Ms. Cynthia - Owner - Ms. Cynthia left her previous profession as a physician to build The Goddard School located in Springfield and has owned it since it opened. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at UCLA, a Doctorate in Physiology at Mayo Graduate School, and a Doctorate of Medicine at New York Medical College. Ms. Cynthia is a mother of two.  She enjoys skiing with her family and is a Goddard Faculty Diamond Club Member!

Ms. Laura - Director - Ms. Laura has previous experience as the Assistant Teacher in Preschool, Kindergarten and First Grade classrooms. She has also been the Director of a day school. She obtained her Associate's degree in Family Management and Home Economics. She completed course work and was certified to be a director of The Goddard School in January, 2009. Ms. Laura is married and has two children and two step-children. Ms. Laura is a Goddard Faculty Platinum Club Member.

Ms. Molly-Assistant Director - Ms. Molly has been an infant teacher in the past and has also mentored Kindergarten students. She received an Associate’s degree from OTC and is currently attending Drury University pursuing a degree in Human Services. Ms. Molly is married and enjoys spending her spare time with family. She is a Goddard Faculty Platinum Club Member!

Ms. Amanda N. -  Assistant Teacher - Our Own Backyard Ms. Amanda comes to The Goddard School with lots of experience with children ranging in age from 2 - 5.  

Ms. Amanda T. - Lead Teacher-On the Farm - Ms. Amanda had previously volunteered at another childcare center. Ms. Amanda has an Associate’s degree and is currently attending MSU. Ms. Amanda is a Goddard Faculty Diamond Club Member!

Ms. Sarah L. - Assistant Teacher - On the Farm Ms. Sarah came to The Goddard School with lots of experience. She studied Child Psychology at Illinois College and worked at the YMCA with children ages three to seven years old. Ms. Sarah also worked with children four to thirteen years of age at the Boys and Girls Club. 

Ms. Amy L.- Lead Teacher - Undersea Adventure - Ms. Amy previously worked at an early childhood development center and did an internship at another preschool. She has a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development. One of Ms. Amy's favorite things to do when she is not at work is to read. She is a Goddard Faculty Gold Club Member!

Ms. Julia - Lead Teacher - Safari Ms. Julia came to The Goddard School with a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Development.  She has spent many clock hours in childcare settings and has worked with children ranging from birth to high school. 

Ms. Bethany - Assistant Teacher - Undersea Adventure Ms. Bethany is currently attending Evangel University to complete a degree in elementary education.  She has experience working with children of all ages and has one toddler of her own and one on the way. 

Ms. Amy M. - Assistant Teacher - Floater Ms. Amy has an associate's degree in early childhood education and many years of experience working in childcare.  She is a Goddard Faculty Bronze Club Member!

Ms. Kim N.-Lead Teacher-Rainforest Ms. Kim is currently attending OTC to obtain her Associate's Degree in Teaching.  She has several years of experience with children through babysitting, church, and Girl Scouts.  She was also a summer school teacher in Arkansas. 

Ms. Jessica - Assistant Teacher - Rainforest Ms. Jessica comes to The Goddard School with several years of experience.  She has taken classes towards her child development associate's degree and has several years of experience working with children.  

Ms. Casey - Lead Teacher - Desert Oasis Ms. Casey has taught preschool for two years prior to working at The Goddard School® located in Springfield, MO. She attended MSU and SBU. Ms. Casey is a Goddard Faculty Platinum Club Member!

Ms. Hannah - Lead Teacher - Shining Star Ms. Hannah is currently attending OTC pursuing a degree in special education and has taken several teaching classes. She has worked with children for years. Ms. Hannah is a Goddard Faculty Silver Club Member.

Ms. April - Lead Teacher - Climbing High Ms. April is currently studying elementary education at Missouri State University.  She has always been surrounded by children.  Ms. April has three younger siblings and loves working with children!  

Ms. Ashley - Assistant Teacher - Climbing High Ms. Ashley came to The Goddard School with a bachelor's degree in child and family development.  She worked in the on-campus childcare facility at Missouri State and was an intern for the Brentwood Library in the children's department.  Ms. Ashley was also a substitute teacher.  She is a Goddard Faculty Bronze Club Member!

Ms. Brandy - Assistant Teacher - Up in the Sky Ms. Brandy comes to The Goddard School with several years of experience. She worked at the Developmental Center of the Ozarks for two years and also currently works at the Boys and Girls Club. Ms. Brandy enjoys going to the lake, playing basketball and golfing.

Ms. Rebecca-Lead Teacher-Shining Star Ms. Rebecca comes to The Goddard School with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Emphasis.  She worked at the Child Development Center at College of the Ozarks with two, three, and five year olds. 

Ms. Leanna - Cook - Ms. Leanna has previous experience in a childcare setting and has worked in our Infant and Preschool classrooms. Ms. Leanna is recently married.  Ms. Leanna is a Goddard Faculty Diamond Club Member!

Mr. Nate - Assistant Teacher - Floater Mr. Nate comes to The Goddard School with lots of experience with children. He is the oldest of five siblings and was an assistant scout leader for a group that included a dozen eight-year-olds. 

Ms. Lindsey D. - Assistant Teacher - Floater Ms. Lindsey began caring for children when she was about fourteen years old. She enjoys working with children because they bring joy into her life. Ms. Lindsey graduated from Republic High School. Lindsey is a Goddard Faculty Gold Club Member!

Ms. Kimberly - Assistant Teacher - Floater - Ms. Kimberly has been working with children for seven years and has experience with all ages from infants to elementary school-age children. Ms. Kimberly's parents are both teachers as well. She is a Goddard Faculty Silver Club Member!

Ms. Maggie - Assistant Teacher - Floater Ms. Maggie is currently attending Ozarks Technical Community College to obtain a degree in elementary education.  She spent a lot of time mentoring in a second grade classroom her senior year of high school.  Ms. Maggie also has experience teaching three- to five-year-olds.  She is a Goddard Faculty Bronze Club Member.

Ms. Rachel-Assistant Teacher-Floater Ms. Rachel is currently attending Missouri State University to obtain her degree in Secondary Education.  She tutored 4th and 5th graders and has been babysitting since she was 13.  Ms. Rachel enjoys hanging out with friends and traveling in her spare time.

Ms. Taylor - Assistant Teacher - Floater Ms. Taylor comes to The Goddard School with lots of experience with children. She is currently attending Ozarks Technical Community College to get her degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Taylor has previous experience working in a childcare setting and loves it! 

Ms. Kaley - Assistant Teacher - Floater Ms. Kaley is currently attending Missouri State University to get her degree in elementary education.  She loves children and has lots of experience.  Ms. Kaley has babysat, worked at a preschool at her church and has taught Vacation Bible School. 

Ms. Amanda M. - Assistant Teacher - Floater Ms. Amanda comes to The Goddard School with lots of experience.  She has taken several child development classes and has experience as a personal nanny for children ranging in age from infants to toddlers.  Ms. Amanda also worked in a childcare setting with infants, toddler and preschoolers.

Ms. Sarah Y. - Assistant Teacher - Floater Ms. Sarah comes to The Goddard School because she loves children.  She has previous childcare experience at another preschool in town.  Ms. Sarah is currently attending Ozarks Technical Community College.
