LeeAnn & Eric Zimmerman - Hello and welcome to The Goddard School located in McKinney! I am LeeAnn Zimmerman, the on-site owner of the school. My husband, Eric, and I moved to McKinney to be close to family. We love everything the city has to offer our active family that includes our two young sons, Grant and Kyle. I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After moving to Texas I obtained my teaching certificate and taught ESL in Little Elm. Eric graduated from Texas Lutheran University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He works in Plano as an Installation Manager for a fast paced software company where he is an owner as well. Both of us are very excited about the opportunity to provide the very best environment for your children to learn and grow at The Goddard School!

Francien Podor - Francien is our Education Director. She received her Bachelor's Degree of Music Education in Music Therapy from the University of Kansas. Ms. Francien began her career as a preschool Assistant Teacher while working toward her degree. After graduation, Ms. Francien became a Lead Toddler teacher at a Goddard School in New Jersey. She moved back to Texas in 2005, where she eventually became a Preschool Director. Ms. Francien is excited to return to The Goddard School family, where her true passion for teaching began.

Yogita H. - Ms. Yogi is our Infant room Assistant Teacher. She received her Dental Surgery Assistant Certification in London. Upon moving to the United States, she helped coordinate a Mother's Day Out program for six years. Ms. Yogi has worked as a substitute in both Early Childhood and Elementary school settings. Ms. Yogi lives in McKinney with her husband and two young daughters.  Ms. Yogi has been with The Goddard School located in McKinney since January 2010. 

Rebecca B. - Ms. Becky is our Assistant Director. She joins the Goddard team with a degree in Early Childhood Education and over ten years of in-class experience. Most recently, she was our Lead Infant Teacher at our school. She has just moved to Allen with her husband and two young children and is excited to continue her career at Goddard. Ms. Becky has been with The Goddard School located in McKinney since March 2010.

Joli W. - Ms. Joli is our Infant room Assistant and Floater. She has an Associate's degree in Human Resource Management. Joli is married with two children of her own. After her second child was born, she decided she wanted to do something rewarding with her life. Knowing how important early childhood development is, she is excited to join the teaching team at Goddard. Ms. Joli has been with The Goddard School located in McKinney since February 2010.

Julie T. - Julie is our Infant Lead Teacher. Ms. Julie is a graduate of Texas Women's University and holds a Master's of Arts degree in Teaching. Ms. Julie has worked for Little Elm ISD for the past two years in EC-12th grade classrooms. Ms. Julie has a passion for teaching and believes that a teacher's role is to inspire, comfort, and facilitate learning to each child's learning style. Ms. Julie has been with The Goddard School located in McKinney since July 2010.

Ashley B. - Ashley is our Get Set Lead Teacher. Ms. Ashley has over eight years of experience working in early childhood settings, and is completing her CDA certification this year. Ms. Ashley is passionate about working with two- to three-year-olds and is excited to be a part of our team! Ms. Ashley has been with The Goddard School located in McKinney since July 2010. 

LeeAnn M. - LeeAnn is our Toddler II Lead Teacher. Ms. LeeAnn earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from Texas State University and is a certified teacher for EC-6th grade. She taught at McKinney & Garland ISD's and has also taught all ages in early childhood settings. Ms. LeeAnn is excited to be back in a preschool setting! Ms. LeeAnn has been with The Goddard School located in McKinney since July 2010. 

Mary Beth O. - Mary Beth is one of our Preschool I Co-Lead Teachers. Ms. Mary Beth earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southwestern University. Ms. Mary Beth taught public school in Georgia and has also spent time as a personal nanny. She recently moved to Texas with her husband and young son, and is excited to return to the classroom. Ms. Mary Beth has been with The Goddard School^® located in McKinney since July 2010. 

Sydney R. - Ms. Sydney is our Toddler 1 Assistant Teacher. Ms. Sydney previously helped at her mother's home-based childcare business which she ran for eight years. She also has experience as a nanny. Ms. Sydney has a passion for working with young children and is excited to be at Goddard. Ms. Sydney has been with The Goddard School located in McKinney since August 2010. 

Nicole B. - Ms. Nicole is our Junior Kindergarten Co-Lead Teacher. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Relations/Child Development from Oklahoma State University. After earning her degree, Ms. Nicole worked as a child advocate for victims of domestic abuse for five years. She recently moved to Texas and taught Pre-K for two years before joining our faculty. Ms. Nicole has a passion for teaching and is excited to be at The Goddard School located in McKinney.

Melissa H. Ms. Melissa is one of our Pre-K Lead Teachers. She is a certified teacher and earned a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Early Childhood through Fourth Grade and English as a Second Language from Tarleton State University.  Ms. Melissa has over eight years of classroom experience ranging from infant and toddler care at her church and elementary school internships to experience as a lead pre-k teacher. Ms. Melissa has a passion for teaching young children and is excited to join our team! 

Emily R. Ms. Emily is our Toddler 2 Co-Lead Teacher. She has over three years experience as both an Assistant and Lead Teacher in preschool settings and experience working in a summer school program with elementary and high school students with special needs. Part of her experience includes working at The Goddard School located in Cedar Park, Texas, as both an Assistant and Lead Teacher. Ms. Emily recently relocated to the Dallas area and is excited to once again be a part of The Goddard School family. 

Augusta B. Ms. Augusta is our First Steps Lead Teacher. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas and is a Texas Certified Teacher for Early Childhood through sixth grade. Ms. Augusta's primary classroom experience is in elementary settings; however her most practical experience is as a mother to her four-year-old daughter. 

Jaime M. Ms. Jamie is our Preschool 2 Co-Lead Teacher. She has a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, California. She worked as a substitute teacher in Pasadena for four years and most recently as a Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher for a preschool in Pasadena.  She recently moved to Texas with her family. 

Emily A. Ms. Emily is one of our Preschool 1 Co-Lead Teachers. She is a recent graduate from Abilene Christian University with her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is certified to teach Early Childhood through 4th grade and Special Education for Early Childhood through 12th grade. Ms. Emily has experience as a substitute teacher, a teacher's aide in an early childhood school and as a special education teacher. 

Kelli H. Ms. Kelli is our Toddler I Lead Teacher. She received her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and is certified to teach Early Childhood through 4th grade. She taught at the Kindergarten and Preschool level for three years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Ms. Kelli is excited to return to a classroom environment. 

Mariella M. Ms. Munoz is our Jr-K Co-Lead Teacher. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Development in Lima, Peru, and earned her Bilingual CDA in the United States. Ms. Munoz taught Kindergarten in Peru for ten years before relocation to the United States. She has experience teaching Preschool at a Goddard School in Georgia and Pre-K at a Goddard School in Florida. Ms. Munoz and her family recently relocated to Texas. 

Kylee D. Ms. Kylee is one of our Pre-Kindergarten Co-Lead Teachers. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is certified to teach Early Childhood through Sixth Grade. Ms. Dodd taught Pre-K for four years before joining us at The Goddard School. She is passionate about teaching young children! 

Taylor W. Ms. Taylor is our First Steps Assistant Teacher. She received her Bachelor's of Arts degree in French with minors in Biology and Psychology. She worked as a full-time Co-Lead Teacher in our Preschool II classroom before deciding to go back to school to pursue her Nursing degree. 

Laura M. Ms. Laura is one of our Preschool II Co-Lead Teachers.  She has her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.  She is certified to teach Generalist EC-4, ESL EC-4 and has her Principal Certification.  She has six years of teaching experience in Elementary classrooms and has worked as an assistant in an infant classroom for a year prior to that.  Ms. Laura is excited to be back in an Early Childhood environment. 

Patty E.  Ms. Patty is one of our Get Set Co-Lead Teachers.  Ms. Patty has taught preschool for the past 22 years and is passionate about Early Childhood Education.  She received her Child Development Associate credential while teaching preschool in Houston, and is currently in the process of renewing this certification.
