WHAT MAKES GODDARD NUMBER ONE?
All head teachers have degrees in Early Childhood Education and are certified. Goddard Systems University (GSU) supports the on-going training of Goddard teachers by providing regional classes on a quarterly basis as well as on-site training by corporate representatives. GSU training has been approved as an authorized provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
Goddard requires that an on-site owner (Mrs. Dona Lawler) is present at the School to provide support to her faculty, address parent concerns and needs, concentrate on business matters and ensure that the children are in a safe, fun and loving environment. The Educational Director (Holly Harris) and the Director of Operations (Laura Carter) are also part of the Goddard Management Team and are responsible for the Educational aspects of the school, some which include: curriculum planning, assisting teachers with appropriate lesson plans, coordinating on-going educational training courses, community outreach programs and maintaining safe, nurturing classroom environments.
Classes maintain low student-to-teacher ratios, with many small-group activities to ensure plenty of individual attention for each child.
Parents receive personalized daily reports detailing their child´s activities, nap time, potty training time and progress.
To ensure the safety of our children, we offer two separate playgrounds for older and younger age groups. Both playgrounds are surrounded by fences.
In addition to state inspections by The Office of Child Care, Goddard Systems conducts regular surprise Quality Assurance (QA) inspections to ensure we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and care!

Parents' Association
We have an active Parents' Association that has been responsible for a number of enriching activities and events for the school.
The Association is a great place to become actively involved in the planning and integration of the events within the school's calendar.
We are currently looking for parents who are interested in helping our organization.
If you are interested in being a part of our Parents' Association, please feel free to contact Holly Harris or Laura Carter, School Directors, at 630-355-5665.
