Faculty Bios

Randolph, NJ

John Riczko - Owner and Full-time Operator - I am one of the owners of our School and work with my wife, Anne. I spent many years of my career working in the Helotage/Insurance industry. Before retirement, I built a healthcare/medical review company with a group of physicians. We are the proud parents of a son and a daughter, who are both on their own.

Anne Riczko - Owner and Full-time Operator - I am the owner of our School with my husband, John, who is a retired Health care CEO. I was a Training Consultant for a major insurance company for nine years and a Preschool Teacher for eight years and found my passion while educating little ones. We have a son and a daughter who have both graduated from college. It was always my dream to open a quality school, and I am so happy that it has come true.

Leigh Holdwright - Director - Leigh Ann has worked with The Goddard School® for eight years. She attended Loch Haven University and has more than ten years experience working in the field of Early Childhood Development. Leigh Ann is the creative genius behind our Summer Camp Program.

Jennifer Mongelli - Assistant Director - Jennifer was our wonderful Teacher in our Preschool program and has been promoted to Assistant Director. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Family Studies with Young Child specialization. She had a fantastic time studying Early Childhood in Australia, France and China.

Christine O. - Kindergarten Teacher - Christine has worked at our School since we opened eight years ago. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education from Montclair State and a music degree from Seton Hill College. She plays the flute and piccolo. She is an incredible Teacher, who teaches an exceptional curriculum for our students in Kindergarten.

Meghan O. - Lead Teacher - Meghan has been a wonderful addition to our first Infant room. She graduated with a Psychology degree at Rowan University and worked with Autistic children at the school, Celebrate the Children. She focuses on health and safety everyday and incorporated curriculum and art on a whole new level.

Renee M. - Renee has been a loyal and loved employee at The Goddard School located in Randolph for five years. She has worked in numerous rooms but loves her position as an Assistant in our Infant program. Renee has been working with young children for over 18 years in childcare as well as a home care provider. Renee cherishes her relationships with the children and families at The Goddard School located in Randolph.

Talehia T. - Talehia has made an amazing impact on our older infant classroom over the past two years she has been with us. Talehia's passion for children has made her a strong Lead Teacher in our older Infant classroom. Talehia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and is working towards being a Teacher in a Kindergarten program.

Barbara B. - Barbara has been a part of family at The Goddard School located in Randolph for over seven years. She has been a persistent and caring employee since we opened our school. Although Barbara is more than capable to work in any classroom, she truly loves her position as an Assistant in our older Infant classroom.

Stacy D. - Stacy began her role at The Goddard School located in Randolph as a Lead Teacher in the Preschool room and is now a Lead Teacher in the older Pre-K classroom. Stacy has received her Child Development Associate certification as a Group Teacher and an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. Stacy has over 15 years of teaching experience and loves spending time with children.

Pat L. - Pat is one of the most energetic teachers at The Goddard School located in Randolph. Pat has worked with children for over 23 years and has been part of the faculty at The Goddard School located in Randolph for four years. Pat is the Lead Teacher for the children in our Pre-K program and loves incorporating Spanish and Sign Language into the children's day.

Donna V. - Donna began teaching at The Goddard School located in Randoph as an Assistant Teacher in our Pre-K classroom. Soon, she transitioned and she is now the fabulous Lead Teacher in our Preschool classroom. Donna has also received the Teacher of the Year award for her hard work and understanding of children's abilities. Donna is known for her amazing artwork and involvement in outside committees.

Molly S. - Molly is the Assistant Teacher in our older Pre-K classroom. Molly graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. Molly has had experience with young children in classrooms along with summer camps for over six years. Molly has been an amazing addition to the family at The Goddard School located in Randolph. She has developed strong relationships with the children and families.

Hilary Y. - Hilary has been an Assistant Teacher at The Goddard School located in Randolph for two years. She graduated from Salisbury University and has her degree in Elementary Education. Along with working at The Goddard School, Hilary is a Swim Coach at the West Morris Y.M.C.A. Hilary loves sharing her interest of art, music and physical activity with children.

Colette D. - Colette has been a loved and cherished employee at The Goddard School located in Randolph for over seven years. Colette has loved sharing these years as a Lead Teacher in our Toddler classroom. Colette is currently working to receive her Child Development Associates (CDA) certificate and loves furthering her education in teaching.
