Mrs Leisa, Owner School Owner:
Leisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Oberlin College, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is CPR and First Aid certified.

Brittney, Director Assistant Director of Operations:
Brittney graduated from Volunteer State Community College with her Associate's degree in Business. She is currently finishing her Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Tennessee Tech University. She is very passionate about working with children of all ages. She has over four years of experience working in the early childhood field in different capacities.

Kelley, Director Assistant Director of Curriculum:
Kelley graduated from Lynwood Christian Academy and then attended Virginia Western Community College to work towards her Associate's degree. She has taught Pre-K at a private preschool and was a Special Education Assistant in Sumner County.

Tricia, Lead Teacher Tricia attended the University of Northern Colorado where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and then went on to receive a Master of Science in Counseling from the Denver Seminary. She has over eight years of experience working in the field of education where she has worked as a director and teacher for children of all ages.

Erin, Lead Teacher Erin graduated from West Virginia University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in 2007 and her Masters in Education in 2010. She has worked around children her whole life due to her mom being an elementary school teacher. She always knew she wanted to become a teacher so that she could make a difference.

Stephanie, Lead Teacher Stephanie graduated from The University of Phoenix with an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has over eight years working with Infant through PreKindergarten age children.

Heather, Lead Teacher Heather graduated high school from Our Lady of Good Counsel and then attended Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland where she studied Early Childhood Education. She has over seven years experience working with children in a variety of settings, which include working as a preschool teacher in the private preschool setting, serving at her church and working as a nanny for various families.

Mandy, Lead Teacher Mandy is currently studying Elementary Education and Special Education at Middle Tennessee State University. She has worked with children of all ages for over four years in a variety of settings, including working at a children's fitness center.

Kayleigh, Lead Teacher Kayleigh graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in both Sociology and Life Span Development. She has six years experience working with children of all ages in a variety of settings including babysitting, teaching in a preschool setting, working with the children’s ministry at her church and as a child case manager. Working with children is her passion and is something she is honored to do.

Ashleigh, Lead Teacher Ashleigh graduated from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development and Child/Family Studies. She began working with preschool children after graduation and has since had many opportunities to work with children of all ages in a variety of settings.

Andrea, Lead Teacher Andrea graduated from East Robertson High School and earned her Associates Degree in Interior Design from The International Academy of Design and Technology. She is currently continuing her education at Ashford University in Elementary Education. Andrea has over eight years experience working with preschool age children in a private school environment.

Katie, Lead Teacher Katie graduated from Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has worked with children ages 3 to 5 in an after school care setting.

Stephanie, Lead Teacher Stephanie graduated from Martin Luther College in Minnesota where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She has twelve years experience working as an in-home childcare provider, and as a teacher at both the preschool and elementary school level.

Ashley, Lead Teacher Ashley graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She has worked with children in a variety of different childcare settings over the past three years. Some of her experience has been as a substitute teacher in Sumner County schools and as an assistant teacher for a summer program in Murfreesboro. She enjoys working with children of all ages!

Shawna, Lead Teacher Shawna graduated from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology. She has three years experience working in a private preschool setting and has also tutored children on the English language in Pinghu, China.

Heather, Lead Teacher Heather graduated from The University of Tennessee at Martin in December 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. Her experience includes over nine years working in the early childhood field where she has worked with children of all ages; however, most of her time has been spent with PreKindergarten age children.

Jessica, Assistant Teacher Jessi graduated from Baker College of Flint, Michigan with an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education. She has three years experience working with children six weeks through three years old in various childcare settings.

Sarah, Assistant Teacher Sarah is currently working towards receiving her Bachelor of Science from Tennessee State University in Early Childhood Education. She has six years experience working with children in a variety of settings, including working as a nanny and as an infant teacher to children ages 6 weeks to 18 months old.

Joanna, Assistant Teacher Joanna attended Volunteer State Community College where she earned her CDA, Child Development Associates. She has over eight years experience working with children in a variety of settings. She has worked as a preschool teacher in the private preschool setting, as well as served at her church and as a nanny for different families.

Rebeccah, Assistant Teacher Rebeccah is currently working towards receiving her Bachelor of Science from Tennessee Tech University in Early Childhood Education. She has six years experience working with children in a variety of settings, including camp counselor, violin tutor as well as working in the preschool setting.

She has completed 30 hours of orientation through TECTA, the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance. She has nine years experience working in a childcare setting and has worked with children of all ages.

Anna, Assistant Teacher Anna is currently working towards receiving her Associate of Science from Nashville State Community College in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship. Her dream is to one day own her own childcare center and café. She has five years experience working with children in a variety of settings, including teaching in the preschool setting as well as working in an orphanage in Guatemala.

Heather, Assistant Teacher Heather graduated in 2007 from Tuson College in Lancashire, England with her N.N.E.B. and then obtained her CDA from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She has worked with children in a variety of different childcare settings over the past twenty-four years. Some of her experience has been as an Au Pair and as a teacher in various preschools, including Wyckoff Christian School and The Goddard School in New Jersey.

She has completed 30 hours of orientation through TECTA, the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance. She has two years experience working in a childcare setting and has worked with children ages two to three.
