Our teachers have First Aid and CPR certification, background checks and universal precautions training. Our faculty is encouraged to attend corporate training through Goddard University (GSU) that is available year round. All teachers participate in yearly faculty training days that help develop our faculty on state required training and other important topics. Teachers also participate in continuing education workshops throughout the year. Communication is very important between the parents and our school's faculty. Director - Our Director has her Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and Family Life with a minor in Community Health from Indiana State University. She has her Administrative Credentials II from Wake Tech. (Level III Director). She has over 7 years experience working with children and over 2 years of Director Experience.
Assistant Director - Our Assistant Director has her Bachelor's of Science in Education from the State University of NY at Fredonia. She also has her Administrative Credentials I and II. She has 4 years of experience working with children. She has 1 year of management experience. Before becoming the Assistant Director, she was the Curriculum Coordinator of The Goddard School.
Crawling Caterpillars: Infant Class - Our Lead Infant Teacher has her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She has over 5 years experience teaching children.
Our Assistant Teacher has her NC Early Childhood Crendentials and currently holds 45 credit hours in the field of Early Childhood Education. She has over 4 years of experience working with young children.
Tipsy Turtles: Infant II Class - Our Lead Teacher has her Bachelors degree in General Studies with a heavy emphasis in Music Education from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. She also holds her N.C. Early Childhood Credentials. She has over 5 years of experience working with and educating young children.
Our Assistant Teacher has obtained the NC Early Childhood Crendential and is currently working towards her degree in Early Childhood Education. She has over 3 years of experience working with young children.
Bouncing Bunnies: Pre-Toddler Class - Our Lead Pre-Toddler Teacher has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University. She has two years of experience working with small children.
Our Assistant Teacher has her N.C. Crendential Equivalency and has over 70 credit hours from NC Central University. She has over 2 years of experience working with young children.
Silly Squirrels: Toddler Class - Our Lead Teacher has her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Meredith College and her Masters in English for the University of Indianapolis. She has 2 years of experience in teaching young children.
Our Assistant Teacher has her Bachelors of Music Education from East Carolina University. She has 2 years of experience in working with small children.
Ready Raccoons: Get Set Class - Our Lead Get Set Teacher has her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from East Carolina University. She has over 3 years of experience teaching children.
Our Assistant Teacher has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. She has over 5 years of experience working teaching young children.
Fantastic Foxes: Preschool Class - Our Lead Teacher has her BA in Family and Community Services with a concentration in Allied Health from ECU. She has over 3 years of experience working with young children.
Our Assistant Teacher has her BA in International Studies and Public Health from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and is currently pursuing her Masters in Intercultural Studies at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She has over 3 years of experience in working with young children.
Chipper Chipmunks: Preschool Class - Our Lead Teacher has her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University. She has over 9 years of experience working with young children.
Our Assistant Teacher has her Bachelor's degree in Dance Education as well as the N.C. Teaching Certificate.
Can Do Cubs: Pre-Kindergarten Class - Our Lead Teacher has her BA in Education and has over 5 years of experience in teaching young children. Our Assistant Teacher has obtained the N.C. Early Childhood Credential and is currently working towards her degree in Early Childhood Education.
