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling any chance I get, trying new restaurants, and being outside, especially by water.
