Betsy and Jack Allen - We are the Owners of The Goddard School located in Olathe and Overland Park. We have two daughters. Jane is a local realtor and Alexandra is a student. Betsy has a Master's degree from University of Missouri Kansas City in Special Education with an emphasis in learning disabilities. Jack has a degree from the University of South Carolina with many years of business experience. We opened The Goddard School located in Overland Park in May of 1999 and opened our Olathe location in August of 2000. Prior to being at Goddard, Betsy was a learning specialist working with children Kindergarten through middle school. Betsy discovered her interest and passion for Early Childhood by volunteering in her daughter's preschool classrooms. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to The Goddard School located in Overland Park.

Heather D. - I am one of the Directors and joined the school in April of 1999. Originally, I worked in the Honeybee room as a Lead Teacher, but soon I transitioned to the office to be a part of the administrative team. I love working at Goddard and getting to know every child and family. I received a degree in Elementary Education from Auburn University. I am married and we have three beautiful daughters of our own.

Autumn E. - Autumn is the Assistant Director at The Goddard School® located on Oakmont Street in Overland Park. She has worked at Goddard since May of 2006. Autumn earned a Bachelor's degree in Education in 2004 from Northwest Missouri State University. She married her husband in June of 2005 and moved to the Kansas City area. They are blessed with two children who have brought them so much joy!

Brianna B. - Brianna has worked at The Goddard School in the Infant Room since May of 2000. She very much enjoys each and every day with the babies. Brianna looks forward to working many more years at The Goddard School®.

Kristi P. - I have worked at Goddard since August of 2001. I am currently working as an Assistant Teacher in the Infant or Sweet Peas room. I have over 15 years experience working with children. I have a daughter at home who recently became a teenager, and keeps me very busy with her activities. I love working with children and enjoy working at The Goddard School®.

Marta D. Marta has been at the Goddard School since May of 2009.  She is an assistant in our Sweet Peas room.  Marta her husband have two daughters and three grandchildren.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, baking, golfing, and watching movies.

Amanda C. - I am the Lead Teacher in the One-Year-Old or Ladybugs room. I have been with Goddard since February of 2007, and I enjoy working with children this age. I love walking in the room in the morning and getting the excited welcome from the children everyday. One-year-old children change so much from the first day they are in my room until the time they move up to the Morning Glories. I received my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education in 2006.

Mrs. Monica Monica, an assistant in the Ladybug classroom, has been working at The Goddard School since October 2011. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's in speech language-hearing.  Miss Monica grew up in the Overland Park area, and is happy to call it home again. Miss Monica loves The Goddard School and getting to know all of the children as individuals.

Lauren G. Lauren has worked at the Goddard School since October 2011.  Lauren recently graduated with her Master's in Education from the University of Kansas.  She is excited to be the lead teacher in our Morning Glory room.

Kay E. Kay began working at the Goddard School in May of 2011 in our Morning Glories Room.  She enjoys getting to know all of the families and being a part of their childrens education.  She looks forward to meeting you.

Michelle F. - Michelle is the Co-Lead Teacher in the Honeybee room for children in Preschool. She has worked at Goddard since January of 2010, and worked in childcare for several years prior. Michelle graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Elementary Education in May of 2008. When she is not at school, Michelle enjoys spending time with her son, drawing and listening to music. Michelle looks forward to getting to know your preschooler and you!

Susan H. - Susan H. is the Dragonfly Pre-K teacher and has worked at The Goddard School since October of 2010. Before joining our School, she spent several years doing mission work in Bulgaria. Susan has over ten years of experience working in the early childhood field. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood from University of Kansas. Susan is also married and has four children ranging in age from nineteen to twelve years old that always keep her busy! Susan is very excited to get to know the children.

Kody - Kody has been an Assistant Teacher in the Dragonfly room since February of 2011.  She is currently finishing up her elementary of education degree from Kansas State University.  Kody is excited to get to know you and your child!

Kris L. Kris worked at the Goddard School in the past and has recently come back to be a co-lead teacher in our Kindergarten classroom with Laura.  Kris has over ten years experience working in the early childhood field.  She is excited to be back at Goddard and looks forward to meeting you.
