Based on feedback from our families, we have extended our operating hours to 6:30am - 6:00pm.
Experience Our Premier Curriculum
The Goddard School FLEX™ Learning Program is based on the latest research regarding how children learn. More importantly, how we teach is different from anything your child will experience at any other school. We integrate fun activities with purposeful play to fully engage young children in the learning process. Children who learn how to think, apply and interact will become future innovators, finding creative solutions in the world around them.
Classroom Celebrations
We have launched our monthly “Classroom Celebrations” where we target a classroom for a special celebration party! This is a great opportunity for parents to plan ahead to visit their child’s classroom during the school day. The Goddard School will provide a special lunch and party for the classroom and parents are welcome to attend. During their visit, parents may participate in a learning activity or experience a classroom presentation. Parents, please check your monthly Goddard Gazette to see when your child's classroom celebration will occur.
Before- & After-School Program
We are conveniently located across the street from OakLeaf Village Elementary (OVE) School. We offer a Before- & After-School Program for children attending either of the OakLeaf elementary schools--OVE or Plantation Oaks. Transportation is provided.
Quality First
Ms. Jenn has just led our School through yet another licensing inspection by the State of Florida. Congratulations to Jenn and our teachers for receiving another great result! We also had our eighth audit for two days by the Goddard Systems, Inc. Quality Assurance Department. Goddard's QA Auditors review everything we do: administration, health & safety procedures and curriculum development. We are very pleased with our result which is our best yet and compares favorably with other schools within the Goddard System!
Spotlight: Physical Fitness
Did you know when our children are outside they are not just enjoying free play on or off the equipment? We are proud to provide a physical fitness program at our School! Our teachers are engaging the children in activities specifically designed for preschoolers to build B.A.S.E. (Balance, Agility, Strength, Endurance.) We also build fitness through a variety of sports activities.
Enrichment Programs
We are also proud to include enrichment programs to enhance each child’s learning experience. These educational resources are included at no additional cost and are specifically designed for preschool children. Our enrichment programs include:
- B.A.S.E. for Fitness—supports the skills necessary for active lives and sets the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
- Trampoline Sports Mix—helps children develop teamwork skills as they engage in organized sports activities.
- Health Kid’s Nutrition—children learn to make healthy food choices, identify various foods, and use age-appropriate utensils.
- Goddard Guide to Getting Along—a manners program that encourages self-expression and general social skills.
- Music Preludes—enriches children’s cognitive, social and physical development through learning experiences focused on music literacy and the stimulation of self-expression and creativity.
- Foreign Language and ASL—introduces children to Spanish and sign language through games, songs and activities.
