Vince and Nancy, Owners Vince and Nancy Radosta are the owners and onsite operators of The Goddard School® located in Castle Rock. Vince and Nancy have raised three daughters of their own and recognize the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. Vince has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Nancy has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. “In addition to my background in education, I think my experience as a parent will help me be in touch with and appreciate the needs of our families,” adds Nancy. Vince and Nancy are excited to operate a business that plays an important role in the community by offering an exceptional service for busy parents and is centered on their most important priority – family. “We are excited and proud to be a part of Goddard and are committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in this neighborhood,” adds Vince.

Amanda, Director Amanda is our Executive Director. She has her degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Michigan University. She has her Large Center Director License from Arapahoe Community College. She has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for 12 years. Amanda has served as a classroom teacher, Assistant Director, Large Center Director and Early Childhood Education trainer. Amanda also has her CPR/First Aid, Standard Precautions, Medication Administration, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect, and Train the Trainer Certifications.

Anna, Assistant Director Anna attended Illinois State University where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She has experience teaching Pre-K and first grade. Anna has her CPR/First Aid, Standard Precautions, Medication Administration, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect certifications. She is thrilled to be part of the Goddard team and she looks forward to enriching the life of all the children at the Goddard School!

Sarah, Assistant Director Sarah graduated from Metropolitan State University in Denver with a Psychology major and a sociology minor. She was so excited when she heard her parents became owners at the Goddard School in Castle Rock as teaching at an early childhood center has always been her passion. She has experience as a lead teacher in the infant and toddler classrooms for the last 5 years. Sarah loves coming to work every day and seeing children learn about their world. This brings a smile to her face and joy to her heart. She is very thankful for the opportunity to work with your children. Lori, Lead Teacher Lori has been working in childcare since 2004. Lori is an infant supervisor and is a co-lead in our Infant room. She is married with five children of her own. Lori has her CPR/First Aid, Standard Precautions, Medication Administration, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect certifications.

Hunter , Lead Teacher This is Hunter, she is our Infant 2 lead teacher. She has worked in a childcare setting for 3 years but has worked with children for 6 years. Hunter has also taken 9 months of CDA classes.
In her spare time she loves to garden and make things grow! She also loves to travel, read, and camp. She really enjoys spending her time outside!
She and her fiancé met freshman year of high school. They were best friends and then started dating. They have been together for three years now and have been engaged since Christmas of 2018.
Hunter is CPR and First Aid Certified. She is also certified in Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS), use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma, and Recognition and Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect.

Katie , Lead Teacher Katie is a lead teacher in our Get Set classroom. She is going to school to get her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Katie has 7 siblings! She really enjoyed watching her younger siblings grow and fell in love with early childhood education. Katie is currently CPR/First Aid Certified. She also has her Standard Precautions, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect certifications.

Jennie, Lead Teacher Jennie began working in Early Childhood Education in 1997 and is currently enrolled in classes to further her knowledge and to obtain her Directors certification. Jennie has her CPR/First Aid, Standard Precautions, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect certifications.

Sheryl , Lead Teacher Sheryl has been in education for 22 years. She began as a Teacher’s Aide, and then went on to Lead Teach Pre-K and Head Start for the last 15 years. She is a member of Texas Classroom Teachers Associates (TCTA) and Texas Retired Teachers Association (TRTA). Sheryl is certified to teach ages 0-8 in Colorado, Pre-K to Grade 4 in Texas, as well as her principal certification (in Texas). Sheryl has her CPR/First Aid, Standard Precautions, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect certifications.

William, Lead Teacher William has his bachelor’s degree in Human Development and has been an educator since 2014. He loves watching children interact with one another and learn from their environment.
William is certified in Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect. He is also CPR/First Aid certified.

Donna, Lead Teacher Donna has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Suffolk County Community College, a Child Day Care Diploma from International Correspondence School, and a Director Certificate for Large Preschool Learning Center from University of the Rockies. Donna has experience teaching children infants through pre-k, she has been an Assistant Director of a center, a nanny, and has even owned and operated her own child care center. She is up to date on all Colorado required training such as Child Abuse and Neglect: Identification and Prevention, Standard Precautions, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma, etc. Donna has also taken a variety of early childhood education classes, such as Curriculum Development, Developmentally Appropriate Practices, and Working with Infants and Toddlers: Developmental Issues/Community Resources.

Ariella, Assistant Teacher Ariella attended Alaska Community Christian College in 2013 after she graduated from High School. She has her certificate in Ministry. Ariella has 7 years of child care experience working in a home daycare with children 6 weeks old to 6 years old. Ariella worked as a Missionary in the past with her church. She had a chance to travel to Israel, Haiti and Alaska for Missionary work. She has a two year old son named Skyler and lives in Castle Rock. She has her CPR/First Aid, Standard Precautions, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect certifications.

Tarynn, Assistant Teacher This is Tarynn, she is the resource teacher for our Infant 1 & 2 classrooms. In college she studied Human Development and Family Sciences, Psychology and she also has a minor in Disability Studies.
In her spare time her interests include hanging out with her family. She also enjoys doing DIY crafts as well as photography. She has a large family that includes many dogs!
In addition to CPR and First Aid, she is also certified in prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS), use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma, and Recognition and Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect. She is also has Advocate training for Domestic Violence and Child Abuse.

Gabriella, Assistant Teacher This is Gabby's first job working with kids, however she has a huge family and being the oldest, she babysat a lot! Gabby is CPR/First Aid and Standard Precautions certified. She is also certified in Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect.

Christine, Assistant Teacher Christine is the Toddler 2 Assistant Teacher. She moved to beautiful Colorado in 2017. Christine is a graduate from Saint Mary’s College of California, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal and Civic Studies. Christine has always enjoyed working with children and from a very young age, knew she wanted to be a teacher. Christine feels she is blessed to be able to teach and help your children grow. She has her CPR/First Aid, Standard Precautions, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect certifications.

Devin , Assistant Teacher This is Devin, she is the assistant Get Set teacher. She has worked in a daycare setting for three years now. She has also worked as a teacher aid and has been a lead teacher in a Special Education program while living in Arizona.
She recently moved to Parker, CO so in her free time she enjoys exploring all the wonderful things her new home has to offer. Aside from exploring her new city she enjoys going to the movies, doing crafts, playing the Simms and of course playing with her animals.
Her boyfriend, Matthew, of nine years and her have a wonderful five-year-old son named Nathan. They also have a beautiful German Shepperd named Lucy, an orange cat, Charlie, and an orange and white cat, Ginny who has a backwards leg.
Devin is certified in CPR and First Aid, she is also certified in prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS), use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma, and Recognition and Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect. In addition to I she is also certified in Crisis Intervention and has finger-print clearance in Arizona and Colorado.

Morgan , Assistant Teacher Morgan attended the University of Northern Colorado and then moved down here to Castle Rock. She has been in Child Care for about six years now! She has her CPR/First Aid, Standard Precautions, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect certifications. Morgan also has a passion for CrossFit and has a license to teach CrossFit Kids as well!

Nicole, Resource Previous to working at Goddard, Nicole ran an In-Home Daycare for five years. She loved staying home with her kids while caring for the children who attended her day care. Her children are older now, and is ready to further her education in Early Childhood. Nicole has her CPR/First Aid, Standard Precautions, Prevention of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) and Use of Safe Sleep Practices, Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome and Abusive Head Trauma and Recognition and Child Abuse and Neglect certifications.

Taryn , Resource This is Taryn, She is a Colorado native. She has received an associate degree in Elementary Education from Kansas University with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. Prior to working here, She has worked in the special education field for six years. In her free time she enjoys playing slow pitch softball, seeing scary movies, camping, shooting, and off-roading. She has been married to her wife for two years and they have two wonderful dogs, Bristol a 6-year-old border collie mix and Ziggy a 11-year-old long haired chihuahua. Along with her associate’s degree she is also CPR and first aid certified as well as an EMT in the state of Colorado.
