Erika, Owner - Erika was formerly employed by a fortune 100 company. She has taken many of the quality assurance and customer service best practices from that experience and has implemented them in the School. She has her BEE from Georgia Tech and her MBA from Emory University. When she is not at School, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. The thing she appreciates most about children is watching them find their own solutions.
Sunshine, Director - Sunshine came from another Georgia Goddard School and has been with us since we opened. She has been in the childcare industry for over eight years. She has been a Teacher, Curriculum and Quality Assurance Coordinator and Office Manager. She believes that she has the perfect job to impact the world and finds it "so emotionally rewarding." Sunshine has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education Administration.
Kristen, Assistant Director - Kristen has her Bachelor's degree in Sociology. She chose to work with children because she loves their optimism and the way they are so full of life. Kristen finds it very rewarding to know that she is making a difference in the life of a child.
Ashley, Kindergarten Lead Teacher - Ashley resides in Duluth, GA and has a BS in early childhood education. She graduated cum laude. She knows that children have wonderful energy and that she is making a powerful difference in their life.
Benny, Senior Pre-K Lead Teacher Krystal is from East Northport, New York. She has a BS in English with a certificate in early childhood education. She also has her Masters in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys that children never stop learning and are excited about everything.
Roxana, Junior Pre-K Lead Teacher - Roxana has her bachelor's in education and has been working with young children for over ten years. She is from Romania and her favorite saying is "While we are trying to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about."
Ashley Pryor, Lead Pre-K Teacher and Accreditation Specialist - - Ashley has a Child Development Associates degree and has been working with young children for several years. She is a Lead Pre-K Teacher and our Accreditation Specialist. She

Christy, Two's Lead Teacher - Ms. Christy has her bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Kennesaw State University. She has several years experience teaching children of all ages. She loves to watch children finding joy in learning something new. She enjoys reading, watching movies and knitting.
Ms. Carmen, Two's Lead Teacher - Ms Carmen is from Augusta, GA. She has a child development associate's degree and over 21 years of experience in teaching toddlers. She loves crafts and baking. She believes that every child is teachable and enjoys that they are eager to learn.
Angela, Toddler Lead Teacher
Ms Angela is from Winston Salem, NC. She has an Associate's degree in Child Development and many years of experience in teaching toddlers. She loves seeing the children grow and learn.
Carolyn, Infant Lead Teacher Carolyn has her Child Development Associate's degree and over 20 years of working with children. She believes that there is a garden in every child and most enjoys watching their growth & development on a daily basis.
