Miss Tshering, Owner My name is Tshering and I am the proud owner of The Goddard School in Medfield! I opened the doors to this school in 2009 and have loved every part of it. Before this career, I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Hospitality. With this hospitality background, we learned that the customer is the king and they are always right. Although I did not have any experience in what I do today, the skill sets were very transferable and the culture I have created at the school is all about our customers and how you treat them, be it internal or external. I love kids and that was one reason I chose to do what I do today. Over the years, I have learned so much from all the teachers and parents I have met and many I remain friends with after their children graduate. Other than the school, I love my family time and have just started playing golf. I live in Medfield with my husband of 22 years and my three children who also teach me new things every day. Thank you for choosing our school and trusting us with them.

Some of the reasons I love working with children is how they view the world around them, their honesty and how they can make me smile everyday with something they say or do. Jennifer, Assistant Teacher Hi, my name is Jenny, when I was a kid, I couldn’t soak in enough of what life had to offer. Every day brought with it new adventures, experiences and knowledge. While becoming an adult, that drive for happiness and knowledge became something that I wanted to pass on to other children. As an adult, caring for kids and encouraging their sense of wonder and curiosity has been a source of great joy in my life. With over two decades of experience caring for young children on both sides of the country (including two of my own!), I’ve developed a strong desire to see kids succeed. Here at the Goddard school I have the privilege of working as a toddler teacher. I sincerely hope that I can help give your kids the same joy out of life that mine has given me!
