I am married to Steve Berson and I have three children; Nick, Anneke and Andrew. Nick is a UGA graduate working in Chico, California; Anneke is a UVA graduate working in DC; and Andrew is in High School. Prior to taking ownership of this School in March 2004, I spent 24 years working in sales, consulting, education, and in customer relationship management positions for start-up and multi-national software companies ... and raising my family. My career took me to Australia, Japan, and England. My family (especially my mother) drew me back to Atlanta and my love of children led to this second career. It is the best career move I have ever made. Please stop by our school for a tour anytime ... I would love to share our school with you.

I was blessed to join The Goddard School® as Director in June 2004 following over 18 years in Early Childhood Education administration in the north metro Atlanta area. Professionally active in the field, I have served on the Babies Can’t Wait Child-Find Task Force, as an advisor for programs throughout both Georgia and Florida, on a variety of ECE boards and advisory councils. I am currently serving as a mentor, trained by Quality Assist and selected by Goddard Systems, for administrators and teachers in early childhood programs seeking excellence in programming and NAEYC accreditation. My four daughters and seven grandchildren have been the inspiration for my desire to positively impact the next generation. I am excited to be a partner in ownership of The Goddard School®.
Georgette Johnson, Director
I am from Raleigh, North Carolina, where I graduated from Shaw University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Following several years in the early childhood education field, and two years as the Lead Teacher in the Georgia Pre-K class at Goddard, I was promoted to Assistant Director in the spring of 2005. I became the Director in August 2008. I am the proud mother of Andrew, who thoroughly enjoys his time at The Goddard School®.
Lori Cain Wampler, Assistant Director I have worked in Early Childhood Education since 1984, having been a teacher, an assistant director and a director. I have also had the pleasure of working with special needs students in the past. I am eager to be a strong part of the Goddard Administrative team and to have a role in our continued growth and development as a Circle of Excellence School.

I am originally from Bulgaria, where I was a pediatric nurse. I am currently working on completing my degree in early childhood education. I am the mother of two sons.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Education and have taught in toddler through elementary school classrooms both in the United States and in my home country of Venezuela.
Ms. Agnes B., Infant , Co-Lead Teacher - I am originally from Congo in Central Africa, where I completed a degree in Business. I completed my CDA certification and have enjoyed working for The Goddard School since 2006.
Ms. Tabitha M. First Steps, Lead Teacher -
I am originally from Kenya. I obtained my CDA training in 2010 and also hold a degree in education from my native country. I have grown children and have been blessed with grandchildren who bring me great joy.
Ms. Uma P., Toddler, Lead Teacher - I completed my CDA certification training in 2004. I first joined The Goddard School in 2003. I have two teenage daughters who are eager and accomplished learners and I am happy to be able to instill a love of learning in my toddler students.

I have worked in ECE for the past five years as I have pursued my degree. I have worked at the Goddard School for over two years. I have a daughter who is a graduate of the Goddard school and am looking forward to the birth of my second daughter in the near future.

I have worked for several years in the field of early childhood education and also have experience in the field of special needs education.

Bringing my passion for meeting each child where he/she best learns, I am happy to be a part of The Goddard School Get Set 2 class. My early childhood education knowledge as well as my classroom experience has prepared me to guide children according to their learning style.

I completed my degree in the science of massage therapy in 2004. After completing my degree, I pursued a career in the field and practiced for three years in a chiropractic office. After much consideration, I took the leap of faith to pursue my passion for early childhood education. Watching the children grow and master the skills that will help them achieve their long-term goals is truly rewarding. After several years in a teaching role at Goddard, I now have the opportunity to dedicate myself to ensure the highest level of Quality Assurance at our School.

I was born and raised in Adrian, Michigan. I attended Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, where I majored in Reading Education with a minor in Early Childhood. I am currently finishing my Early Childhood degree at Kennesaw University.

I am originally from Peru and have degrees in Education, Child Development and Psychology. I have also enjoyed the study of Japanese culture.
