It brings me great joy to be the on-site owner of The Goddard School® located in Tyrone for Early Childhood Development. My passion is education which led me to earn a Master’s degree in Leadership/Administration, Counseling and Human Services with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary/Special Education. My experience has made me aware of the significance of providing a quality preschool setting with caring and professional teachers. I am the grandparent of two young children and recognize the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment. My special interests include spending time with my daughters, granddaughters and family. Also, I enjoy playing golf and participating in community events. My pledge to the children, parents and faculty of the School and the community is to maintain a standard of excellence for the future leaders of this country!

My husband, Wayne, and I are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters. My concern for our children's early educational development led to my desire to open a preschool. I decided to open The Goddard School® because it was a nurturing environment and positive experience for my oldest daughter. Another reason I decided to open the School is because I love spending time with children. The children are beautiful and they are eager to learn. I find joy in providing a safe, loving and nurturing environment for the children. In addition to my love for children, I also love spending time with family. I graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
