Mrs Leisa, Owner School Owner:
Leisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Oberlin College, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is CPR and First Aid certified.

Megan, Director Director of Education:
Megan graduated from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & a minor in Elementary Education. After teaching preschool for two years, she became an Assistant Director and now has six years of experience in Private Preschool Administration and Management.
Mandy, Assistant Director Assistant Director:
Mandy studied Elementary Education and Special Education at Middle Tennessee State University. She has worked with children of all ages for over ten years in a variety of settings, including working at a children's fitness center.
Jennifer, Lead Teacher Jennifer graduated from Station Camp High School in 2010 and then attended UT Knoxville where she studied Exercise Science. She is currently working on her degree in Elementary education at Vol. State Community College. She previously worked as a kids counselor for six years at Kid's Place.
Mrs Emily, Lead Teacher Emily graduated from Volunteer State Community College with an Associate of Arts in University Studies. She has many years experience working with children six weeks through school age in various settings, which include teaching Vacation Bible School and serving as a youth leader with her church for four years.
Stephanie, Lead Teacher Stephanie graduated from Martin Luther College in Minnesota where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She has twelve years experience working as an in-home childcare provider, and as a teacher at both the preschool and elementary school level.
Andrea, Lead Teacher Andrea graduated from East Robertson High School and earned her Associates Degree in Interior Design from The International Academy of Design and Technology. She is currently continuing her education at Ashford University in Elementary Education. Andrea has over eight years experience working with preschool age children in a private school environment.
Ashleigh, Lead Teacher Ashleigh graduated from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development and Child/Family Studies. She began working with preschool children after graduation and has since had many opportunities to work with children of all ages in a variety of settings.
Christy, Lead Teacher Christy earned a Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University’s College of Education and Behavioral Sciences. She has over seven years of experience teaching in the early childhood field working with children ages early two’s through four years old.
Shawna, Lead Teacher Shawna graduated from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology. She has three years experience working in a private preschool setting and has also tutored children on the English language in Pinghu, China.
Heather, Lead Teacher Heather graduated from The University of Tennessee at Martin in December 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. Her experience includes over nine years working in the early childhood field where she has worked with children of all ages; however, most of her time has been spent with PreKindergarten age children.
Rachel, Assistant Teacher Rachel has completed 30 hours of orientation through TECTA, the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance. She has over thirteen years experience working in a childcare setting and has worked with children of all ages.
Joanna, Assistant Teacher Joanna attended Volunteer State Community College where she earned her CDA, Child Development Associates. She has over eight years experience working with children in a variety of settings. She has worked as a preschool teacher in the private preschool setting, as well as served at her church and as a nanny for different families.
Kayla, Assistant Teacher Kayla is currently working towards her Associate’s Degree in Elementary Education at Volunteer State Community College. She has experience working with children in a variety of settings including teaching Pre-Kindergarten at her church as well as working in a preschool setting.
Michelle, Assistant Teacher Michelle is currently working towards receiving her CDA, Child Development Associates, and has previously completed 30 hours of orientation through TECTA, the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance. She has six years experience working in a childcare setting and has worked with children of all ages.
Gaye, Assistant Teacher Gaye has completed coursework in Early Childhood Education through Volunteer State Community College, 30 hours of orientation through TECTA, the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance, as well as participated in many CCR&R workshops. She has thirty-eight years experience teaching in a childcare setting and has worked with children of all ages.
Heather, Assistant Teacher Heather graduated in 2007 from Tuson College in Lancashire, England with her N.N.E.B. and then obtained her CDA from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She has worked with children in a variety of different childcare settings over the past twenty-four years. Some of her experience has been as an Au Pair and as a teacher in various preschools, including Wyckoff Christian School and The Goddard School in New Jersey.
Lyndsey, Assistant Teacher Lyndsey is currently working towards completing her Bachelor of Science in English from Austin Peay State University. She has completed 30 hours of orientation through TECTA, the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance. She has two years experience working in a childcare setting and has worked with children ages two to three.
