Welcome to The Goddard School® located in Pittsford, New York. We are conveniently located on Sully's Trail between Kreag Road and Garnsey Road with easy on/off access to I-490 at Bushnell's Basin.

We are Steve and Nadine Friedlander, owners and on-site operators of the School, along with Jill Shellman and Bari Wexler our Directors. We opened our doors in October 2006, and continue to provide quality early childhood education to Bushnell's Basin and the surrounding communities. 

We are thrilled to announce that our School will be expanding!  We have outgrown our current building and are excited to welcome a full-day private Kindergarten to our School beginning Fall 2011. The building expansion will include our new Kindergarten classroom as well as a new multi-purpose physical education room for use by the whole school.

The Goddard School is open Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. year round, offering a variety of programs convenient for parents who want the proven advantages of a high quality preschool education for their children. Our warm, loving atmosphere features an extended day program designed to enhance the emotional, social, intellectual and physical development of children from six weeks to six years old. The curriculum on a typical day includes cognitive skills, math, science, social science, motor skills, creative art and computer skills.

Areas of growth and development are highlighted on our daily lesson plans, which our teachers bring to life in appropriate and attainable ways. Children are encouraged to progress at their own pace according to their individual needs and abilities.

Our state of the art, custom designed building and playgrounds have been planned to provide a safe, healthy and stimulating environment.
