Assistant Teacher - Full Time

Our Assistant Teachers and aides work together with Lead Teachers
-Developing lesson plans (Leads do most of the lesson planning but assistants are encouraged to help as well!)
-Meeting the individual's needs of the children
-Parent communication
-Participation in staff and training meetings
-Designing an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom
-Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
-Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.
-Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
-Building teamwork.

Assistant Teacher Qualifications:
-12 post-secondary credits in early childhood development or a related field.
-Experience working with children ages 6 weeks-6 years.
-High school diploma or GED.
-Minimum of 18 years of age.

Aide Teacher Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED.
-Minimum of 18 years of age.
-Experience with 6 weeks to 6 years preferred, not required.

Lead Preschool Teacher - Full Time

Lead teachers in our Preschool teaching team work with assistant teachers to create and implement daily lesson plans and receive paid planning time outside of the classroom.

A qualified candidate must be energetic, experience with children as well as a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education or related fields OR an Associates degree in Child Development or related fields.

Lead Teachers can make $14-$17 an hour.

Work in a professional, educational, and fun preschool (not daycare) environment with an onsite leadership team who fully supports all teachers.

Positions also available in the Plymouth/Medina/Maple Grove area. Inquire within.

Wages and compensation package are based on education and experience.
