Faculty Bios

Parker, CO

Dan G. King: Owner, The Goddard School; MBA, Jacksonville State University -
I love being in this business. It provides me the opportunity to watch your children grow and learn as well as develop relationships with our Goddard families. My goal is to have the best child development center in Parker and we will be relentless in the accomplishment of that goal. As a parent, I know how hard it is to leave your children each day and I am determined to provide a safe, warm, and loving environment with exceptional educational programs.

Erika Galbaugh: Director -
Ms. Erika has been with The Goddard School since September 2002 and has been in the childcare industry for more than 20 years. She has experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school age children. She has done everything from assistant teaching to lead teaching to administration. She adores being in the Director role because she gets the best of both worlds: being with children and working together with the families and faculty.

Sara Reilly: Assistant Director -
Ms. Sara has her Director's Certification through Arapahoe Community College and has worked at The Goddard School since December 2007. Before being promoted to Assistant Director, she was the three-year-old preschool teacher for two and a half years and was Teacher of the Year in 2008. Ms. Sara has a passion for children and their families and has a personal goal to help each and every child reach their full potential.

Ms. Justina: Infant Supervisor, Cuddly Cubs Infant Classroom -
Ms. Justina has been with The Goddard School since January of 2007. She has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature/Sociology from Metropolitan State College of Denver. She has Early Childhood Group Leader/Infant Supervisory Certification through Arapahoe Community College and continues to work toward her Director Certification. Ms. Justina is very nurturing and loves to be a part of the babies’ early growth and development and loves to watch the babies’ personalities flourish.

Ms. Kassy: Lead Teacher, Elite Elk Toddler Classroom -
Ms. Kassy graduated in May of 2009 from Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota, with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. She was born and raised in East-Central Minnesota and teaching has always been her passion. She has experience with a variety of ages and she loves to see them grow each and every day.

Ms. Jenny: Lead Teacher, Radiant Rams Toddler Classroom -
Ms. Jenny has been with The Goddard School since May of 2008. She has 10 years of experience in the childcare industry and has an Associate’s Degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education from Metropolitan Community College in Omaha, Nebraska. Ms. Jenny continues to work toward her Child Psychology Degree. She has a strong passion for children of all ages and is always concerned about their health, well- being and providing a nurturing and loving environment.

Ms. Rhonda: Lead Teacher, Mountain Lions Get Set Classroom -
Ms. Rhonda has over 10 years of experience in the education and childcare field and has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Fort Hays State University. Working with children is a lifelong passion for Ms. Rhonda and she truly enjoys teaching children and making a difference in their educational experiences.

Ms. Robin: Lead Teacher, Marvelous Moose Preschool Classroom -
Ms. Robin has been teaching at The Goddard School since August of 2009. She has her degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Northern Colorado. Ms. Robin completed two years of student teaching in kindergarten, third grade, and fourth grade classrooms before graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2009. Ms. Robin has a profound love of teaching and has known she wanted to be a teacher since she was 10-years-old.

Ms. Courtney: Lead Teacher, Delightful Deer Pre-Kindergarten Classroom -
Ms. Courtney has been with The Goddard School since February of 2008. She graduated from State University of New York at Oswego with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and is currently taking additional early childhood education courses through Arapahoe Community College to receive her Director’s Certification. Ms. Courtney believes that teaching is a profession of passion and she adores every child that she’s ever had in her classes.

Ms. Samantha: Lead Teacher, Fabulous Falcons Pre-Kindergarten Classroom -
Ms. Samantha has been teaching at The Goddard School since August of 2009. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in teaching English as a second language and is currently pursuing a Director's Certification through Arapahoe Community College. Ms. Samantha has wanted to become a teacher since she was in the Fifth grade and finally fulfilled her dream in 2008 when she graduated from the University of Northern Colorado.

Ms Laura Morgan:  Lead Teacher Preschool Teacher -  Brilliant Buffalo

Ms. Laura has been with The Goddard School since May of 2009.  She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Elementary Education with a concentration in History and a Minor in Coaching.  She grew up in a large family and understands the importance of socialization and early childhood education.  Laura strives to provide the best education and opportunities every day.
