Lacinda Rowles - "Miss Cindy" is a graduate from Duquesne University with a B.S. in Music Therapy. She also has a MBA from the University of Delaware. She and her husband are the active Owner/Operators, and have been since 1991.

Krista K. - "Miss Krista" joined The Goddard School® in 2003 and is our Center Director. She attended West Chester University and received a degree in Elementary Education.

Kristy S. Miss Kristy joined The Goddard School in 2010 as the Kindergarten Teacher and is also our Assistant Director. Kristy has a degree in Elementary Education from York University in Pennsylvania and has a Master's degree in Math and Reading Instruction from Walden University. Prior to relocating to Delaware, Miss Kristy taught first and second grade in elementary schools in Maryland.

Kim C. Miss Kim is completing her degree in Behavioral Science and Counseling at Wilmington College.  She joined the Goddard faculty in July 2000 as a Teacher Assistant and during her tenure at The Goddard School located in Newark, has worked with every age group from infants to school-age. She is currently our Get Set Teacher and is also our Goddard Quality Assurance and Delaware Stars Coordinator.

Rachel S. Our preschool teacher, Miss Rachel, graduated from Immaculata University with a Bachelor of Arts in degree in Education with a concentration in Early and Special Education.  During her time at Immaculata University, Miss Rachel also explored her interest in music by taking a number of courses in music as well  in performing in musical groups as well!

Aimee O. Miss Aimee joined Goddard's faculty in February 2012 as the teacher of our "Todd Squad." She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Robert Morris University.
