Employee of the Month: Ms. Holly
Ms. Holly is a co-teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten (Bumblebee) room. She was recently appointed this position after being a 'floater' for the past year and a half. She has her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
Mrs. Serena Juergens - Director - Mrs. Serena began her career at The Goddard School as a Pre-K teacher in the Rosy Radish room in August 2005. Shortly there after she moved on to become the Assistant Director and is now our Director. She graduated from Ohio State University with an undergraduate degree in Marketing. She returned to Ashland University where she obtained her license to teach children Pre-K through 3rd grade.
Mrs. Carly Purdy - Assistant Director - Mrs. Carly is not only our Assistant Director but has also been our Kindergarten Teacher since January 2007. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Education P-K to Grade 3 with a Reading Endorsement.
Ms. Jocelyn - Ms. Jocelyn has been with The Goddard School since 2003. She has an Associate's degree in Infant/Toddler Child Development. She is a Co-Teacher in our Infant room.
Ms. Heather - Ms. Heather joined our team in September 2003 and is one of our primary care givers in our Infant room. She has worked as a professional nanny for fifteen years. She has experience helping out in all our classrooms. Ms. Heather volunteers for the C.A.S.A. program in Huron County and is also working towards a degree in Criminal Law.
Mrs. Maryjane -
Maryjane joined our team in November 2006. She has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and also is a licensed RN. She is a Co-Teacher in our Infant room.
Mrs. Jenna -
Mrs. Jenna joined our team in March 2003. She is working towards her Infant and Toddler Childhood Development Associate degree. Jenna is a Co-Teacher in our Pre-Toddler room.
Mrs. Maggie -
Ms. Maggie joined our team in July, 2006. She has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and is a Co-Teacher in our Pre-Toddler room.
Ms. Megan -
Ms. Megan joined our team in September 2008. She has a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She is a Co-Teacher in our Toddler room.
Ms. Ashley -
Ms. Ashley joined our team in August, 2009. She is working towards a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and she is a Co-Teacher in our Toddler room.
Ms. Joey -
Ms. Joey joined our team in April 2010. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is a Co-Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten class.
Ms. Meghan -
Ms. Meghan joined our team in June, 2011. She is working on her degree in Human Development and Family Science with a focus on Early Education. She is a Co-Teacher in our Preschool room.
Ms. Jacqueline (Jackie) -
Ms. Jackie joined our team June 2011. She has a Bachelor's degree in Science Education and is a Co-Teacher in our Preschool room.
Ms. Becky - Ms. Becky is our Pre-Kindergarten Co-Teacher. She has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Becky joined our teaching team in January 2001.
Mrs. Mary -
Mrs. Mary joined our team September 2006. She has a State of Ohio Certificate of Training in Early Childhood Development and Education. Mrs. Mary is a Co-Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten room.

Ms Holly has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She is a co-teacher in our older Pre-Kindergarten classroom.
Ms. Colleen Ms. Colleen joined our team in December 2011. She has a Bachelor's degree and is a co-teacher in our Get Set classroom!
Ms. Amber L. Ms. Amber joined our team in January 2012. She has a Bachelor's degree in Education and Intervention Specialist. She is a co-teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten room.
Ms. Amber G. Ms. Amber is working on attaining a degree in Social Work. She joined our team in October 2010. She is an Assistant Teacher and can be found in classrooms throughout our school lending our teachers a hand as needed.
Ms. Amy C. Ms. Amy joined out team in January 2012. She is currently going to school studying to become an Intervention Specialist. She is an Assistant Teacher and can be found in classrooms throughout our school lending our teachers a hand as needed.
