We strongly believe that teaching requires more than just a degree, but a passion for early childhood education. Our teachers meet or exceed the educational requirements for both the State of Ohio and Goddard by possessing degrees in Early Childhood Education and related fields, but it’s their genuine enthusiasm for what they do that really sets them apart. One of the things that distinguishes us from other schools is our ability to stay on the cutting edge of early childhood education. In addition to being trained in First Aid, CPR, Communicable Disease and Child Abuse Prevention, our teachers receive extensive training through Goddard Systems University and local Early Childhood Education programs, which allow us to be leaders in our field.
