Robert & Jiena, Owners Robert and Jiena are the dedicated owners of The Goddard School in the Energy Corridor. Robert has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Jiena has a Master’s degree in Music Composition. They have two sons, Ian and Carson, who are currently attending the school. They live in a nearby neighborhood and wanted to bring a quality preschool to their area. They are committed to making sure that each child who passes through The Goddard School doors are loved and cared for. Their high standards for excellence and customer service are apparent throughout the school, and they are happy to be able to provide Goddard’s outstanding program to the children in their community.

Ms Costantini, Director Ms. Terrie is the Executive Director of The Goddard School and oversees the Energy Corridor and Crossroads Goddard locations. She has worked in the early childcare industry for over 30 years and has held every position imaginable. She has been a director for 20 of those years in both a Montessori and traditional preschool setting. Ms. Terrie has been married for 24 years, has 2 daughters, and one granddaughter who is the angel of her life. She is happy to bring her experience to The Goddard School at both locations, and making them the best preschool in their community!

Ms Michele, Assistant Director Ms. Michele is the Curriculum and Social Media Director of The Goddard School and oversees the Curriculum and Social Media at the Energy Corridor, and Crossroads Goddard locations. She brings ample experience in early childhood and has passion for curriculum development. She joined The Goddard School because the individual lesson planning and the F.L.E.X curriculum. She uses her experience and enthusiasm to help teachers develop lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate which enhances the physical, emotional, social and intellectual of every student.
Ms. Michele chose the field of education after volunteering to teach illiterate adults in Guatemala. The experience was so rewarding that she decided to bring that passion of teaching to a preschool setting. She has over 14 years working with children, she has thought pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and school age children. Her philosophy of education is that every child learns at their own pace and learning should be fun where children can express their creativity and exploration. Furthermore, Ms. Michele holds an Associate of Arts degree with nine credit hours in early childhood education. She then went on to earn a Child Development Associate Credential, as well as her Director Certification, a Building Blocks for Literacy Certification, and she also received her certification for the Texas Trainer Registry. She is currently working towards her bachelor’s in psychology

Tiffany, Assistant Director Mrs. Tiffany Brigham is the assistant director at The Goddard School. She is married with two boys, and takes pride in being a loving mother. She has worked in the early childcare industry for 11 years, because of her love for being a positive part of the growth and development of children, she has held many positions within the field. Tiffany is currently obtaining her bachelors in business from the University of Phoenix, and believes that no two children are alike and therefore neither should be the structure of their development.


Ms Graciela, Lead Teacher Ms.Ruiz is the lead teacher in our Infant classroom. She is originally from Venezuela but has lived in Houston for several years now. She has over 10 years of experience in childcare. She taught in a preschool setting and was an owner of a daycare in her hometown. She received an Associate degree in Computer Application from Venezuela and is currently pursing her Child Development Associate Credential. As a Venezuela native, she shares her extensive Spanish vocabulary with the children, and feels that it is beneficial to learn as many languages as possible! When Ms.Ruiz is not loving on the infants at Goddard, she shares her kind heart with a church nearby, helping in their infant room. She feels privileged to be able to be a part of your child's growth and development here at Goddard!

Sandra , Lead Teacher Ms. Sandra is the lead teacher in the First Steps classroom. She has been working in the early childhood education field for the past 3 years, focusing on infants and young toddlers. Ms. Sandra believes that each child has their own way of learning and it's important for teachers to provide different learning techniques to be able to meet the needs of every child.


Ms Keshawn, Lead Teacher Ms. Keshawn George is the lead teacher in the pre-toddler classroom. Ms. Keshawn has a bachelors degree in integrative studies. She is the mother of one son and has worked with children for over three years. Ms.Keshawn believes children are the future and the light of the world. As a teacher, she feels it is her job to remain sensitive to the individual needs of each child.

Ms Stella , Lead Teacher Ms. Stella Iwunze is the lead teacher in our Get Set classroom. She has been married for 16 years and is a mother of 3 boys. She is a graduate of Medical Laboratory Technology, earned a certification in comparative coaching, and participated in the Texas School Ready Program. Ms. Stella is currently pursuing her master's degree in Child Care Health. She believes that you should teach the children through love and focus on safety, respect, education, health, and self-help skills.

Vantoria, Lead Teacher Ms. Vantoria is the lead teacher in the Toddler classroom. She has been working with children of all ages since 2010. She believes that each child is an unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is Ms. Tori's desire as an educator to help children and students meet there fullest potential while providing a safe environment.


Ms Allison, Lead Teacher Ms. Mitchell is the lead teacher in our Preschool room. She has over 17 years experience in childcare with several different age groups. Ms. Mitchell also has her Child Development Associate Credential. She really enjoys working with children and her goal is to help them learn through creativity and play. She strives to provide a safe and loving environment for each child. In her spare time, Ms. Mitchell enjoys spending time with her two beautiful children, and her husband of 23 years. She also enjoys singing and dancing with her 7 year old son and 2 year old daughter.

Ms Shemega, Lead Teacher Ms.Hopkins is the lead teacher in our Preschool II classroom. Ms.Hopkins is pursuing her Associate of Arts degree in Education, as well as her CDA and has 26 years of experience working with children. She believes children should be able to learn and grow in their own special way. Her goal is to help enrich the lives of each child, and help them accomplish their full potential.

Norma , Lead Teacher Ms. Norma is the lead teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten classroom. She has been working in the Education field for the past 2 1/2 years and completed her Child Development Associate certification. Ms. Norma has a real love and passion for teaching and runs her classroom with love, patience, and commitment to the children.


Ms Khanh, Lead Teacher Mrs. Khanh Le is the lead teacher for Junior Kindergarten classroom and Kids Club. Mrs. Le has obtained her early childhood education associate from Vietnam, and has over 5 years of experience in early childhood education. Khanh believes that teachers provide different avenues for children.These avenues help them to express their abilities of thinking, negotiating, constructing, revising,and symbolically expressing their thoughts and feelings.

Cynthia, Assistant Teacher Ms. Cynthia is the assistant teacher in the infant classroom and has been working with children since 2016. Ms. Cynthia believes that early childhood learning is the building block of knowledge that children need to instill a lifelong love of learning. She believes that learning goes hand in hand with the teacher and parent involvement. Ms. Cynthia strives to provide a safe environment where children can actively explore and discover new materials.


Ms Susana, Assistant Teacher Mrs. Susana is a wife and loving mother. She has worked in early childhood education for over 5 years now. Mrs. Susana has a passion for and loves working with children. She believes that a good early education is the foundation for the wonderful successful future of a child.

Ms Shana, Assistant Teacher Ms. Shana is the assistant teacher in the First Steps classroom. Ms. Shana is originally from Michigan, the oldest of seven children, and has been in childcare for 3 years. Ms.Shana believes in making education fun for children, so they will be just as excited to learn, as she is to teach.

Ms Fatimazahra, Assistant Teacher Ms. Fatima is the assistant teacher in the Toddler classroom. She is originally from Morocco, where she has worked in the early childcare industry as well.Aside from being a devoted teacher she is a wife and Mother.Ms. Fatima believes children should be nurtured as well as taught by their teacher.

Jennifer , Assistant Teacher Ms. Jennifer is an afternoon assistant teacher at The Goddard School. Ms. Jennifer comes to The Goddard School with many years of babysitting children of different age groups. Ms. Jennifer is bilingual speaking English and Spanish and believes that learning needs to be fun and engaging and all activities should be geared to develop the children's imagination, creativity, and social skills.


Ms Sloane, Assistant Teacher Mrs. Sloane is an assistant teacher at The Goddard School. Mrs. Sloane is a new mommy who loves to see children learn. She has a passion for creating different ways to spark their interests. Ms. Sloane also believe that each child has their own unique personalities as well as learning styles.

Ann, Assistant Teacher Ms. Ann is the assistant teacher in the Preschool classroom and has been working with children of all age groups since 2012 and is currently enrolled at Lone Star College. Ms. Anne's teaching philosophy as an early childhood teacher is to provide children with a safe environment, where they feel safe to explore, initiate learning, and feel free to express themselves. Ms. Ann's goal is to support children as they embark on a journey to make discoveries about themselves and learn to recognize and identify their feelings.


Ms Ella , Resource Ms. Ella is our school chef and has been cooking for children for close to 15 years. She is a wife, a mother of two, and a loving grandmother. Over the years she has obtained her food managers certificate. Her hobbies include her love for cooking, reading, and skating. Mrs. Ella prides herself on making the most nutritious meal for children that will put a smile on their faces as well as their tummy’s.
