Mr. Ray - Owner and On-site Operator - Ray Dmochowski holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Rutgers University. He previously worked in the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics Industry as a Management Consultant, Director of Data Processing and Manager of Systems and Programming. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and reading. His friendly demeanor makes it very easy to stop in his office for any reason.
Ms. Sharon - Educational Director - Sharon Jensen has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her DYFS Group Teacher certification. Ms. Sharon is also an active member of NAEYC. She has worked with many age groups during her thirteen year career in Early Childhood Education including Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten, Preschool and Toddler programs and has worked at our school since we opened. She has an abundance of knowledge in the field of Early Childhood Education and is a warm and welcoming presence in our School. She goes above and beyond every day and we can't thank her enough!
Ms. Michele - Pre-K Teacher / Assistant Director - Ms. Michele has her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Elementary Education, as well as Special Education from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and is currently pursuing her Master's degree. Ms. Michele has been a substitute teacher in the Lakewood Public Schools and has additional work experience. She has worked with our school since it opened and brings her unique sense of humor, dedication to her children and education with her every day. Michele is respected by everyone.
Ms. Theresa - Pre Kindergarten Teacher - Ms. Theresa graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts and has recently completed the New Pathways to Teaching program to obtain a teaching degree. She started her career with Goddard as an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler program but was quickly promoted to a Lead Teacher position. Her incredible artistic talents can be seen throughout her classroom as well as the School. Ms. Theresa has worked at the School for four years.
Ms. Lauren, Get Set Teacher - Ms. Lauren has a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education. She has prior experience working with children in after-school programs and the YMCA, and has been with us for over three years. Her energy and enthusiasm always keep the children in our Get Set program on their toes!
Ms. Bluette, Toddler Teacher - Ms. Bluette has her Child Development Associates (CDA) and is also currently attending Ocean County College to earn a degree in Education. She has worked at our School for three years. Her smile and warmth make the children look forward to coming to School.
Ms. Kaitlyn - Teacher Assistant - Ms. Kaitlyn is currently attending Ocean County College, where she is working toward her CDA. She has many years of babysitting experience, and has been employed at our School for three years. Her smile is contagious to anyone who enters her classroom.
Ms. Samantha - Lead Teacher - Ms. Samantha has been part of our team for three years. She recently graduated from Stockton College with a degree in Speech Pathology. She keeps our Preschoolers on their toes with fun and exciting activities everyday! Her sunny outlook is contagious at our School.
Ms. Shannon - InfantsTeacher - Ms. Shannon is a Lead Teacher at The Goddard School located on Route 70 in Toms River. She has her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and has a lot of experience working with children. For six years, she was a Teacher in a Pre-K classroom and also spent two years working with children six-weeks-old to 17 years of age. Her warm and sunny personality is immediately felt when you enter her room!
Ms. Melissa-Infant Room Teacher - Ms. Melissa has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education as a teacher assistant for Pre-K and Kindergarten, and also as nanny. She is very nurturing and our babies just love when she is around! Being a mother of three children, Ms. Melissa has lots of experience with children!
Ms. Elizabeth Ms. Elizabeth is the newest addition to our Goddard family. She is an assistant float who graduated with a BA in History from Ramapo College. She is currently working on her Master's in Special Education at New Jersey City University. She previously was a substitute teacher in the Toms River and Barnegat school districts.
