Goddard Systems University (GSU) was developed specifically for Goddard School teachers. This exclusive training series coaches teachers on child development, health and safety standards, curriculum and classroom practices and other early childhood education and development topics.
All states require professional development for faculty members, though the number of hours varies according to each state’s regulations. GSU provides ongoing training to all Goddard School faculty members. GSU field instructors have degrees in early education and several years of experience working with children.
GSU has been accredited as an authorized provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). GSU training hours can be applied to a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification, a nationally recognized credential awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition.
