Dipti, Owner
Dipti is the proud on-site owner of The Goddard School in Millersville. She opened her first location in Hanover, MD and loves Goddard's philosophy in education and their emphasis on safety and security. Dipti earned a bachelor's of science degree from the University of Maryland. She is also the proud parent of two Goddard alum, one who is now in college!

Dipti and the administration team work side-by-side to create the best Goddard experience for the children, families, teachers, and community. Our collaborative work environment and pursuit of continuous quality improvements has earned us the Educational Excellence Award two years in a row!

Courtney, Director Ms. Courtney, the Director, has been with the School since the opening in July of 2014. She earned a bachelor's degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University, holds a Level 6 Maryland Credential, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Courtney has over 7 years of experience working as a director and 9 years of experience working with young children. Ms. Courtney has created a unique team of teachers called The Curriculum Committee who collaborate with one another to make informed decisions on best practices, curricula, special events, and the overall performance of the school.

Joshua, Assistant Director Mr. Josh, the Assistant Director, joined our Goddard School Family in July of 2017. He is currently enrolled at University of Maryland Global Campus in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and at Howard Community College for the infant and toddler certification. Josh holds a Level 3 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Preschool and School-Age care, and is certified in First Aid and CPR. During his Goddard experience, Josh spent 2 years teaching pre-k and brought 5+ years of pre-k teaching experience with him. A true believer in team work, Josh strives to maintain our great collaboration and unity with the teachers. Josh is an active member of our Curriculum Committee.

Laura, Lead Teacher Ms. Laura, our infant teacher, joined our Goddard Family in August of 2018. A graduate from Stevenson University, she earned a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Laura is a Maryland Credential Applicant, state preschool certified, and First Aid and CPR certified. Currently, Laura is enrolled for her Infant/Toddler certification.

Kristi, Lead Teacher Ms. Kristi, a first-steps teacher, joined the Goddard School Family in July of 2014. She has earned a Level 3 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Infant/Toddler and School-Age care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. As one of our senior employees, Ms. Kristi thrives at working with our newest teachers to help them become knowledgeable in the health and safety procedures and infant care.

Sara, Lead Teacher Ms. Sara, a toddler teacher, joined our Goddard Family in September of 2016. She earned an associate's degree from Anne Arundel Community College. Recently, Sara changed her major to Early Childhood Education and is in pursuit of her bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She holds a Level 4 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Infant and Toddler and School-Age care, and First Aid and CPR Certification. Additionally, Sara is a member of our management team and opens the School daily and is a member of our Curriculum Committee.

Jennifer, Lead Teacher Ms. Jen, a two-year-old teacher, joined our Goddard Family in August of 2014. She earned a bachelor's degree from Frostburg State University. Jen holds a Level 5 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Preschool care, and First Aid and CPR Certification. In total, Jen has 10 years of experience working with Goddard School's. Around our school, Jen is known by all as she builds long-lasting relationships with the children in her care.

Jennifer, Lead Teacher Ms. Jen, a two-year-old teacher, joined our Goddard Family in August of 2016. Jen graduated from Anne Arundel Community College in early childhood education, is state qualified in Infant/Toddler, Preschool, and School-Age care, and First Aid and CPR Certification. In addition to the experience Jen has gained with us, she has an additional 3 years of experience working in a licensed child care setting.

Davonya, Lead Teacher Ms. Davonya, a preschool teacher, became a member of our Goddard Family in October of 2018. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Coppin State University in Early Childhood Education. Davonya is state qualified for Preschool and School-Age care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified.

Lindsey, Lead Teacher Ms. Lindsey, a pre-k teacher, joined our Goddard Family in June of 2016. Lindsey has a master's degree from the University of North Dakota in early childhood development, holds a Level 4 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Preschool care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. In the classroom and lesson plans, Lindsey incorporates a variety of music and culture!

Jessica, Lead Teacher Ms. Jess, a preschool teacher, joined our Goddard Family in March of 2019. She is state qualified in Preschool care and First Aid and CPR certified. With over 4 years of experience, Jess is a fanatic for a clean and tidy classroom!

Krystal, Lead Teacher Ms. Krystal, our two-year-old toddler teacher, has been a member of our Goddard Family since November of 2017. She earned an associate's degree from Anne Arundel Community College in general studies, holds a Level 4 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Preschool and School-Age care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Krystal has over 10 years of experience working with young children and brings her unique classroom management style to our program.

Megan, Lead Teacher Ms. Megan, our pre-k teacher, joined our Goddard Family in February of 2017. She earned a bachelor's degree from Towson University in psychology, holds a level 6 Maryland Credential, is State qualified in Preschool and School-Age care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Megan is our pre-k/preschool leader and works part-time with the teachers in those classrooms on developing lesson plans, supports teaching experiences, and conducts classroom observations. Megan is a member of our Curriculum Committee.

Alexis , Lead Teacher Ms. Alexis, a preschool teacher, joined our Goddard Family in August of 2018. She is currently enrolled in the state qualifying preschool care courses and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Alexis is applying for the Maryland Credential.

Carissa, Lead Teacher Ms. Carissa, a preschool teacher, has been a part of our Goddard Family since January of 2016. Carissa earned a Child Development Associate's, holds a Level 4 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Preschool care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Carissa is an active member of our Curriculum Committee.

Wendy, Lead Teacher Ms. Wendy, a pre-k teacher, became a member of our Goddard Family in March of 2016. A current student at Towson University, Wendy is in pursuit of her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Wendy holds a Level 2 Maryland Credential, has an associate's degree from Howard Community College, is state qualified in Preschool and School-Age Care and is First Aid and CPR Certified. She is an active member of our Curriculum Committee. We are proud of our 2017 Teacher of the Year Nominee!

Tonia, Lead Teacher Ms. Tonia, our school-age teacher, has been a member of our Goddard Family since August of 2014. She earned a Child Development Associates and is currently enrolled to earn her bachelor's degree in education. Tonia holds a Level 3 Maryland Credential, is State qualified in Preschool and Infant/Toddler Care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Tonia owned and operated a licensed in-home family care center for over 10 years and had 2 years of Goddard experience when she began working with us.

Nakiyah, Assistant Teacher Ms. Nakiyah, a pre-k teacher, joined our Goddard School Family in August of 2018. She attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in the pursuit of a bachelor's degree and will soon continue. Nakiyah has applied for her Maryland Credential and is First Aid and CPR Certified. She is an active member of our Curriculum Committee.

Rupinder, Assistant Teacher Ms. Rupinder, an infant teacher, joined our Goddard Family in July of 2016. She graduated from nursing school in India, Nagal Klan. Rupinder holds a Level 3 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Preschool care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Currently, Rupinder is pursuing her Infant/Toddler Certification. Rupinder, originally joined our team with the intention of working with preschoolers but quickly fell in love with infants and for most of her time with us, she is a Cuddly Cubs teacher.

Bria, Assistant Teacher Ms. Bria, a pre-toddler teacher, joined our Goddard Family in January of 2017. She earned a bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University in human services, holds a Level 2 Maryland Credential, and is also First Aid and CPR Certified. Bria is an active member of the Curriculum Committee.

Sydney, Assistant Teacher Ms. Sydney, a two-year-old teacher, became a part of our Goddard Family in June of 2019. A current student at Anne Arundel Community College, Sydney is graduating in December with an associate's degree in early education. She is state qualified for Preschool care and is First Aid and CPR Certified.

LaDona, Assistant Teacher Ms. LaDona, a pre-k teacher, joined our Goddard Family in June of 2019. She is a current student at University of Maryland Global Campus, in pursuit of a degree in social sciences. LaDona is working towards her state qualifications for Preschool care and is First Aid and CPR certified. Around our School, LaDona is known for her musical abilities and enjoys introducing the children to instruments and new songs!
