Testimonials

Plymouth, MN

"Going back to school wasn't easy. We appreciate every one of you for helping us get through this long, tumultuous and stressful time in our girls' short lives. It has been a bumpy road and now it is time to thank the people who have made it possible.  There is no way I could have succeeded if I had had doubts about where our children spent the majority of their time.  I knew they were safe, nurtured and developing into the wonderful girls they are with your guidance and caring.  I am so proud of them!  I know I made the right choice by trusting you with their education and emotional welfare."  - Ivy

"I was randomly telling a friend that my kids were at The Goddard School and how much we love it because she was asking me where they were this year. The other day she emailed me asking more about Goddard and all these questions and then tells me yup, I am going to send Caleb there for preschool when he is three. Here is the funny part...Caleb is six months old! So thank you for all you do for our family! We love The Goddard School and I will keep telling people they should go there." ~ Bridget

"We were at a stop light and Graycin shouted out "rojo". I can't believe my two-year-old can identify the color of a stop light in Spanish." ~ Mike

"We are so thankful that we found Goddard and want you to know what a great experience it is for us. Finding a place we feel so secure with is a difficult task and you both have made our experience such a great one!" ~ Andy, Jessica, Sophia and Isabelle

"Thank you again for your warm reception and tour. We are soothed by your dedication to your practice and anticipate great success with the Goddard Plymouth Family. Thanks again." ~ Christina

"Thank you so much for your patience and understanding throughout my extensive job search. We truly appreciate your sacrifice in letting us hold a spot. We love The Goddard School and look forward to many fun-filled years here!" ~ Nicole

"Thank you so much for taking such great care of me. I love painting, playing with my friends and learning so much. I really like coming here and playing everyday." ~ Eddie

"Dear Goddard Staff: We are so grateful for your loving care, guidance, and attention to our precious grandsons. We thank you." ~ Jeanette and Jackson

"Thanks for making The Goddard School more than just a school. You are an extension of our family!" ~ Erin

"Dear Lisa, Pam and Sally: Savannah has been under your care for the last 22 months and we could not be happier! You've assembled a skilled team of teachers that genuinely care for the children and foster positive interaction amongst them. The daily curriculum, activities and facility are all top notch. Please accept our most sincere and heart-felt gratitude for supporting us as well as you do." ~ Savannah's Mom and Dad

"As educators ourselves, we were extremely attracted to the high quality standards and curriculum of The Goddard Schools; and because of our professional backgrounds, we also know that those things alone don't guarantee exemplary programs. We would like to thank you for the endless energy, enthusiasm, compassion and care that we encounter each and every day at school. We appreciate all of your hard work and we recognize the intense demands of providing extended hour schooling to such young learners with all of the complexities involved in teaching and learning. As difficult as it is to leave her during drop-off, I am able to do so with confidence because I know that she is going to be nurtured, challenged and supported just as I would, if not better, by all the teachers and staff. We appreciate all of your incredible efforts to make the Plymouth Goddard such a special place." ~ Nanette (principal) and Tim (teacher)

“Well today was our son Andrew’s first day of Kindergarten. We knew this day was coming but that didn't make it any less emotional. To see our little guy go to the big school caused a lot of emotions to surface. All of the people at Goddard have been so instrumental in aiding Andrew's development toward Kindergarten. He not only learned a lot, but had so much fun with all of the activities in the environment that was created. As parents, we were always excited to pick him up from school and hear the stories of his interactions with classmates or what activities were performed. We always felt our son was in good hands. Everyone there was always so nice and a positive influence. Goddard was the third school Andrew attended and it was by far the best experience we had.” ~ Dave and Denise

"We wanted to just say thank you to you and all of Alex's teachers for everything you've done for Alex. We are positive the things he is learning at Goddard are great life skills that, as an only child, he would not have gotten elsewhere. Watching him interact with others has made us appreciate the everyday skills he is learning at Goddard. He is respectful of grown-ups and other kids, he listens well and is great at following directions. He is a willing participant in clean-up and is great at sharing with everyone. He has always been a shy kid, but he's learned at Goddard to stand up for himself more while staying polite and respectful. When Alex was born we narrowed our search down to Goddard and a home daycare provider. I can say with 100% certainty that we made the right decision going to Goddard. In the past three years, the staff at Goddard has helped him find his independence and given him the reassurance that we, as parents, are leaving him somewhere he'll be cared for and loved. Thanks for everything!" ~ Chris and Alex

"Prior to finding The Goddard School in Plymouth, I was convinced I'd never find the environment for my kids that would allow me to feel comfortable returning to the career I love. After touring the school, however, I felt an excitement of great possibilities for our family that I hadn't come close to feeling elsewhere. The first day I picked my two boys up from Goddard, I confirmed what I already sensed - that we had struck pure gold when we joined the Goddard Family. Goddard provides the love and warmth of a real family. I truly think every single professional in the building knows not only my boys' names, but their personalities as well. Goddard also provides a FUN, educationally and developmentally rich environment. At one and three, we can clearly see a true love of learning and of discovering real friendships in our boys. Our one year old claps and smiles at the sight of his teachers, and from our three year old, we frequently hear dinner time stories about games with friends and songs his teachers sang during the day. While reading bedtime stories, our three year old cleverly slips the names of his teachers into the stories - a clear testimonial of the affection he has for his teachers. The Goddard teachers and staff are truly amazing. Hugs, encouragement, and support are readily dispersed - not only to the kids, but to the parents as well! :-) What better place to get potty training advice than from a group of professionals with far more experience than myself! Second to hugging my boys upon pick up, one of the best parts of my day is reading the daily personal notes from the teachers about what each boy was up to during the day. It's always good for a smile. Now, after close to a year of being part of the Goddard Family, I can not imagine a more qualified group of people to welcome into the life of my kids. The Goddard School is a huge part of our family - and for that, we are immensely thankful. Thank you, Goddard!" ~ The Kaufman Family
