Amal & Reem, Owners Amal and Reem are on-site co-owners here at the Goddard School in Wayland.

Amal holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Amal has three grown children who are married. She also has three grandchildren who all attended The Goddard School. Amal's late husband, Janan, helped with the establishment of the school and from the start, they made a commitment to ensure that their family values became the foundation of the school. Amal is committed to making sure that every parent and child that walks through the doors is coming ‘home’ to their Goddard family while getting the benefits of a solid curriculum, in a safe, happy, and healthy environment.


Reem and her husband Faris are proud parents of two children. Reem earned her degree in English Literature. Faris earned his degree in Civil Engineering. They are both happy to be a part of The Goddard School, and they take the responsibility of providing the best care and the best educational experiences for the young learners attending their school.

Kim & Jan, Director Jan and Kim are Co-Directors at our program.

Kim lives locally with her husband, Anthony, and her two children; Joey and Madison. One of her favorite things to do is travel and she loves sharing her experiences with children. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Development from Pine Manor College. She has been working with children for over twenty years, and is very excited to grow with you and your children!


Jan began her journey in Early Childhood Education in New York, and has been working with children for over thirty years. She attended The State University of New York at Oswego where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Education, and earned her Master's degree in Early Childhood Education at Fordham University. Jan lives locally with her husband, Neil, and her son; Rylee. She is happy and proud to be a part of the Goddard family and hopes you will be too.

Ms Cinzia, Assistant Director Cinzia is the Assistant Director here at our program. She graduated from Framingham State University with a degree in Developmental Psychology. Cinzia lives locally with her husband and son, Daniel. Cinzia loves working with children and enjoys helping them learn and discover new concepts every day. She is excited to be a part of the family at The Goddard School located in Wayland and getting to know you and your children.

Ms Kimberlee, Lead Teacher Miss Kim B. is our Program Coordinator at our program. She has an undergraduate degree in English from Springfield College and a Master’s Degree in Education from Worcester State University. She relocated here from New Jersey where she taught infants and toddlers part time for 11 years. Her and her husband are originally from Massachusetts and are so happy to be back in the area. She spends time traveling, hiking, boating and visiting her two sons who live in NYC and CT. She is so excited to get to know each one of you here at the Goddard School!

Miss Katie, Lead Teacher Miss Katie is a teacher in our program. She has been teaching for many, many years and loves children. She has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently working towards her Bachelor’s Degree. She has been around children most of her life, babysitting and growing up with her younger cousins. She has taught multiple ages from infants to kindergarten. She also has experience working with special needs children. She is excited to be part of the Goddard School!

Miss Katie

Ms Miriam, Lead Teacher Miriam (Mimi) is a teacher in our program. She has a BA in Theology from Berkshire Christian College. For eight years she taught at the elementary level in private schools after being a nursery school teacher and Sunday school teacher.
She raised two boys and in her spare time she likes to read, garden and sew. Her family has lived on both coasts, the heart of the country, and the south, but New England has always been home. She loves children and is delighted to be working here at The Goddard School.

Miss Kathleen, Lead Teacher Miss Katie A. is a teacher in our program.She currently attends SNHU, working towards her degree in Business Administration and HR Management. Her experiences include babysitting and nannying and working as a camp counselor for five years. Her hobbies include riding horses, outdoor activities, shopping, the beach, and playing with her dog. She is looking forward to getting to know the families & children here at The Goddard School.

Miss Kerry, Lead Teacher Kerry is a Teacher here at The Goddard School. She graduated from Worcester State University with a BA in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. She has lived in Framingham her whole life and is thrilled to be teaching in the area! Her hobbies include vacationing with her family and traveling with family and friends! She has always loved working with children and has many years of experience teaching in Preschool aged classrooms. She enjoys the creativity involved, as well as how rewarding it is to positively influence young lives. She is looking forward to getting to know the families and children at the Goddard School.

Ms Fidelia, Lead Teacher Fidelia is a teacher at our program. She graduated from Okene Teacher Training School of Nigeria. She finished her certificate at Massachusetts Bay Community College. She is a proud mother of four college graduates. Her three grandchildren bring her so much joy. Working with children has always been her passion. She appreciates the trust it takes families to place their children in our care. She is looking forward to getting to know the families and children here at The Goddard School.

Edna, Lead Teacher Edna is a teacher in our program. She is originally from Brazil and graduated from UNICAP Recife - PE Law School in Brazil. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, and learning about new cultures. She enjoys encouraging the spark of learning in children of all ages. She is looking forward to getting to know the families and children here at The Goddard School.

Laina, Lead Teacher Laina is a teacher in our program. She currently attends Mass Bay Community College. She enjoys working with children, especially toddlers. She finds interacting with young children fascinating as she feels they teach her as much as she teaches them. Laina is excited to get to know the children here at The Goddard School located in Wayland.

Miss Stephanie, Lead Teacher Miss Stephanie B. is a teacher here at The Goddard School. She graduated from Wheelock College with a degree in Early Childhood and Developmental Psychology. She loves watching children learn and grow through play. She believes it is important to work with families and the community around them. She is excited to be a part of The Goddard School and getting to know each family!

Miss Bridget, Lead Teacher Bridget is a teacher in our program. She graduated from Westfield State University with a BS in Movement Science. Before working at the Goddard School, she was a camp counselor and a swim teacher. While she was in high school she worked as an Assistant Preschool teacher. Her hobbies include crafting, swimming, photography and performing! She also enjoys volunteering at the local cat shelter and spending time with my cat. She has always loved working with children! She enjoys the creativity involved, as well as how rewarding it is to positively influence young lives. She is looking forward to getting to know the families & children at the Goddard School.

Emily, Lead Teacher Emily is a teacher in our program. She has a BA in Marine Biology from Framingham State University however, she found her true passion to be early childhood education. In her spare time you can find Emily hiking, reading, sewing, crafting, and DIYing! She taught here at The Goddard School located in Wayland for seven years before embarking on an adventure to explore North Carolina. She is thrilled to be back in Massachusetts and look forward to influencing young learners here at The Goddard School.

Ms Ella, Lead Teacher Miss Ella is a Teacher in our program. She is originally from Iran and moved to the U.S. over ten years ago with her husband. She is a mother of twin boys, Arteen and Radeen. She graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and is currently taking courses toward her Master's degree in Education. She has experience working with children, teaching them and watching them flourish, grow and learn new skills and concepts. She is excited to be working here at the Goddard School.

Ms Mariam, Lead Teacher Ms. Mariam is an assistant teacher for our school. She graduated from a university in Egypt with a Bachelor Degree in Teaching. After graduating she worked at a language school. She taught children from kindergarten to sixth grade. Now she lives in Natick with her husband and two wonderful children. She is so happy to work here at the Goddard School and to get to know you and your children!

Ms Teresa, Lead Teacher Miss Teresa is a Teacher in our program. She loves being a mom to her son Sebastian. She obtained an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Quincy College. She loves spending time with her family, cooking, and playing board games with her son. She is excited to be working with all the children and their families at The Goddard School and for being part of this wonderful family.

Miss Danielle, Lead Teacher Danielle is a teacher here at The Goddard School. She graduated from Massachusetts Bay Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Science with a focus in Early Childhood Education. Currently, she is enrolled in the University Without Walls program at UMass Amherst where she is studying Children’s Learning and Development. She is very excited to be working here at the Goddard School! Her hobbies include baking and babysitting! She also really enjoys lake life. She spends her spare time waterskiing, tubing, swimming, floating and boating as often as possible! She has been working with children since she was fifteen years old and is so excited to get to know all of you!

Miss Eileen, Lead Teacher Eileen is a Teacher here at The Goddard School. She is originally from Boston but now reside in Framingham. She graduated from Brookline High School and attended Mount Ida College in Newton, MA majoring in sports management. Her hobbies include collecting unicorns, socializing with friends and family and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide football team. Before joining the Goddard School, she was a nanny for three adorable children. She also coached Brookline’s pop warner cheerleading squad. She has always loved working with children and is so happy to be able to help children grow, learn and develop!

Ms Deborah, Lead Teacher Deb is a Teacher here at The Goddard School. She received her Bachelor's degree from Lasell College, and her Master's degree in Elementary Education from Long Island University. She looks forward to meeting and getting to know everyone.

Ms Dianne, Lead Teacher Dianne is a Teacher here at The Goddard School. She has two children, Conner and Kayla, who also works here. She is excited to be working with a great team here at The Goddard School in Wayland. She looks forward to new experiences with the children and their families.

Miss Mackenzie, Assistant Teacher MacKenzie is an assistant teacher at our program. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Regis College. She first knew she wanted to work with children when she began baby sitting at the age of 13. In her spare time she enjoys rollerblading and spending time being at the beach. She is also a huge fan of real Vermont maple syrup. She is excited to be part of the Goddard School!

Ms Karen, Resource Karen is an assistant teacher in our program. She resides locally with her family and cat, Opal. She received her Associate’s Degree in Human Services as well as her childcare teacher’s certificate from Aquinas College. She is excited to be a part of the Goddard School and getting to know all of you!
