Lindsee Travis Lindsee is the proud owner of The Goddard School located in Wentzville, Missouri. She has lived in the St, Louis area for over ten years. Before becoming a school owner, Lindsee was a Goddard parent - which made the decision to open a Goddard School an easy one for her family. She and her husband have two daughters, both of whom attended The Goddard School. Lindsee is a member of the Wentzville Chamber of Commerce and also does charity work for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Coleen Shipley - Coleen is the school director. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Physical Education from Drake University. Coleen also has a Master's degree in Early Childhood from Webster University. She has taught in the public school system for over thirty-four years.

Nikole Engelberg - Nikole is the Assistant Director at our school. She graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. Nikole taught preschool at The Goddard School before joining our team in the office. She also has three years of teaching experience outside of our school. She enjoys seeing each student's smiling face every day and is available to help in any way needed!

Amber M. -
Amber is our Preschool 2 Teacher at The Goddard School. She graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is currently working towards her Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. Her students enjoy all of the fun and exciting lesson plans that Miss Amber prepares, but their favorite is when they get to learn through the use of the SMART interactive whiteboard technology that is available at our school.  

Sara R. - Sara is the Assistant Teacher in our Infant room. She attended college at St. Charles Community College and is working towards an education degree. Sarah has so much fun working with our little ones and does a wonderful job assisting with all of their needs.  We love seeing her laughing and playing with the infants each day!

Jessica W. - Jessica is the Assistant Teacher in our Get Set room. She is currently working towards her Elementary Education degree. She does such a wonderful job assisting her students in their interest centers and loves helping them do fun science experiments!  She has such a warm and inviting personality. Her students just adore her!

Rhianna H. - Rhianna is the Assistant Teacher in our Young Toddler Classroom. She is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education from St. Charles Community College. She also has several years of experience working in a childcare setting. Rhianna loves teaching her Music and Movement lesson each day. Her little ones have so much fun using their rhythm instruments and dancing together!

Courtney M. - Courtney is a Lead Teacher in our Toddler room. She has a degree in Recreation Management / Physical Education and has several years experience working with children. She is so enthusiastic about teaching her toddlers. Right now, they are all learning what state they live in and what their last names are. Her students have so much fun learning together each day!

Meaghan W. - Meaghan is the Assistant Teacher in our Preschool 2 room. She is currently working towards her Early Childhood Education degree at St. Louis Community College. Meaghan's students are doing such a wonderful job learning the names of our states and countries. Meaghan makes her room so fun and exciting. Her students have an absolute blast with her.

Tasha S. - Tasha is the Lead Teacher in our Get Set classroom. She has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She has worked in a childcare facility for eight years and was a Kindergarten teacher for two years before coming to The Goddard School. She keeps her students busy while they work on spelling their names, counting to twenty and mastering potty training!

Kylle S. - Ms. Kylee is the Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten room. She has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Lindenwood University. She has been working in Early Childhood since 2007 and has so many wonderful and unique ideas that she incorporates into her lesson plans daily. Her student's love playing Letter BINGO and are working hard on reading readiness skills and recognizing their sight words!

Sherri E. - Ms. Sherri is an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School. She is currently going to school for a Nursing degree. Sherri assists in many of our classrooms and brings so many fun ideas with her. Our students love seeing seeing Sherri's smiling face each day!

Natalie H. -
Natalie is the Assistant Teacher in our Preschool 2 room. She comes to us from Oregon and is working towards her Elementary Education degree at Lindenwood University.  She loves assisting her students as they learn about World Cultures, practice their letter sounds and recognition and explore science through experimentation!

Emelie S. - Emelie is the Lead Teacher in our Young Toddler classroom. She has a Bachelor's degree in Education from Southeast Missouri State and has been working in the child development field for seventeen years. She has such an active little class of students!  They all have so much fun together learning and exploring the world!

Amanda B. -  Amanda is an Assistant Teacher at our school. She currently attends Lindenwood University and is working towards her degree in Education. She helps us in many of our classrooms and is a valuable asset to our teachers and students. She has so much fun with each child that she works with and is such a help to all of us!

Courtney C. -
Courtney is the Assistant Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten room. She graduated from The University of Missouri in Columbia with a Bachelor's of Science degree in General Studies. Courtney has so many great ideas and has so much fun assisting Ms. Kylle with all of their students.  

Heather K. - Heather is the Assistant Teacher in our Toddler classroom. She currently attends St. Louis Community College and is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. Heather is so great with her little Toddlers and loves helping them with all of their daily activities!

Lindsey A. Lindsey is our Preschool II Teacher at The Goddard School. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Her students' favorite time is when they get to learn through the use of the SMART interactive whiteboard technology that is available at our school.  We are so excited to have her as new addition to our school.

Jessica C. Jessica is one of our Lead Teachers in the First Steps Classroom.  She graduated from Lindenwood University with a degree in Elementary Education.  She has experience working with students of all ages.  She and her little First Steppers have so much fun together.  They especially enjoy working on their gross motor skills by learning to run and by rolling and kicking a ball together!

Kayla C. Kayla is the Lead Teacher in our Preschool I Room.  She graduated from York College in Nebraska and has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology.  She has experience working with children of all ages in several different settings.  She and her preschool students have so much fun together doing exciting science experiments, messy creative art lessons and reading funny stories. 

Jeni S. Jeni is the Lead Teacher in our Infant Room.  She graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.  She has worked with young children in a childcare setting since 2004 and is such a warm and nurturing teacher.  She and her infant students enjoy reading stories, doing baby yoga and exploring the world around them!

Lauren K. Lauren is an Assistant Teacher at our school.  She is currently attending Maryville University and is working towards her degree in Elementary Education.  Lauren helps out in many of our classrooms and is such a wonderful asset to our school.  She always has a warm smile on her face and all of the students in our school adore her!

Allie Farmer Allie is our wonderful office assistant!  She comes to us from another Goddard School where she was for 5 1/2 years.  She has her degree in Business Administration from SCC and does and outstanding job helping out in our office.  You will see her busy all throughout our school helping out where ever needed!  She will be more than happy to help you out in any way!

Brittany F. Brittany is a Co-Lead Teacher in our First Steps Room.  She graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services.  Brittany is so outgoing and has such a great time with her little students!  They are always busy working on sorting, singing, creating artwork or just laughing and having fun together!

Arilla H. Arilla is our School Age Lead Teacher.  She just graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.  She has such a fun personality and has such wonderful ideas.  She works so hard on making sure that her students stay entertained and continue learning all year and all throughout the summer.
