"I am the mom of two sons, Dominic and Luke. When I went back to work, my only choice for childcare was The Goddard School in Medina. The initial opinion of the facility, the program and staff was exceptional and still is a year later. My boys have exploded with knowledge. "My daughter was born with a few challenges so when I went looking for childcare, it had to be one that would have patience with her, keep an extra eye on her well-being and offer her a lot of loving care. After talking with Lisa, the owner and Jennifer, the Director, I got a good feeling about their school and the kind of attention and care they give to their students. They were excited at the possibility of having my daughter as a student and assured me that all of her "extra" needs would be met. When I met with my daughter's teachers about a week before she started, I was so touched by the priority they gave to learning about her "extra" needs. For example, they sat with me, watched me, and listened to all the little things I do to get her to eat. They welcomed my three page instruction sheet and kept it on hand for reference if they had any questions. I knew right then and there I had picked the right place. Throughout her days in the infant room, they always stayed on top of her needs, despite how many times we had to change things. Everyone at the school truly cares about her and lets her and myself know it on a regular basis. Often when I drop her off at school, my daughter reaches for her teachers with open arms, looks at me and waves bye-bye. As a full time working parent, I couldn't ask for anything more."

"We have had our daughter at The Goddard School for almost two years and they are the best of the best! She enjoys going everyday and loves her teachers and friends. You truly do feel like you are part of their Goddard family and we have made many friends along the way, both our daughter and us. Safety is of most importance and I feel total confidence that my child is safe every morning as I wave goodbye to her. The teachers and support staff are excellent. My daughter has always had a lead teacher with a degree in child development/early childhood for both preschool and pre-kindergarten. This had made such a difference in the level of structured learning, class control and compassion compared to other childcare centers. These teachers really seem dedicated to make a difference. The teachers always take the time to tell you how your child's day was and you get a complete daily report, which makes for great dinner conversation at the end of the day. The best part I have liked is that the staffing has been consistent. We were at other childcare centers and the staff was changing every month. My daughter has had the same teachers for each complete year. I am so proud of what my child has learned. I can't believe she is reading in Pre-Kindergarten and has such self-confidence and manners that I know I have to thank Goddard for all they've done to help get her ready for the next step, Kindergarten!"
