Ms. Dana - Owner and On-site Operator - Dana Chibbaro holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Education from Kean University and is pursuing her Master's degree in Educational Leadership from The College of New Jersey. She has been a teacher for the past 16 years and has taught in a variety of locations including Hillsborough High School, Point Pleasant Beach High School, G. Harold Antrim Elementary School in Point Pleasant Beach, The Princeton Review and Rutgers University. She is committed to providing the highest quality Early Childhood Education program in a nurturing and fun atmosphere.
Ms. Sharon - Educational Director - Sharon Jensen has an Associate's degree and attends Georgian Court University. She also has her DYFS Group Teacher certification. She has worked with many age groups during her ten year career in Early Childhood including Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten, Preschool and Toddler programs and has worked at our school since we opened. Feel free to talk to her. She has an abundance of knowledge in the field of Early Childhood Education and is a warm and welcoming presence in our School.
Ms. Theresa - Kindergarten Teacher - Ms. Theresa graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts and has recently completed the New Pathways to Teaching program to obtain a teaching degree. She started her career with Goddard as an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler program but was quickly promoted to a Lead Teacher position. Her incredible artistic talents can be seen throughout her classroom as well as the School. She has worked at the School for nearly four years.
Ms. Michele - Preschool Teacher - Ms. Michele has her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Special Education. She has substituted for absent teachers in the Lakewood Public Schools for three years and has additional work experience. She has worked with the School since it opened and brings her unique sense of humor, dedication to her students and education with her everyday. Michele is respected by everyone.
Ms. Victoria - Toddler Teacher - Ms. Victoria graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a minor in Psychology. She worked as an Assistant Director at a learning center helping children from Kindergarten through high school and also as an Assistant Teacher for a talented youth program one summer. She has worked on our faculty for nearly three years and serves as our Health and Safety Coordinator. Her cheerful attitude is a wonderful asset to our School!
Mr. Logan - Pre-K Teacher - Mr. Logan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Childhood Education and a Master of Science in Education degree in Birth to Sixth Grade Literacy. He has worked with children for many years; in a Day-Care Program, as a Camp Counselor, a Substitute Teacher, and a Park Ranger, where he taught nature programs to kids! His warm personality and patient demeanor is a great fit for the students in our Pre-K class!
Ms. Lauren, Preschool Teacher - Ms. Lauren has a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education. She has prior experience working with children in after-school programs and the YMCA. Her energy and enthusiasm always keeps our children in our Get Set program on their toes!
Ms. Tara - Get Set Teacher - Ms. Tara has received a certificate from Penn Foster Teacher's Aide Program and attended New York American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She is actively pursuing her Child Development Associates (CDA) certificate. She volunteered at many elementary schools and even a children's theater. Her good natured personality endears her to all of our faculty and parents. We are very happy she works at The Goddard School located on Route 70 in Toms River.
Ms. Lindsay - First Steps - Teacher - Ms. Lindsay has worked for our School for almost three years. She is attending Ocean County College to obtain a degree in Education. Her warm, calm and gentle approach with children creates a family-like atmosphere.
Ms. Kaitlyn - Teacher Assistant - Ms. Kaitlyn is currently attending Ocean County College. She has experience babysitting since she was 15 years-old and has been employed at our school for almost two years. Her smile is contagious to anyone who enters her classroom.
Ms. Bluette - Teacher Assistant - Ms. Bluette is currently attending Ocean County College to earn a degree in Education and has worked at our school for over a year. Her smile and warmth make the children look forward to coming to school.
Ms. Samantha - Teacher Assistant - Ms. Samantha has worked on our faculty for nearly two years. She is currently attending Stockton College and is pursuing a degree in Speech Pathology. She was previously employed as a Dietary Aide in a nursing home. Her sunny outlook is contagious at our School.
Ms. Alicia - Teacher Assistant - Ms. Alicia is a Teacher Assistant at The Goddard School located on Route 70 in Toms River. She graduated from high school in 2006 and is currently attending Ocean County College for Liberal Arts. She has been a Lifeguard at Island Beach State Park for four years and has babysat for numerous families. Ms. Alicia's warm and energetic personality make her a great member of our Goddard family.
Ms. Shannon - InfantsTeacher - Ms. Shannon is a Lead Teacher at The Goddard School located on Route 70 in Toms River. She has her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and has a lot of experience working with children. For six years, she was a Teacher in a Pre-K classroom and also spent two years working with children six-weeks-old to 17 years of age. Her warm and sunny personality is immediately felt when you enter her room!
Ms. Melissa - Teacher Assistant - Ms. Melissa is a Teacher Assistant at The Goddard School located on Rout 70 in Toms River. She has had a lot of experience with children over the years. She has been the Teacher Assistant in Kindergarten and Pre-K as well as filling the Nanny role for many different families. She possesses a calm and warm personality and is a wonderful addition to our Goddard family.
