-Casey was one of the very first students at Goddard School when it opened in September, 2004. I started a new job the same week and as you can imagine it was quite stressful leaving our only daughter at school and starting a new job at the same time. Goddard reassured me that we both would be fine and Casey flourished there until she started kindergarten at Skippack Elementary. Through infancy, terrible twos and more, The Goddard School provided wonderful care and advice, creative play, lots of love and the ever important potty training. We had investigated several other schools but we chose Goddard primarily because the owner was on-site and involved in the day to day management of the school. Mr. Tony was available every morning in person or as needed via email or phone. Thank you to everyone at The Goddard School located in Skippack for providing wonderful care for our beloved Casey and making lasting memories for our family. -Cindy
-I had always imagined that putting my children in daycare would be a difficult thing. I never dreamed it could be such an incredibly positive experience, but the family at The Goddard School located in Skippack has made it just that. Since day one, you have given our children personalized care, love and support. You have been proactive with their development, health and overall well-being. You've been flexible with my husband and me and constantly provide us with recommendations, helpful articles and tips and open communication. In short, we view you as invaluable partners in raising our children and tell everyone we can that choosing Goddard was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Thank you for all that you do for our family. -Karen
-This Goddard School is staffed with teachers that care deeply for every child. Their creativity and hard work sparks my kids' interest in learning and discovery in an environment that encourages the individual in them to flourish. We love our school. -Lauirel
-Thank you for providing a positive, loving, wonderful place for us to send our children. Molly and Brennan are happy and thriving there! Gratefully, John and Amy
-Aiden has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Goddard. He has been at Goddard Skippack since he was an infant, it only seemed fitting to have him finish in the full-day Kindergarten at Goddard. Aiden is always excited to go to the full day program with Miss Jen. There is always a lot of action going on in the classroom. Aiden particularly enjoys "kid writing," books, and art. Unlike his teenage brother, Aiden typically completes his homework on the first night of the week---which tells us that he enjoys the program and what he is learning. We are happy to say that Aiden was accepted to start in the fall at a very prestigious/selective private school. We are convinced that his years at Goddard Skippack have contributed to this successful milestone in his academic career. Sincerely, Bonnie
-We have been so pleased with the full day Kindergarten program at Goddard. Two of our daughters have attended this program. Ms. Jennifer is a wonderful and devoted teacher. She guides the children through the Kindergarten curriculum with patience, kindness and a sense of humor. We have loved watching our daughters meet "the letter people" and learn how to read using their book baskets. Their "kid writing" and art projects have impressed us and become instant keepsakes. Best of all, the number of children in the class is small, which gave our daughters the double benefits of Ms. Jennifer's careful attention and the opportunity to develop close friendships with their classmates. Our thanks to Ms. Jennifer and Goddard for such a wonderful program - Amy & Scott
-I was born and raised in Skippack, PA, but had moved to North Carolina for a couple years. During the planning phase of returning to the area, I had my Mom do some research for me. Long story short, my two children ended up starting Goddard Camp in June 2009. Based on the fact that PV has only half-day kindergarten, I decided my son Evan would be better served remaining at Goddard for their full day Kindergarten program. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Ms. Jen is wonderful and the small class size allowed Evan to really excel, both academically and socially. Jennifer was in constant communication with me about Evan and was readily available to field any questions or concerns. One of my proudest moments to date was to see Evan in his little blue cap and gown “graduating” from Kindergarten. He was extremely prepared to tackle the 1st grade curriculum at PV this year. The foundation Goddard provided has enabled him to be successful, which has really built his confidence. He loves school and I think his positive experience at Goddard has a lot to do with that. Needless to say, I was so impressed with the full day Kindergarten program, that I enrolled my daughter Cassidy this year. I am sure that Jennifer’s patience has never been tested more than by my daughter. Both have come through with flying colors. Cassidy loves school and loves learning! She actually cries if she doesn’t get her weekly homework assignment. Jen has succeeded in challenging her, and making every day interesting for Cassidy. That alone deserves kudos. Learning is a life-long process. I am so pleased that my children have, with the help of Goddard, gotten an excellent start in such an important area of life. Thank you to Ms. Jen and the Program for making that happen. Sincerely, Jeralyn
-My daughter attended Skippack Goddard’s full-day kindergarten during the 08 – 09 school years. We had a great experience with the students, Miss Jen and the whole school environment. The curriculum implemented was the same as the neighboring districts. I felt Jen was able to individualize her lessons to accommodate the needs of each student. Class size and this individualized instruction was an important deciding factor in sending my daughter to Goddard. Two of the most important things this program did for my daughter, was the development of her self-esteem, which helped her feel good about who she is and confident in her abilities. The second was the fostering of her curiosity and love of learning. I would highly recommend Goddard’s full-day kindergarten program. -Rochelle
-I have been very happy with the kindergarten program at Goddard. I really appreciate that the kids get a full-day experience, so they really have time to focus when needed and get a variety of experiences throughout the day, without having to be bussed around midday as with the public half-day programs. Miss Jen is extremely creative with her instruction and definitely keeps learning fun. It is clear that my daughter is learning a lot academically across reading, science, history, art, etc. I'm often surprised to hear the complex concepts she tells me about when she comes home! I have the opportunity to talk to Miss Jen often, and it is also clear that she is fostering an environment where the kids are learning social skills as well. She's very open to understanding what you as a parent are trying to work on at home so that she can support and reinforce that at school. I think the best thing I can say is that my daughter looks forward to school everyday. In fact, one day we were going to pick up our new puppy and she opted to go to school over coming to pick up the puppy. She loves it that much!
- I wanted to take a moment and say thanks as this is Mason's last day with all of his friends at The Goddard School. We feel so fortunate to have been a part of this community for the last couple of years. Our children thrived at your school, thanks to the dynamic curriculum, wonderful and creative planning, and absolutely phenomenal teachers! What a great team you are and you only continue to get better and better! I will continue to recommend your school and your program to anyone who asks! It truly was a great experience for our children and we know how much your team have contributed to their development into wonderful little people. Thanks again - Lynn & Matt
-We have had a wonderful experience with the school and will miss sending the kids there very much. Brynn always has a smile when we pick her up at the end of the day and we are always amazed by all the things that Collin is learning. (He really likes to teach us sign language before he goes to bed at night). Thanks so much to everyone! - Nicole and Dan
