Employee of the Month: Miss Jess
Miss Jess is a very creative, kind and loving teacher. She has awesome lessons that spark the children's creativity. Miss Jess has led the Terrific Tiger classroom for the last 6 months and has created a bond with each child. Her smile is contagious to anyone who walks in her classroom. Keep up the great work!
Owners -
Mike and Karen Trotman are the proud grandparents to two beautiful children. They have recently moved to the West Chester area and are enjoying the atmosphere. They have been small business owners for many years and have now dedicated their hearts and souls to The Goddard School® located in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Director Miss Jill is a Goddard parent! Miss Jill holds a degree in Early Childhood Education awarded from West Chester University as well as her private and public teaching certification for grades K-3. Miss Jill began as our Kindergarten teacher in 2005 & has since taken the director position! She is looking forward to watching all of your children learn and grow over the years.
Assistant Director Miss Kim has been with The Goddard School for six years. She began working as a full-time student, earned her Bachelor's degree & is now lead teacher of one of our most popular programs! Her smile is contagious to all who enter the classroom. However, just recently Miss Kim has been promoted to Assistant Director, but most of her time will be spent in the classroom teaching our Kindergarten children.

Miss Monica is a teacher in the Amazing Apes classroom. She is patient, reliable and so friendly. She started her career with us as a Goddard parent! Then went on to teach in the Happy Hippo classroom! Miss Monica loved her students so much she recently moved to the Apes to continue teaching this energetic pre-k group! She and the families are thrilled!

Welcome Miss Shanna! Miss Shanna holds a degree in Elementary Education awarded from West Chester University. She has been teaching for the past four years and is currently one of our fantastic Preschool Teachers! Congrats to Miss Shanna on her wedding!

Miss Stefany P. studied Art at Cheyney University and now teaches full time in our Preschool I classroom! She has been in the field of childcare for well over 10 years! She brings her unique sense of humor as well as her artistic skills to our School. Miss Stefany is a favorite among students of all ages. She is even our summer program art teacher!

Miss Tabitha is our friendly Pre-K teacher! She always wears a welcoming smile. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early and Elementary Education. Miss Tabitha is looking forward to a fun year of learning and exploring with the Amazing Apes classroom.

Miss Barbara has twenty-five years of experience in assisted living administration. Her career has gone full circle as she now cares for our Kuddly Koala infants! She is also our resident childcare expert, as mother and grandmother! Miss. Barbara's warm and nurturing teaching style creates a family-like atmosphere.

Miss Christina is a graduate of Temple University and holds a degree in Psychology. She collects children's books and loves to read them to her students! She is one of our Zany Zebra teachers! She is bubbly and kind and the students love her!

Miss Carrie comes to us with over 30 years of experience caring for infants & toddlers! Miss Carrie has even owned her own school! She has so much love to give to our Kuddly Koalas. Her love and energy is contagious!

Miss Sasha, also a West Chester University student, can usually be found in the Zany Zebras classroom each afternoon! Miss Sasha loves to bring projects from her education classes here to try out with our students!
JoAnne D. Miss JoAnne is a lead teacher in our Talking Toucan classroom! She holds her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and joins Goddard with many years of experience as a teacher and preschool director. She creates a warm, loving environment and is a welcome addition to our Goddard family!
Zara D. Miss Zara is one of our wonderful Kuddly Koala teachers! She has a daughter in college and has a degree in Social Work from West Chester University. Zara loves watching babies grow and develop although she doesn't like to see them move up!
Amber R. Miss Amber is an education major at West Chester University. During the school-year, you will find her in our infant room. For the summer, she is one of our assistant teachers in Happy Hippos!

Miss Takira is a friendly face that you will find in all of the classrooms. She is currently enrolled at West Chester University and has many years' experience with young children. Miss Takira loves being a teacher and will always greet you with a smile!

Miss Jess is the Lead Teacher in our Preschool 2 classroom. She is a recent graduate of West Chester University and has her her degree in Elementary Education along with her PA Teaching Certificate! Miss Jess welcomes everyone in her classroom with a smile! Jess has been a wonderful addition to our teaching staff.

Miss Keim is our Lead Teacher in our Preschool 1 classroom. She graduated from Immaculata with her Certification in Elementary and Special Education. Miss Keim has experience with all age ranges and is excited to be a part of the Goddard Team.

Miss Sam joins our Goddard Family with a degree in Art Education. She is the co-lead in the Get Set Classroom. Miss Sam loves to teach young children Art and you will find her always with a paint brush in her hand and a smile ready for the day!

Miss Lisa has been a stay at home for the past 25 years and has decided to join our school. She absolutely adores children and is very excited to watch your children grow. We are very lucky to have Lisa as a teacher in our Infant and Pre-toddler classrooms.
Liz Z. Miss Liz is one of our teachers in the Happy Hippo room. She has been teaching young children since 2006. Miss Liz loves all ages but especially has a love for toddlers. She has been a great addition to our Goddard staff.
Lindsey M. Miss Lindsey is a recent graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Art Education. She is a new addition to our Happy Hippos classroom. The children have welcomed Miss Lindsey with open arms and she is looking forward to teaching in our Hippo classroom!
