Mr. Joe is our on-site owner at The Goddard School of Parker. He and his wife, Kirsten, purchased The Goddard School in 2018. Their daughter Emma attended The Goddard School for Kindergarten in Ohio, and they loved it so much that they decided to own one. Mr. Joe has his Bachelor of Science Degree with an emphasis in Finance and Business Management from Franklin University. In his free time, Mr. Joe enjoys smoking meat on the grill, walking his two dogs, spending time with his family as well as watching the Buckeyes play! Go Buckeyes!

Ms Crystal, Director
Mrs. Crystal is the Director at the Goddard School. She has her master’s degree in Technology in Education from Lesley University, her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in English and an added endorsement in Early Childhood Education from Adams State College. Mrs. Crystal is finishing up her second master’s degree in Early Childhood Education Special Education. Also, she holds a Directors Certificate as well as an Intermediate Coaching Credential, Advanced Trainer Credential, & EQIT Teaching Credential. Mrs. Crystal and her husband have been married for thirteen years and have three children and she has three stepsons. She finds herself staying busy keeping up with all her children’s activities. In her free time, Mrs. Crystal enjoys camping, baking, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jolie, Director Mrs. Jolie is our Director of Curriculum and Faculty Development. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado and has her Director’s Certification from the State of Colorado. Mrs. Jolie has 20+ years’ experience working in the field of Early Childhood Education. In her free time, Mrs. Jolie enjoys gardening, swim-bike-runs, camping, writing, crafting, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Jolie is also fluent in sign language!

Ali, Assistant Director
Mrs. Ali is the Assistant Director at the Goddard School. She has her Early Childhood Director’s Certificate from Arapahoe Community College and is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Ali has experience working with children 6 weeks to 10 years. In her free time, Mrs. Ali enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, reading books and playing with her three cats!

Kacy , Assistant Director Ms. Kacy is an Administrative Assistant at The Goddard School. She has her Lead Teacher Certificate from Arapahoe Community College and is pursuing her directors’ certificate from Arapahoe Community College and Lamar Community College. Ms. Kacy has experience working with children 6 weeks to 11 years. In her free time, Ms. Kacy enjoys reading, spending time with her family.

Kelsey, Assistant Director Ms. Kelsey is an Administrative Assistant at the Goddard School. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Arapahoe Community College and is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University. Ms. Kelsey has experience working with children from one to 5 years. In her free time, Ms. Kelsey enjoys playing volleyball, reading books, hiking, camping, puddle boarding, and riding horses.

Dina, Lead Teacher Mrs. Dina is the Infant Supervisor in our Cuddly Cubs classroom. She has a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science from California State University Long Beach. Mrs. Dina has experience working with children age 6 weeks to High School. In her free time, Mrs. Dina enjoys watching movies with her family, reading, and going camping.

Jamie , Lead Teacher Mrs. Jamie is a lead teacher in the Marvelous Moose classroom. She has her CNA and bachelor’s degree Biomedical Science and a minor in American Sign Language. Mrs. Jamie has experience with children 6 weeks to 1 ½ years. In her free time, Mrs. Jamie enjoys running, reading, and riding horses.

She is pursuing an associate degree in Communications from College of the Desert and is working on her Early Childhood Teacher Certificate with a CDA. Ms. Betania has experience working with children 6 weeks to 2 years. In her free time, Ms. Betania enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time with her infant son Miles.

Hallie, Lead Teacher Ms. Hallie is the lead teacher in the Magnificent Mountain Lions classroom. She has an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from North Eastern Junior College. Ms. Hallie has experience with children one to 12 years. In her free time, Ms. Hallie enjoys watching movies, doing word searches, and listening to music.

She is pursuing associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University and has her lead teacher certificate. Ms. Kelcie has experience working with children two to 5 years. In her free time, Ms. Kelcie enjoys drawing, piano, and spending time with friends and family.

Robin, Resource Ms. Robin is our Kitchen Aid and Resource Teacher.

Education: Ms. Robin has Early Childhood Education courses through Colorado Shines. She also has a degree from McLane Frederico Beauty College.

Experience: Ms. Robin has experience working with children ages six weeks to six years of age.

In her time, Ms. Robin enjoys cooking, shopping and being outdoors.
