Mr Brooks, Owner Mr. Brooks graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Health/Physical Education and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arkansas State University. Prior to owning The Goddard School, he worked as a teacher and football coach at several Arkansas high schools. Mr. Brooks has always been passionate about education and the development of young people. Mr. Brooks and his wife Amie have 4 children, Cruz, Cali, and Crosby and Campbell.

Mrs Kelly, Director Ms. Kelly graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Masters of Arts in Education. She taught physical education in the Rogers and Fort Smith School District prior to working at The Goddard School. Kelly and her husband, Benji, have 2 sets of twins, Karly and Matthew, and Kourtney and Kenna.

Mrs Lindsey, Director Lindsey graduated in May, 2006 with a Master of Arts (M.A) in Teaching from the University of Arkansas. Following graduation she worked for two years as a pre-kindergarten teacher in New York City, one year spent with a certified Montessori school. In 2008 she moved home to Arkansas and taught second and third grade at Washington Elementary and subsequently Kindergarten at The New School. Lindsey and her husband, Brock, reside in Fayetteville with their three children Caroline, Lily, and George.

Mrs Shannon, Director Shannon holds a Master of Arts in Teaching, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education, both from the University of Arkansas. She and her husband, Brent, have one daughter named Olive.
Shannon started as an elementary teacher, spent some time as a specialized literacy teacher, and worked with students with special needs. Furthermore, she spent 10 years as a trainer and manager in the medical software industry. As of recent, Shannon has returned to her true love of teaching little ones, and found her home within the walls of preschool. She is also now a State of Arkansas trainer for educators.
Shannon loves children, working alongside parents, and aiding teachers to bring Goddard's core philosophies to life within their instruction.

Ms Alyssa , Lead Teacher Ms. Alyssa is finishing her Bachelors Degree in Math and Education from the University of Arkansas. She most recently worked the last 5 years at Jean Tyson Child Development Center. Ms. Alyssa is originally from Houston, Texas and is excited about joining The Goddard School.

Ms Lexi, Lead Teacher Ms. Lexi is currently working to complete her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as her Child Development Associate certification. She has worked in preschool education for 2 years. She and her husband, Corey, recently moved to Fayetteville from Arizona. Ms. Lexi is very excited about teaching the young children at The Goddard School.

Ms Omeshia, Lead Teacher Ms. Omeshia is very passionate about early childhood education. She began working in childcare in Russellville, AR. She then moved on to The New School in Fayetteville where she has worked for the past 9 years. She is excited about continuing her passion with The Goddard School.

Ms Hannah, Lead Teacher Hannah Connolley is originally from Dallas, Texas. She is currently studying at The University of Arkansas working on her Psychology degree. She loves watching children grow and having a positive impact on their lives. She has been working with children for 5+ years and is very excited to continue at The Goddard School!

Ms Kenmetrice , Lead Teacher Ms. Kenmetrice graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. She has worked for 6 years with children ranging from preschool to early elementary. She loves teaching and is excited to bring her passion and excitement to The Goddard School.

Ms Grace, Lead Teacher Ms. Grace graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Science with a lifespan development concentration. She has a passion for helping people of all ages grow, exemplified in her experience mentoring teens and one year of teaching preschool. She is excited about joining the Goddard School. Mrs. Grace lives in Fayetteville with her husband, Nathan.

Ms Heather, Lead Teacher Ms. Heather graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies: Emphasis in Special Education. She also has her Associates in Arts with an Emphasis in Photographic Imaging. She most recently worked as a first grade teacher in Texas and then transferred to Arkansas to be closer to family, which is very important to her. She has worked with young children for over 15 years and finds absolute pride and joy in her work. She is excited to join The Goddard School family and looks forward to working with parents and faculty members.

Ms Sarah, Lead Teacher Ms. Sarah graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She worked as a preschool teacher for 1 year and then chose to pursue a Masters degree in teaching. She is excited about sharing The Goddard School philosophy with the children.

Ms Skylan, Lead Teacher Ms. Skylan is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education through Harding University.  She has worked for 3 years with children ranging from infant to preschool.  Ms. Skylan has experience as a lead preschool teacher and assistant.   She has a passion for teaching children and watching them grow.  She is thrilled to be joining The Goddard School in Fayetteville!

Ms Alexa, Assistant Teacher Ms. Alexa is currently taking her basics at NWACC. She will be transferring to the University of Arkansas to pursue her major in Psychology and minor in Early Education. She has always had a passion for working with children and cannot wait to work with the children at The Goddard School!

Ms Hanna, Assistant Teacher Ms. Hanna is from Keller Texas. She is a Junior at the University of Arkansas. Hanna is currently working towards getting a Human Development and Family Science degree, to one day become a Child Life Specialist. She loves to work with children and is very excited to be a part of The Goddard School.

Ms Lauren, Assistant Teacher Ms. Lauren is currently working on her Child Development Associates Certificate and plans to pursue her education in Elementary Education. She has experience as a Lead Infant Teacher for 2 years as well as Nanning for 4 years prior to working for The Goddard School. Lauren and her husband, Josh, recently moved to Fayetteville from Orange County, California along with their 2 doodles. Lauren is thrilled to help each child meet their fullest potential at The Goddard School.

Ms Sarah, Assistant Teacher Ms. Sarah Faith is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas. She is currently studying at The University of Arkansas working on a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management and Logistics. She has worked with children ranging from three months to ten years old for the past four years. She is very excited to continue her work with children and watch them grow at the Goddard School!

Ms Abby, Assistant Teacher Ms. Abby is currently a student at the University of Arkansas and is working on getting a degree in Nursing. She has worked as a nanny for the past few years back at her home town of Saint Louis. She is passionate about working with kids and can’t wait to continue her work with children at the Goddard School!

Ms Kerrie, Assistant Teacher Ms. Kerrie graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design from the University of Arkansas. While attending college she worked with at risk teens at a local nonprofit. She enjoyed working with youth that after college she chose to stay at the non-profit for 10 years. She then decided to work with younger age children. She has 3 years experience now with that age group. She is extremely excited to join the Goddard family to continue with her passion teaching children.

Ms Salina, Assistant Teacher Ms. Salina recently moved back to Arkansas. She attended UALR, then moved to Texas where she studied and graduated from the VTI College of Paralegal Studies to become a Legal Assistant. When her children were small, she taught Mother’s Day Out in Edmond, Oklahoma for 13 years, taught as a substitute in Edmond Public Schools for 3 years, and as a result was offered a job as a teacher’s assistant to work with special needs/moderate behavior children at the elementary school level for Edmond Public Schools. Ms. Salina is so excited to now be back home in Arkansas and be blessed to work with the precious children at The Goddard School.

Ms Stefani, Assistant Teacher Stefani Doyle is from Dallas, Texas. She is a Junior and a student-athlete at the University of Arkansas. Stefani is currently finishing up her marketing degree at the University of Arkansas in the Walton School of Business. She loves to work with children and is excited to be apart of The Goddard School.

Ms Kaylin, Assistant Teacher Ms. Kaylin is finishing her Bachelors degree in Political Science and History at the University of Arkansas. She has worked in childcare for 5 years and children are her passion. She is beyond excited to continue her passion here at The Goddard School.

Ms Lovelle, Assistant Teacher Ms. Lovelle graduated from John Brown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts. She and her husband, David have one Daughter named Eula. Ms. Lovelle has had over 6 years of experience working with children and teenagers. She has loved every minute of it and excited to continue doing what she loves at the Goddard School.

Ms McKenzie, Assistant Teacher Ms.McKenzie is a junior at The University of Arkansas studying social work with a minor in child advocacy. She has experience working with children of all ages and has enjoyed teaching swim lessons for the past 4 years. McKenzie is looking forward to creating bonds with children and parents during her time at The Goddard School.

Ms Mollie, Assistant Teacher Ms. Mollie is currently a senior at the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree in Child Development. She has worked in preschool education for 3 years. Ms. Mollie is originally from Joplin, MO and is very passionate about working with young children and seeing them develop.

Ms Sue, Assistant Teacher Sue graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She has taught 25 years of kindergarten. Sue has taught in Prairie Grove, Washington Elementary and is currently teaching at Butterfield Elementary. She and her husband Kenneth have been married for 27 years and have two children, Drew 23 and Sarah 20.

Ms Ella Claire, Assistant Teacher Ms. Ella Claire is currently a student at the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a focus of birth through kindergarten. She is looking forward to working with children and excited about being part of The Goddard School.

Ms Lori, Assistant Teacher Ms. Lori graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences, with a concentration in Child Development. Prior to The Goddard School she has had experience in both a Pre-K classroom and an Infant classroom, and was a nanny for 6 years. Ms. Lori's favorite part about working with children is helping them learn and watching them grasp new concepts and skills. She is very excited to join The Goddard School family and continue working with children!

Ms Sydnee, Assistant Teacher Ms. Sydnee is from Lewisville Texas. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Arkansas. She is a Younglife Capernaum leader, which ministers to children with disabilities in Northwest Arkansas. She enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors, and watching football.

Ms Cindy, Assistant Teacher Ms. Cindy graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor in Drama. She was born and raised in Hawaii and it was there were she discovered her passion to teach children. She has over 10 years of experience with school aged children. She loves teaching and is excited to bring her ideas and passion to the Goddard School.

Ms Mindy , Assistant Teacher My name is Mindy Mock. I've been married and living in Fayetteville for 20 years. I have 3 kids. Ruth Ellen a senior at FHS, Will a sophomore and Avery, 7th grade at Ramay. I have been involved in child care for over 22 years from being a nanny to infants to kindergarten age students. I have also taught kindergarten Sunday School at St. Paul's for the last 4 years. I'm looking forward to being a part of a community where I can work with kids of all ages.

Ms Brittany, Assistant Teacher Ms.Brittany was born and raised in Fayetteville Arkansas, and graduated Fayetteville High School. She originally worked in food service, but knew that her true calling was working with children. She has been teaching children for almost 4 years, 2 of those years were as the Pre-K lead teacher. She loves every minute of working with children and watching them grow and learn. She plans to finish up her CDA. She is very eager to learn and get started working at The Goddard School.

Ms Karin, Assistant Teacher Ms. Karin graduated from Fayetteville High School. After graduating, she got a job doing what she loves to do, teaching Gymnastics and mentoring youth at the Fayetteville Boys and Girls Club. She decided to adventure out and work with special needs adults at Lifestyles Inc. She has a true passion for teaching little students and now made her way to The Goddard School. Ms. Karin is beyond excited to be a part of the Goddard family.

Ms Sara, Assistant Teacher Ms. Sara graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. She has experience teaching and working with children of all ages. She and her husband, Ethan, live in Fayetteville with their daughter Leighton. Ms. Sara is excited to start learning and exploring with the children, staff, and parents of the Goddard School Fayetteville.

Mr Walker, Assistant Teacher Mr. Walker graduated from Greenland High School and currently attends the University of Arkansas seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education. Prior to joining The Goddard School, Mr. Walker worked as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the Fayetteville High School Football team.
