Robert & Jiena, Owners Robert and Jiena are the dedicated owners of The Goddard School in the Energy Corridor. Robert has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Jiena has a Master’s degree in Music Composition. They have two sons Ian and Carson, and a daughter Zoe who is currently attending the school. They live in a nearby neighborhood and wanted to bring a quality preschool to their area. They are committed to making sure that each child who passes through The Goddard School doors are loved and cared for. Their high standards for excellence and customer service are apparent throughout the school, and they are happy to be able to provide Goddard’s outstanding program to the children in their community.

Mrs Tiffany, Director Mrs. Tiffany is the Director at The Goddard School. She is married with two boys, and takes pride in being a loving mother. She has worked in the early childcare industry for over 12 years. Tiffany has a heart for being a positive part of the growth and development of children, and has held many positions within the field. She obtained her Bachelor's in Business as well as her certification in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix. Mrs. Tiffany believes that no two children are alike and therefore neither should be the structure of their education and development.

Mrs Linzie, Assistant Director Mrs. Linzie is the Assistant Director at the Goddard School. She has over 11 years’ experience including Montessori early education. Mrs.Linzie is happily married and has 2 Terriers, and she loves spending time with family and friends. She feels that children are a gift, and she appreciates all her parents who have trusted her with their hearts and their children’s early education over the years.

Ms Tyneshia, Assistant Director Tyneshia (TY) Thompson is from Dallas, TX. Ms.Thompson moved to Houston the fall of 2014 to further her education. She is currently pursuing her degree in psychology.Ty chose Psychology as a major, because she has a strong interest in studying the minds of children and their many different developmental milestones. Ms. Thompson has a combination of both childcare and administrative work experience, and she's thrilled to combine the two to share her expertise with the Goddard School!

Ms Graciela, Lead Teacher Ms. Graciela is the lead teacher in our Infant classroom. She is originally from Venezuela but has lived in Houston for several years now. She has over 10 years of experience in childcare. She taught in a preschool setting and was an owner of a daycare in her hometown. She received an Associate degree in Computer Application from Venezuela and is currently pursing her Child Development Associate Credential. As a Venezuela native, she shares her extensive Spanish vocabulary with the children, and feels that it is beneficial to learn as many languages as possible! When Ms.Graciela is not loving on the infants at Goddard, she shares her kind heart with a church nearby, helping in their infant room. She feels privileged to be able to be a part of your child's growth and development here at Goddard!

Ms Sandra , Lead Teacher Ms. Sandra is the lead teacher in the First Steps classroom. She has been working in the early childhood education field for the past 3 years, focusing on infants and young toddlers. Ms. Sandra believes that each child has their own way of learning and it's important for teachers to provide different learning techniques to be able to meet the needs of every child.

Ms Vantoria, Lead Teacher Ms. Vantoria is the lead teacher in the Toddler classroom. She has been working with children of all ages since 2010. She believes that each child is an unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is Ms. Vantoria's desire as an educator is to help children and students meet there fullest potential while providing a safe environment.

Ms Stella , Lead Teacher Ms.Stella is the lead teacher in our Get Set classroom. She has been married for 16 years and is a mother of 3 boys. She is a graduate of Medical Laboratory Technology, earned a certification in comparative coaching, and participated in the Texas School Ready Program. Ms. Stella is currently pursuing her master's degree in Child Care Health. She believes that you should teach the children through love and focus on safety, respect, education, health, and self-help skills.

Ms Priscilla, Lead Teacher Mrs. Priscilla is our Preschool 1 Lead teacher. She comes to us with over 14 years of child care experience as well as an educational background from Trinidad. Mrs. Priscilla is a wife and a loving mother of two little girls. She has experience with caring for children with special needs as well. She believes the children are the teachers in each classroom.

Mrs Tara, Lead Teacher Mrs. Tara Douglas is our Junior K lead teacher. She is a wife and mother and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time she loves going on long walks and reading.Mrs. Douglas has over 15 years of childcare experience including homeschooling her own children.During this time she has developed a passion for enriching young minds through play and mindful experiences. She prides herself on the ability to reach each child based on their own unique way of learning.

Ms Cynthia, Assistant Teacher Ms. Cynthia is the assistant teacher in the infant classroom and has been working with children since 2016. Ms. Cynthia believes that early childhood learning is the building block of knowledge that children need to instill a lifelong love of learning. She believes that learning goes hand in hand with the teacher and parent involvement. Ms. Cynthia strives to provide a safe environment where children can actively explore and discover new materials.

Ms Josefina, Assistant Teacher Mrs. Josefina is a loving mother and teacher. She feels all children should be greeted with a smile, because how you start their day sets the tone of their day. Ms. Josefina has had a passion for teaching since she was a little girl. The most important part of teaching for her is to be nurturing.

She believes that a good early education is the foundation for the wonderful successful future of a child.

Ms Stella, Assistant Teacher Mrs.Stella C. is our First Steps Assistant Teacher. She become a teacher because, she feels children bring joy everywhere they go. She is a mother of two who enjoys spending quality time with her family. Mrs. Stella Graduated from the University of Nigeria, and is excited to learn more about our diverse culture. She is also eager to share her knowledge of early child development with her new Goddard family.

She is originally from Morocco, where she has worked in the early childcare industry as well.Aside from being a devoted teacher she is a wife and Mother.Ms. Fatima believes children should be nurtured as well as taught by their teacher.

Ms Ann, Assistant Teacher Ms. Ann is the assistant teacher in the Preschool classroom and has been working with children of all age groups since 2012 and is currently enrolled at Lone Star College. Ms. Anne's teaching philosophy as an early childhood teacher is to provide children with a safe environment, where they feel safe to explore, initiate learning, and feel free to express themselves. Ms. Ann's goal is to support children as they embark on a journey to make discoveries about themselves and learn to recognize and identify their feelings.

Ms Christi, Assistant Teacher Mrs. Saez is our Preschool Assistant Teacher,and has joined us with over 12 years of childcare education experience. She has an extensive educational background, including her Associates of Applied Science in Early child care and development of young children.She feels a great teacher should never stops learning. Mrs. Saez feels in order to be a great teacher you must never stop learning.

Ms Neysa, Assistant Teacher Ms. Neysa is a Teacher Assistant in the Preschool classroom. She has been working in early childcare for over 10 years, and loves connecting with them on their level to prepare for their future. Ms.Neysa really enjoys seeing the light in the eyes of children when they began to enjoy learning. She feels that a great teacher never stops learning.

Ms Ella , Resource Ms. Ella is our school chef and has been cooking for children for close to 15 years. She is a wife, a mother of two, and a loving grandmother. Over the years she has obtained her food managers certificate. Her hobbies include her love for cooking, reading, and skating. Mrs. Ella prides herself on making the most nutritious meal for children that will put a smile on their faces as well as their tummy’s.
