Mr Brooks, Owner Mr. Brooks graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Health/Physical Education and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arkansas State University. Prior to owning The Goddard School, he worked as a teacher and football coach at several Arkansas high schools. Mr. Brooks has always been passionate about education and the development of young people. Mr. Brooks and his wife Amie have 3 children, Cruz, Cali, and Crosby.

Mrs Lindsey, Director Lindsey Gearhart graduated in May, 2006 with a Master of Arts (M.A) in Teaching from the University of Arkansas. Following graduation she worked for two years as a pre-kindergarten teacher in New York City, one year spent with a certified Montessori school. In 2008 she moved home to Arkansas and taught second and third grade at Washington Elementary and subsequently Kindergarten at The New School. Gearhart and her husband, Brock, reside in Fayetteville with their three children Caroline, Lily, and George.

Mrs Shannon, Director Shannon holds a Master of Arts in Teaching, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education, both from the University of Arkansas. She and her husband, Brent, have one daughter named Olive.
Shannon started as an elementary teacher, spent some time as a specialized literacy teacher, and worked with students with special needs. Furthermore, she spent 10 years as a trainer and manager in the medical software industry. As of recent, Shannon has returned to her true love of teaching little ones, and found her home within the walls of preschool.
Shannon loves children, working alongside parents, and aiding teachers to bring Goddard's core philosophies to life within their instruction.

Ms Kelly, Assistant Director Ms. Kelly graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Masters of Arts in Education. She taught physical education in the Rogers and Fort Smith School District prior to working at The Goddard School. Kelly and her husband, Benji, have 2 sets of twins, Karly and Matthew, and Kourtney and Kenna.

Ms Alyssa , Lead Teacher Ms. Alyssa is finishing her Bachelors Degree in Math and Education from the University of Arkansas. She most recently worked the last 5 years at Jean Tyson Child Development Center. Ms. Alyssa is originally from Houston, Texas and is excited about joining The Goddard School.

Ms Sarah, Lead Teacher Ms. Sarah graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She worked as a preschool teacher for 1 year and then chose to pursue a Masters degree in teaching. She is excited about sharing The Goddard School philosophy with the children.

Omeshia, Lead Teacher Ms. Omeshia is very passionate about early childhood education. She began working in childcare in Russellville, AR. She then moved on to The New School in Fayetteville where she has worked for the past 9 years. She is excited about continuing her passion with The Goddard School.

Ms Savannah, Lead Teacher Ms. Savannah recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health. She has 8 years working with children. She has first hand experience working with multi-sensory approaches and unique learning methods. She is looking forward to helping children learn and watching them grow.

Ms Katie, Lead Teacher Ms. Katie graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Studio Art 2D and 3D. She has lived in Fayetteville for 5 years. Ms. Katie has been teaching preschool, art and working as a nanny while living in Fayetteville. She has been trained in conscious discipline methods and has experience furthering children with developmental delays.

Ms Kenmetrice , Lead Teacher Ms. Kenmetrice graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. She has worked for 6 years with children ranging from preschool to early elementary. She loves teaching and is excited to bring her passion and excitement to The Goddard School.

Ms Janelle, Lead Teacher Ms. Janelle has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelors Degree in Speech/Language Pathology. She taught 2nd grade for 4 years while living in Denver, CO. Ms. Janelle has been teaching Pre-K for the last 10 years. Ms. Janelle has two sons, age 18 and 14. She is excited about working at The Goddard School because she wants to help children become confident learners through successful experiences in their academic, social, physical, and emotional development.

Ms Kelsy, Assistant Teacher Ms. Kelsy graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology specializing in Outdoor and Community Recreation from The University of Central Oklahoma. She is very excited about joining The Goddard School in Fayetteville. Ms. Kelsy has had many years of childcare experience in various settings.

Lauren, Assistant Teacher Ms. Lauren is currently working on her Child Development Associates Certificate and plans to pursue her education in Elementary Education. She has experience as a Lead Infant Teacher for 2 years as well as Nanning for 4 years prior to working for The Goddard School. Lauren and her husband, Josh, recently moved to Fayetteville from Orange County, California along with their 2 doodles. Lauren is thrilled to help each child meet their fullest potential at The Goddard School.

Ms Mollie, Assistant Teacher Ms. Mollie is currently a senior at the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree in Child Development. She has worked in preschool education for 3 years. Ms. Mollie is originally from Joplin, MO and is very passionate about working with young children and seeing them develop.

Ms Lexi, Assistant Teacher Ms. Lexi is currently working to complete her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as her Child Development Associate certification. She has worked in preschool education for 2 years. She and her husband, Corey, recently moved to Fayetteville from Arizona. Ms. Lexi is very excited about teaching the young children at The Goddard School.

Ms McKenzie , Assistant Teacher Ms. McKenzie is currently a junior at the University of Arkansas and is pursuing a degree in elementary education. She has experience working with children while Nanning in Fayetteville and her internship with local schools. She is excited about working with children and seeing them learn and grow at The Goddard School.

Ms Ella Claire, Assistant Teacher Ms. Ella Claire is currently a student at the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a focus of birth through kindergarten. She is looking forward to working with children and excited about being part of The Goddard School.

Hannah, Assistant Teacher Hannah Connolley is originally from Dallas, Texas. She is currently studying at The University of Arkansas working on her Psychology degree. She loves watching children grow and having a positive impact on their lives. She has been working with children for 5+ years and is very excited to continue at The Goddard School!

Ms Sydnee, Assistant Teacher Ms. Sydnee is from Lewisville Texas. She is currently a senior at the University of Arkansas and is pursuing a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a concentration in Child Development. She is a Younglife Capernaum leader, which ministers to children with disabilities in Northwest Arkansas. She enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, and watching football.

Ms Elizabeth, Assistant Teacher Ms. Elizabeth is a recent graduate of Fayetteville High School. She was most recently an intern at NewHeights student ministry and an assistant teacher at Christian Life Cathedral's kids day out program. She plans on continuing her education at Northwest Arkansas Community College.

Heather, Assistant Teacher Ms. Heather graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies: Emphasis in Special Education. She also has her Associates in Arts with an Emphasis in Photographic Imaging. She most recently worked as a first grade teacher in Texas and then transferred to Arkansas to be closer to family, which is very important to her. She has worked with young children for over 15 years and finds absolute pride and joy in her work. She is excited to join The Goddard School family and looks forward to working with parents and faculty members.

Skylan, Assistant Teacher Ms. Skylan is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education through Harding University.  She has worked for 3 years with children ranging from infant to preschool.  Ms. Skylan has experience as a lead preschool teacher and assistant.   She has a passion for teaching children and watching them grow.  She is thrilled to be joining The Goddard School in Fayetteville!

Walker, Assistant Teacher Mr. Walker graduated from Greenland High School and currently attends the University of Arkansas seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education. Prior to joining The Goddard School, Mr. Walker worked as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the Fayetteville High School Football team.

Ms Shelby, Resource Ms. Shelby graduated with an Associates Degree from the University of Arkansas and is currently pursuing a certification Child Advocacy at Northwest Arkansas Community College. She loves to read and hopes to foster a love of reading to the children at The Goddard School.
