Director: Ms. Tracey - Hi! My name is Ms. Tracey and I am excited to be the Director here at The Goddard School® located in Noblesville. I have been here at Goddard for six years now and love my job! I enjoy getting to know all the children and their families. I love the feeling of getting to watch a child discover something new or take their first steps. They are such a blessing and I am happy that I get to be a part of their lives. If you have any questions, please feel free to stop by and see me in the office.
Office Assistant: Ms. Dixie - Ms. Dixie worked in the Infant Room back in 2006 and was amazing, we were excited when she stopped in and was looking for a part-time position again. She enjoyed working as the Assistant in the Kindergarten class last year. She is now helping part time in the office. She is also the mother of Ms. Tracey, the director and Ms. Alex, one of our floats.
Infant Lead: Ms. Gina Ms. Gina comes to us with many years of experience in Early Childhood. She is currently attending school working towards an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education.
First Steps Lead: Ms. Valerie - Ms. Valerie has been with us for 4 years and recently was promoted from an assistant position to a Lead Teacher. Valerie is amazing in every age group and has found her niche working with our one year olds. She is currently in school completing her CDA.
Toddler Co-Lead: Ms. Jessica - Ms. Jessica has been with us for a little less than a year now. She is in school working towards her Early Childhood Education degree. She is amazing with our toddlers and has so much patience.
Twos Lead: Ms. Jackie - Ms. Jackie has been with us for almost 2 years now and was a "mom" in our School before becoming a teacher. She started out as an assistant but quickly worked her way into a lead position when she decided to continue her education. She currently attends Ivy Tech working towards her CDA.
Twos Assistant: Ms. Tammy - Ms. Tammy has been with us for over 3 years. She spent the first two years as an assistant in the First Steps classroom and then moved to the Twos Class. She loves the Twos Room and never wants to leave. Ms. Tammy also has a daughter who graduated from our program and joins us during the summer for our Summer Program!
Twos Assistant: Ms. Tiara - Ms. Tiara joins us as our third twos teacher. She has a daughter in our Toddler room and is excited to start her career in Early Childhood.
Get Set Lead: Ms. Doreen - Ms. Doreen has been with us for over 4 years now and has over 20 years of Early Childhood experience. She is working on completing her CDA through Goddard University. Ms. Doreen is amazing with our Get Setters and loves to incorporate a lot of sign language and Spanish into her lesson plans.
Get Set Assist: Ms. Lindsay Ms. Lindsay is one of our newest teachers. She joins us working with our two and a half year olds. She is a welcomed addition to our staff.
Preschool 1 Lead: Ms. Chelsea Ms. Chelsea joins us with many years of experience working with preschool age children. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies. We are looking forward to a great school year with her.
Pre-2 Lead/Assistant Director: Ms. Heather - Ms. Heather comes to us with four years' experience in the Early Childhood setting. Ms. Heather is a recent IU Kokomo graduate. She graduated with her Elementary Education degree and looks forward to sharing her knowledge in our Pre-2 classroom.
Pre-2 Assist: Mr. Jordan Mr. Jordan has a background working with children with special needs. He is a welcomed addition to our staff and has quickly become a great asset to our preschool corner.
Preschool Assistant: Ms. Lacey - Ms. Lacey is currently in school working towards her Education degree. She is working part time and will join us more full time in January when this semester is over.
Preschool Assistant: Mr. Cody - Mr. Cody joins us and is such a great addition to our staff. His background is working with special needs and he is looking forward to a change of pace.
Pre-K Lead: Ms. Abby Ms. Abby graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She is recently married and excited about her first school year teaching.
Pre-K Assistant: Ms. Sharon - Ms. Sharon has a Bachelor's degree in Education from Ball State University. She has been with us for three years. She enjoys being in our Pre-Kindergarten class working as an Assistant teacher.
Kindergarten Lead: Ms. Stefanie Ms. Stefanie has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She is doing amazing things in our Kindergarten classroom. We are looking forward to a great school year.
Kindergarten Assist: Ms. Maureen Ms. Maureen worked for us in 2005-2006 and took time off to stay home with her children. Her daughter just graduated high school and she felt it was time to return to the work field. We are so lucky to have her back!
Float: Ms. Cassy - Ms. Cassy has worked on and off for our School for a number of years, leaving for a little while with each of her babies. She has a degree in Business Administration and many years of experience in the education field.
Infant Assistant: Ms. Lisa - Ms. Lisa has been with us for over four years. She spent the first four years as our cook and is now our Infant Assistant. She enjoys all ages in the building and getting to spend time with all of the children, but has a love for the babies.
Float: Ms. Alex - Ms. Alex has been with us for almost a year. She works part time a few afternoons a week. She also has her cosmetology license and works for a local salon.
Bus Driver/Float: Ms. Lindsey Ms. Lindsey has her degree in Family Sciences and has been with us for almost 2 years. She is one of our amazing bus drivers and helps out as a float during her non driving hours.
Bus Driver/Toddler Assistant: Ms. Pam Ms. Pam has been with us for about 3 years. She is one of our bus drivers and is our assistant in the Toddler room between bus runs.
Kitchen Manager: Ms. Erica - Ms. Erica has been with our family for over three years. She is currently attending Ivy Tech working towards her CDA. She enjoys getting to see everyone's smiling faces throughout the day.
