Robbin, Owner Robbin Wells is the onsite owner of The Goddard School of McKinney on University Drive. She and her husband Rick, who is co-owner, relocated from Dallas to Lucas in 2003 where they live on an organic farm, raising their two children who attended Lovejoy High School and now the University of Oklahoma.

Born in Denison where her family still lives, Robbin received her B.F.A. from Southern Methodist University and her Masters in Journalism from the University of North Texas. She is currently working on her masters degree in Early Childhood Education. Robbin spent 25 years in customer service, sales, and marketing. She served as a Trustee on the Lovejoy ISD School Board 2012 - 2019 and is Board Member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce and Holy Family School. She is a former board member of Friends of WRR (101.1 FM), Attitudes & Attire, Fashion Group International, and the Public Relations Society of America. Rick hails from Antlers, Oklahoma, and received his B.B.A. from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He is past president of The Samaritan Inn board of directors and McKinney Magazine. The son of a coach and small-business owner, Rick has been in the restaurant industry his entire life. Today he runs his McKinney-based Wells Hospitality Group, co-owner of Rick’s Chophouse, Harvest Seasonal Kitchen, and Sterling Events and Catering.

Robbin and Rick launched The Seed Project Foundation in 2015 to help fund small ideas with big goals to promote sustainability in our community -- projects that improve the current quality of life without compromising future generations.

The Wells are both heavily involved in community outreach and philanthropy, passionate about hospitality and education, and proud to be a part of The Goddard School family.

Ms Christina, Director Ms. Christina is the Director of Education and Admissions at our Goddard School.

Ms. Christina joined our school when it opened in August 2019! She relocated to Texas in 2018 from California and noticed a new Goddard School opening around the corner from her home. She joined us after 8 years in early childhood with KinderCare in Mission Viejo, California. She has two young children and is thrilled to be continuing her early childhood management with our Goddard School. In 2009, Ms. Christina earned her master's in educational counseling. She was an NCAA Division II volleyball Letterman and loves the outdoors and sports still today. Ms. Christina is dedicated, resourceful, and goal driven. Her families love her engagement and customer service. Our teachers believe in her abilities and thrive on her positive energy. We are lucky to have Ms. Christina on our leadership team!

Ms Bailee, Assistant Director Ms. Bailee is our Assistant Director of Operations.

Ms. Bailee was raised in east Texas and earned her bachelors degree in early childhood with a minor in business in 2016. She returned to our company in 2020 after building her resume and moving with her family as it grew to three step-sons and a daughter. With Ms. Bailee in charge of operations and leading our closing office team, our families are in loving hands. In her spare time, Ms. Bailee likes to "oil up" with her Young Living business and also runs a custom t-shirt company. Her favorite curriculum is language arts and dramatic play; she wants children to know they can dream outside of the box and explore. Life is an adventure with Ms. Bailee, and we're happy to have her on our team.

Ms Morgan, Assistant Director Ms. Morgan is our Assistant Director of Education.

Ms. Morgan prides herself in knowing every child and family at our school. She's worked with us for several years, first as a Lead Teacher in our toddler program, helping our little walkers explore the world and absorb as many words and phrases as possible as they learn to express themselves with words and through sign language. She helped us open our University Drive location as lead resource teacher, working as needed in classrooms, managing the opening team, and reviewing lesson plans with our director. Ms. Morgan is a graduate of McKinney High School where she completed a program called “Ready, Set, Teach” and joined our Craig Ranch location in 2015. She earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate in 2017 and has almost 10 years experience working with young children. Ms. Morgan’s bubbly, loving, and energetic personality is a true asset to the families in our care.

Ms Becky, Lead Teacher Ms. Becky is a lead teacher in our infant program.

Ms. Becky holds an associate's degree in early childhood education and has more than 14 years in-class experience. She has worked with infants and toddlers and assists in the office as needed. She lives in McKinney with her husband and two children and has been with the McKinney Goddard team since March 2010. Our families love Ms. Becky and know she's one of the most experienced infant teachers in McKinney. We are lucky to have her on our team.

Ms Kiyo, Lead Teacher Ms. Kiyo is a Co-Lead Teacher on our Infant Team!

Ms. Kiyo joined our infant team in 2021 after earning her Child Development Associate (CDA) and spending five years leading an infant classroom in an Allen school that recently closed. She was raised in Japan and came to the USA in 1998; she's been married for 23 years and has two boys. She loves to paint, do Zumba, and decorate cookies and cakes. Her early childhood passion is with our littlest of learners, nurturing them and helping them grow during those first few critical months of brain development. We are so happy Ms. Kiyo is on our infant team!

Ms Shurunda, Lead Teacher Ms. Shurunda is a lead teacher on our Infant Program.

Ms. Shurunda joined our team in 2020 to open our mobile infant classroom. She has has her CDA and 15 years’ experience concentrated in the infant classroom and more than 20 year in our industry. Ms. Shurunda believes all children are unique and deserve a safe, loving environment where they can explore and learn. She's an early bird who loves to travel and spend time with her family. We are so thankful Ms. Shurunda found our school!

Ms Cassie, Lead Teacher Ms. Cassie is a Lead Teacher in our Toddler classroom.

Ms. Cassie has loved caring for and working with children for as long as she can remember. In fact, as a young girl she was given a shirt that said "Official Baby Holder"! Ms. Cassie earned her Associate's Degree in Child Development in 2014 from Collin College. She has been a mother's helper, a nanny, assisted with homeschooling and has worked in toddler classrooms for several years. She loves working with young children, watching how they play, seeing their imagination run, and making learning fun. We're confident our kids will feel special in Ms. Cassie's classroom!

Ms Faith, Lead Teacher Ms. Faith is a co-lead teacher in our toddler program.

Ms. Faith is pursuing her degree in early childhood education and has been working in this industry for five years. She knew from an early age she wanted to work with children as the youngest of five kids. She loves bees, plays the clarinet, and is passionate about nature and animals. What a perfect match for our toddler learners as they take command of their words to explore and describe the world around them. Ms. Faith's favorite flower is the sunflower, which is perfect because she radiates sunshine at our school every day!

Ms Jennifer, Lead Teacher Ms. Jennifer is a co-lead Teacher in our Toddler program.

Ms. Jennifer relocated to McKinney last year and joined our school part-time to continue her work with early childhood. She taught 3-year-olds in Missouri City, Texas, for six years at Methodist Day School before staying home more than a decade with her own children. Ms. Jennifer's teaching philosophy emphasizes social skills and connecting with each child happily and compassionately. She joined us part-time as we grew our enrollment and quickly became a lead in our toddler program. You will find Ms. Jennifer right in the middle of any activity with the children, often times joining them on the floor or running on the playground. We are incredibly lucky to have Ms. Jennifer on our team helping to shape the foundation of learning for these students!

Ms Whitney, Lead Teacher Ms. Whitney is a lead teacher in our Get Set program.

We are sure glad to have Ms. Whitney back! She worked with our Craig Ranch location for three years prior to having a beautiful baby girl. She rejoined our team in 2019 and specializes in getting children ready for preschool. From potty-training to fine motor skills and cognitive development, Ms. Whitney is always working on the social-emotional needs of each child while helping them get ready for reading and writing. Her smile is bigger than Texas, and the only place more loving than her classroom might be your arms!

Ms Tracy, Lead Teacher Ms. Tracy is a lead teacher in our Preschool program.

Ms. Tracy has worked with children and animals her entire adult life and has experience in the hospitality industry. She’s a true team player, and we’re excited to have her on our team! She hopes to continue her education in early childhood by earning a CDA in 2020. Her two young children attend our school, and Ms. Tracy is possibly the most patient person we know. What a blessing to have her as part of our preschool team and Goddard family.

Ms Carissa, Lead Teacher Ms. Carissa is a co-lead teacher in our Preschool program.

Ms. Carissa graduated from Little Elm High School and became a registered dental assistant soon thereafter but decided to pursue her interests in early childhood education instead. With her four years experience working with little learners, Ms. Carissa joined our team to pursue her Child Development Associate (CDA) and work with our 3-year-olds. Her favorite books are Pete The Cate and anything Llama Llama. Her favorite part of the day is welcoming each child to school, making connections upon arrival, and watching children light up as they start their day of learning. Her sweet, soft spirit is just what our energetic, curious preschoolers need on a daily basis. We are so glad Ms. Carissa joined our school!

Ms Evette, Lead Teacher Ms. Evette is a lead teacher in our Preschool program.

Ms. Evette is a lead teacher with our 3s and has worked in the preschool industry for 16 years including Pre-K at Fort Bliss and Fort Benning and large national chains. Ms. Evette keeps us in line! She earned her Child Development Associates (CDA) in 2015 and is pursuing her nursing degree at night. When she is not studying, she loves to play basketball and shop. Ms. Evette and her husband and six of their seven children live nearby, and they stay busy, busy, busy. Who knew a classroom full of 3-4-year-olds would be respite?! That's why we love Ms. Evette.

Ms Christina, Lead Teacher Ms. Christina is a lead teacher in our Prekindergarten program.

Ms. Christina earned her bachelor's degree in marketing from Texas A&M and began to pursue her passion in early childhood soon thereafter. She spent several years as a nanny and volunteering in a Kindergarten program before working with three-year-olds. Ms. Christina was raised in Colorado and in her spare time loves to shop and play volleyball. She met her husband through her parents -- they were best friends with his parents! With family as the center of her life, Ms. Christina knows how important love and feeling safe is to the learning environment. We're so lucky to have Ms. Christina on our team.

Ms Kristin, Lead Teacher Ms. Kristin is a lead teacher on our Prekindergarten team.

Ms. Kristin joined our opening team at University Drive in the summer of 2019. She comes to our Goddard School after several years in early childhood and customer service. You always see Ms. Kristin with a smile and can count on her laughter to lighten a room. She believes children are determined learners who need guidance and an opportunity to explore the world around them through play. We are super happy Ms. Kristin found our school!

Ms Sara, Lead Teacher Ms. Sara is our Kindergarten Support lead teacher.

Ms. Sara most recently taught first grade in Lovejoy ISD before staying home with her two children. She began her teaching career in Richardson as a special education teacher. Ms. Sara grew up in Plano and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas A&M. She designed and led our 2020 E-Learning including enrichment and Kinder E-Learning Support. She is driving our NAEYC Accreditation process at both schools and stands ready to support e-learning as it ebbs and flows. Welcome to our team Ms. Sara!

Mrs Chelley, Lead Teacher Ms. Chelley is a lead teacher on our Prekindergarten Team.

Ms. Chelley joined our opening team and is committed to ensuring quality care and education of all children at our school. She is a specialist in curriculum planning and has worked with children of all ages following her stint in the United States Air Force. She holds an Associates in Arts in general education and began her career with us on the First Steps team helping our children become mobile and get ready for the toddler program. As a lead teacher in our prekindergarten program, she prepares our children for Kindergarten and places a special emphasis on Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Ms. Chelley keeps us all in line, and we're so happy she found her way to our new Goddard School.

Ms Heather, Lead Teacher Ms. Heather is a Lead Teacher in our Prekindergarten program.

Ms. Heather joined our opening team and helps our Pre-K children get ready for Kindergarten! Prior to earning her Associates of Arts from Collin College, Ms. Heather lived in west Texas where she honed her customer service and teamwork skills. She is teaching in early childhood while she continues her education in kinesiology at UNT. Ms. Heather's favorite role is providing guidance and educational plans for all types of students to help them reach their potential on their early childhood journey. We're glad she's on this journey with us!

Ms Laurie , Lead Teacher Ms. Laurie is our Kids Club leader!

Ms. Laurie found her way to our Goddard School by way of small business human resources and teaching in a preschool for ten years when her children were younger. She has an associates of arts in general studies and is thrilled to be working in a small business where women make a difference in the lives of families in our community. Our children are lucky to have such a loving, experienced teaching team committed to delivering an exemplar preschool experience. Welcome to the team Ms. Laurie, we're glad you're on ours!

Ms Bailey, Assistant Teacher Ms. Bailey is an assistant teacher in our infant program.

Ms. Bailey has worked in early childhood since graduating from Trenton High School in 2014. She hopes to continue her education in this field and is thrilled to be part of our team. Her passion is with infants who are just getting mobile and exploring the world around them. Bailey is a kind, nurturing soul who loves children and excels at customer service. Our babies are lucky to have her on our team!

Ms. Hannah has worked with children at her church and in the community in a variety of capacities and joined our school to further her experience in early childhood education. We are excited to have her working with our tenured team as she loves and cares for our little learners. Ms. Hannah believes that babies learn through play and interaction with their caregivers -- even during snack time and diaper changing! We're excited to watch Hannah grow professionally and help us create a loving, safe infant classroom for our families.

Ms. Suan (Sue Ann to us southerners!) grew up in Puerto Rico and brings a bilingual skill to our team along with a sweet, curious love for children. She believes that all children have a right to love, happiness, and an educational foundation to help them succeed in life. We are so happy that Ms. Suan found our school and is pursuing her love for early childhood education with us!

Ms Alissa, Assistant Teacher Ms. Alissa is an assistant teacher in our toddler program.

Ms. Alissa joined our school at the end of 2020 to work with our toddlers, an age she calls her "absolute favorite" and "dream classroom." Born and raised in North Texas, Ms. Alissa is pursuing her degree in early childhood and hopes to own her own childcare center one day. She loves to work puzzles and color in her spare time, and her favorite children's books are anything Dr. Seuss. We're thrilled to have Ms. Alissa on our teaching team!

Ms Caroline, Assistant Teacher Ms. Caroline is an assistant teacher in our Get Set classroom.

Ms. Caroline graduated from Collin College in 2017 with a certificate of completion as an early childhood educator and has been working in our industry for more than seven years. Her passion is working with young minds and being a loving part of their lives. Ms. Caroline loves all sports, playing cards, and anything sour. We are thrilled Ms. Caroline is part of our toddler team helping our children prepare for preschool with reading readiness and the social- and self-help skills needed to be successful.

Ms Angela, Assistant Teacher Ms. Angela is an assistant teacher in our Preschool program.

Ms. Angela joined our school this year to pursue her education in early childhood and return to the classroom. After exploring her fashion passion in California (where she was born), Ms. Angela returned to McKinney to follow in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, who are both educators. Ms. Angela's favorite book is Llama Llama Red Pajama, and she approaches every day with joy and smiles. She believes children absorb your energy and works hard to raise spirits and encourage a love for learning.

Ms Hayli, Assistant Teacher Ms. Hayli is an assistant teacher in our preschool program.

Ms. Hayli joined us part-time in the fall of 2020 as she continues classwork for her CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) at Collin College. She is thrilled to be working with our little learners! Hayli graduated from Celina High School and has worked with children with special needs, young swimmers, and most recently in a long-term nursing facility. She radiates love and kindness every day in our school.

Miss Racheal, Assistant Teacher Ms. Racheal is an assistant teacher at our school.

Ms. Racheal joined our Craig Ranch school in 2019 after graduating from Celina High School and provided assistance in all classrooms to break teachers for lesson planning and to manage class transitions at the end of each day. She then found her love with older toddlers getting set for Preschool and our early walkers in the younger toddler classroom. Today, she is an assistant in our prekindergarten program. Ms. Rachael found her way to our school through her family, and we are blessed to have her as part of our team. She loves children, the outdoors, and anything "that makes you smile." We have lots to smile about and are thrilled to have Ms. Rachael helping us take care our prekindergarten kids as an assistant teacher!

Ms Danielle , Resource Ms. Danielle is a ;ead floating resource teacher at our school.

Ms. Danielle has experience with all age groups with an emphasis in toddlers. She holds a Child Development Associate Certificate and has several years of experience working with young children. She joined our Craig Ranch location in 2016 and is a perfect fit for working with all age children as she is energetic, loving and fun. She has a passion for art, and we enjoy her creative abilities and unique ideas she brings to life in our classrooms. Our children adore Ms. Danielle!

Ms Kylee, Resource Ms. Kylee is a floating resource teacher and floor manager at our school.

We are lucky to work with Ms. Kylee as she transitions to a full-time Mom and partner in her husband's landscaping company. She received her Bachelors of Science in Life Health and Human Resources from Missouri Southern State University and has worked in hospitality and construction for the last five years. She joined us as we opened the school to support our teachers and share her love for children and education. Her son (and love of her life) has been with us since the infant classroom, so juggling her floor duties with hide and seek has been interesting to watch! We are thrilled Ms. Kylee is with us to support our entire team as we build enrollment and staffing.

Ms Taylor, Resource Ms. Taylor is a floating resource teacher at our school.

Ms. Taylor works on a team that is agile and serves the needs of all our children and classrooms. She is majoring in kinesiology at TWU to become a physical therapist. She has five siblings, played competitive golf in high school, and tries to travel somewhere new each year. Her mom works in pediatrics and helped her realize her love for children and encouraged her to explore ways to build a career around her children. Ms. Taylor is a ray of afternoon-sunshine and brings her smiles and love to our children each day.
