Owner - Our Owner, Sue Luisi has over thirty years of business experience running the administrative and financial aspects of her husbands companies. Sue has two grown children of her own, and an extended family of two step children and three grandchildren. Sue knows that being a parent is one of life's most rewarding experiences and knows what it's like to be a loving concerned parent. She believes in open and honest communication with parents in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect. She looks forward to working with you and giving your children every advantage possible during these important early years.

Co-Director - Ms. Donna is one of our Directors at The Goddard School®. She has over twenty-two years of experience in the childcare field. Donna spent two years working in our Smiling Sunflower room before she was promoted to Director. She has her teaching certificate in Early Childhood Education and she is also working toward a Special Education Paraprofessional certificate. Donna is committed to providing excellent care for children and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Co-Director - Ms. Hilary has worked with children since 2003 and has been with Goddard since 2007. She worked in our Little Ladybug classroom before she was promoted to Director. She started her schooling at Robert Morris Collage and earned her Interior Design Degree and completed her education at Harper Collage with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Her mission is to provide a fun, safe and nurturing learning environment for all children.

Kitchen Staff - Ms. Julie's background includes experience working as a chef. She loves children and cooking and enjoys the lucky combination of cooking for children each day... and we are lucky to have her as part of our team!

Sleepy Snails: Infant Program - Mrs. Cindy is a Co-lead in our Sleepy Snail room. She has been with us for over two years. She has a degree in Early Childhood from the College of DuPage.

Ms. Michelle comes to us with her CDA certificate. She has worked in the early childhood field for seven years prior to joining the Goddard team.  

Beautiful Butterflies: First Steps Program -

Beautiful Butterflies: First Steps Program -

Ms. Vera is an Assistant Teacher in our Beautiful Butterflies classroom. She enjoys working with the younger children. It gives her joy to see their smiling faces everyday. She has worked with young children for over ten years, and has two school-age children of her own. She is currently working towards getting her CDA credentials. 

Darling Ducks: Toddler Program - Ms. Melissa is a Co-Lead Teacher in the Darling Ducks room. She  has been working with children since 1995. Ms. Melissa received a Bachelor's degree from University of Illinois. She says her purpose in life is to teach young children.

Darling Ducks: Toddler Program - Mrs. Puja graduated from Northern University with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Roosevelt University. She is always eager to get the day started.

Darling Ducks: Toddler Program -

Mrs. Diana is the Assistant Teacher in our Darling Ducks room. Her background includes seven years of experience working with children.

Fearless Frogs: Get Set/Preschool Program - Ms. Brittany is the Lead Teacher in our Fearless Frog room. She earned a degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. Ms. Brittany is delighted to work with the children in our Get Set class.

Fearless Frogs: Get Set/Preschool Program - Ms. Danielle is the Assistant Teacher in our Fearless Frog Room room. She has been with us for four years and loves working with the children of this age group.

Smiling Sunflower: Get Set/Preschool Program -
Ms.Joanne received her Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University, In addition she received her Master of Arts in  Education and her teaching certificate from National Louis University. She has worked with children ages infancy through school age. 

Smiling Sunflowers: Get Set / Preschool Program - Ms. Jenna is a Co-Lead in the Smiling Sunflower Room. She graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. She is very passionate about working with young children. She believes the early years of a child's life are the most important in building a strong foundation to grow upon.

Smiling Sunflower: Get Set/Preschool Program - Ms. Jessica is a an Assistant Teacher in our Smiling Sunflower room. She is eager to help the children learn through play. Ms. Jessica is currently working towards getting her CDA credentials.

Little Ladybugs: Preschool Program (3's) - Ms. Sarah  is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Little Ladybug room and graduated with her Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. She is very excited to be part of the Ladybug room and the Goddard team. 

Little Ladybugs: Preschool Program (3's) - Ms. Kimberly has been substituting for us for a couple years until she finished her degree. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, she is now Co-Lead in the Little Ladybug room.

Busy Bees: Preschool Program (4's) - Ms. Danielle is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Busy Bee room. She has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. Danielle comes from a family of teachers and she loves working with children and is very excited to be at The Goddard School®.

Busy Bees: Preschool Program (4's) - Ms. Brittany is a Co-Lead Teacher. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Education. She has been with us for over two years.

Awesome Ants: Pre-Kindergarten Program 5's - Ms. Cory is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Awesome Ants room. She went to Northern Illinois University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and a minor in Psychology. She is very excited to join the Goddard team.

Awesome Ants: Pre-Kindergarten Program 5's - Ms. Emily is a Co-Lead Teacher in our Awesome Ants room. She has eight years of experience working with children in an educational setting and studied Elementary Education at the University of Iowa.

Goddard Sub/Afternoon Float - Ms. Jackie is an afternoon float. She loves working with young children and seeing their smiling faces every afternoon.

Goddard Sub/Afternoon Float Ms. Renada is an afternoon float at our school. She is energetic and loves to be with all age groups.

Goddard Sub Ms. Lauren is a student at Moraine Valley Community College where she is majoring in Early Childhood Education. 

Goddard Sub. Ms. Kayla comes to us from Ohio were she received her Bachelor's of Science in Education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She specialized in Early Childhood Education.
