Meet Lance

Meet Lance On-site Owner

Lance and Michele have been part of the Northfield community since its earliest days. In 2015, they opened The Goddard of Northfield as the community’s first childcare center and have been proud to grow alongside the neighborhood and the families who call it home. Lance works at school and is actively involved in its operations and getting to know the children and families who walk through the doors. Owning the School for them has always been about more than operating a business—it is about being part of the community and creating a place where families feel known, supported, and connected. As parents of three children and long-term Colorado residents; Lance brings more than 25 years of business management experience and previously was a stay-at-home dad. He also volunteers with Kiwanis of Northeast Denver, the Winter Park Ski Patrol, and coaches high school mountain biking. Michele has a Master’s in Public Health and is passionate about supporting healthy families and communities.
