"Where to begin? You all are priceless, you continue to offer your love and support for so many families.  For the last seven years, you certainly have been part of our family. We are so grateful to you all for providing both Jake and Kyle with comfort, support, kindness, love, patience and security. You have truly helped raise our boys and the sense of peace you brought us can't be put into words. We love and adore you all. You will hold a special place in all of our hearts forever! Please use this donation of $500.00 as you wish for supplies for the teachers, snacks/lunch or whatever makes sense! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" ~ Julie, Brad, Jake and Kyle

"To the administration and teachers at The Goddard School... Thank you very much for all of what you have done for our little girl over the past five years. She has been nurtured and prepared will for her next steps in life." ~ Boi and Matthew

"Sheeba, you have planted the perfect seed in the children that have come through your School. It is not just in Kaleb. I see it in every one of the children I still keep in touch with who have graduated from your School. I realized when I got home Friday that I always seem to tell you about my worries and concerns when we talk without telling you the good thoughts I have. I guess that is human nature sometimes but every once in a while, it helps to take the extra time to express gratitude. Thank you for all you have done to help me and my family adjust to this change. The boys really love you, the school and the wonderful teachers and they have already grown so much from the awesome program there. I also wanted to say how much we all enjoyed the graduation, it was the first big event we have had with the boys and it was such a great program. I will probably still bring you my big and small worries but please know that I have always found you to be patient, supportive and encouraging." ~ Sue

"Thank you for your hard work and dedication in making your school a safe and outstanding learning environment for our children. You are truly special!" ~ The 2010 graduating class and their parents

"As you know Sheeba, we’re huge fans of yours. The Goddard School has been one of the highlights of our move to Howard County. We moved from an environment where Sidney went to a private day care owned by the daughter of Sharon’s OB GYN. The sense of personal attention and security was one we thought we could not match. Imagine our thrill when we found you! Thanks for a fantastic lift-off for both Sidney and Lewis. We could not be happier with their academic and social development at Goddard. We frankly don’t quite know how it will feel not coming by every day, but Sharon and I are not as ready as Sidney was and Lewis is. We’re just smart enough to know that we’re not the ones who count. Lewis has developed into a fantastic, smart, loving kid, and that’s in large part because of his care at The Goddard School." ~ Abe and Sharon

"It was nice talking to you today. Attached is the poem that won first place at MWES literature division K-2nd grade, and made it to third place at the county level. It is off to the state level next. Looks like you helped groom a shining star. Many thanks to you and your wonderful staff that helped him grow to who he is today. He is a work in progress!"

"I just wanted to share a few thoughts with you on the wonderful collection of people you have at the Marriottsville Goddard. As you know, Addie has been coming to Goddard since she was just over one year. You rescued her from a daycare center where her “teachers” changed every four to six weeks because no one was happy to be working there. Not only could I tell that the daycare providers did not want to be there, but more importantly, Addie could tell. It broke my heart every day I dropped her off and I worried constantly.
Our experience at Goddard, on the other hand, has been wonderful. I believe that every one of the teachers Addie has had over the last 2.5 years cares for her, and has helped her learn to be a confident and caring little person. When I drop her off, I know she is happy and secure. This means the world to me! I hope all of her teachers (past, present and future) know that they make a huge and meaningful difference in the lives of the families who entrust their children to their care. Thank you to all of the teachers that have been a part of Addie’s experience, and now Meredith’s experience at Goddard.
It is still difficult to drop my children off some mornings, but I know they are in good hands. Thank you, 100 times, thank you."

"Jack's overall Kindergarten class is about 80 kids. I think it is 20 kids in four different "home rooms" for lack of a better term. In Jack's room, he and two other kids go to the reading specialist. We were alarmed at first, because for upper grades the kids "way below grade level" go the specialist. It turns out, in the lower grades, only the kids way ABOVE grade level go to the specialist. So, out of 20 kids, Jack is in the top three for reading. From what Jack says, he is first or second. I mention it mainly to recognize how much progress Jack made at Goddard with academics. Considering where he was before Goddard, he made HUGE strides. Although I am not saying it was all due to the teachers, the Goddard staff and curriculum certainly did play a major role in Jack's lightning fast development."
